Description

【0001】

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-242936
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in recent years home appliances, office automation equipment, automobiles, and electronic devices are generally required to sell environmentally conscious products as a solution to environmental problems. For example, printed circuit boards and wirings embedded in electronic devices are used as electronic devices. It is required to be able to be dismantled from the chassis, panels, etc. In particular, in order to easily perform the dismantling work, it is required to dismantle easily without using a tool or the like. However, in the structure of the conventional fitting portion shown in FIG. 12, it is necessary to reduce the diameter of the fitting piece 32 using a hand or a tool and pull it out from the through hole 3 of the chassis 2. There is a problem that the operation is difficult because the piece 32 is small and difficult to grasp. Moreover, it is necessary to reduce the diameter of the fitting piece 32 on the back surface side of the chassis 2, and there is a problem that workability is poor.
[0006]
To solve this problem, if the elastic force of the fitting piece 32 is designed and manufactured to be weak, it is easy to reduce the diameter of the fitting piece 32 and to remove it from the chassis. However, the problem with the work on the back side of the chassis cannot be improved, and if the elastic force is simply weakened, the fitting piece 32 is easily deformed and reduced in diameter when subjected to an external force. This may cause a problem that the fixture can be easily removed from the chassis.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a fixture that can be easily detached from the front surface side of the chassis while not easily falling off the chassis.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

[0009]
According to the present invention, the fixture can be easily removed from the through hole of the chassis by gripping the pair of release pieces provided in the fitting portion with fingers from both outsides and elastically deforming the fitting pieces in the inner diameter direction. . Further, in the state where the fitting portion is fitted in the through hole, the extended end portions of the pair of release pieces are in contact with the side surfaces of the holding portion and the pair of leg pieces are in contact with the surface of the chassis. A force in the direction of diameter reduction is applied to the fitting piece connected to the release piece by the lever action at the release piece, and the separation from the through hole is prevented. Further, since the clearance is secured between the release piece and the holding portion, when the holding portion is inclined, the tilting force is not transmitted from the release piece to the fitting piece, and the fitting piece is removed from the through hole. It will not come off.
[0010]
In addition, the present invention provides a holding portion for holding a component in the chassis, and a fitting that is provided integrally with the holding portion and that fits into a through hole provided in the chassis to fix the holding portion to the chassis. In the fixing device including the fitting portion, the fitting portion is provided at the post projecting downward from one side of the holding portion and the tip end portion of the post, and is elastically deformed in the outer diameter direction and fitted into the through hole. [0011]
In particular, the stress applied to the holding portion by the easily deformable portion provided on the release piece is not absorbed by the easily deformable portion and transmitted to the release piece or the fitting piece, and the fitting piece does not come off the through hole. .
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment in which the fixture of the present invention is applied to a cable tie. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are a side view and a rear view, and FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (c) are a front view, a bottom view, and a cross-sectional view taken along line AA. In these drawings, the cable tie 1 of the present embodiment includes a holding unit 10 for clamping a cable (not shown) in a tightened state, and the chassis 2 for attaching the holding unit 10 to the chassis 2. It is comprised by the fitting part 20 fitted by the provided through-hole 3, and both parts are integrally formed by resin molding. The holding unit 10 includes a belt unit 11 and a lock unit 12 that locks the belt unit 11 in a state in which a cable is tightened.
[0013]
The configurations of the belt portion 11 and the lock portion 12 are already widely known, and the belt portion 11 is formed as a belt having a required width and a required length in which a base end portion 111 is connected to the lock portion 12. The distal end portion 112 is slightly reduced in width to be easily inserted into the lock portion 12, and a sawtooth portion 113 is provided on one side surface of the lengthwise intermediate portion 114 in the length direction. Is formed over the required area. The lock portion 12 has a rectangular cylindrical portion 121, and an insertion groove 122 through which the front end portion 112 or the intermediate portion 114 of the belt portion 11 can be inserted is formed inside the cylindrical portion 121. Inside the insertion groove 122, a tongue-like lock piece 123 that can be fitted into the sawtooth portion 113 of the belt portion 11 is supported internally. Therefore, the belt portion 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 122 of the lock portion 12 from the distal end portion 112 while bending and deforming along the periphery of the cable (not shown), and the lock piece 123 and the sawtooth portion 113 are fitted. Thus, the belt portion 11 is locked from being detached from the insertion groove 122, and the state where the cable is wound is held.
[0014]
The fitting portion 20 includes an elongated plate-like post 21 that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the cylindrical portion 121 of the lock portion 12 by a predetermined length. A pair of fitting pieces 22 and 22 that are elastically deformable in the radial direction are connected to the lower end portion of the post 21, and the whole fitting portion is formed in an arrowhead shape. The outer surfaces of the pair of fitting pieces 22 and 22 are formed in an arc shape with the post 21 as the center, and constitute a part of a circular outline. In addition, connecting pieces 23 and 23 having a small plate thickness are integrally connected to the end portions of the pair of fitting pieces 22 and 22 whose diameters are enlarged, and the connecting surface is formed on the outer surface of the tip portion. Step portions 22a and 22a in the radial direction corresponding to the difference in plate thickness between the pieces 23 and 23 and the fitting pieces 22 and 22 are formed.
[0015]
At the other end of the pair of connecting pieces 23, 23, a pair of release members extending upward in a state of being slightly curved outward along both side surfaces of the cylindrical portion 121 of the lock portion 12 respectively. The pieces 24 and 24 are connected. In addition, a pair of legs projecting substantially straight in a state in which the pair of release pieces 24, 24 are connected to the connecting pieces 23, 23, respectively, in a state of being inclined slightly downward in both outward directions. The pieces 25 and 25 are integrally formed. The tip portions 25a, 25a of the pair of leg pieces 25, 25 are formed in a rod shape so as to abut against the surface of the chassis 2, and the tip portions 25a, 25a are normally formed on the fitting pieces 22, 22. It is located slightly above the step portions 22a and 22a corresponding to the thickness of the chassis 2. Further, the extended end portions 24a, 24a of the pair of release pieces 24, 24 are formed to be slightly thin and bent in a U shape toward the inside, respectively, and the bent extended end portions 24a, 24a are formed. Is positioned so as to be opposed to each outer surface of the cylindrical portion 121 of the lock portion 12 with a slight gap.
[0016]
According to the cable tie 1 having the above configuration, when the cable tie 1 is attached to the through hole 3 of the chassis 2, the fitting portion 20 of the cable tie 1 is inserted into the through hole 3 from the upper surface side of the chassis 2. . By inserting in this way, as shown in FIG. 4A, the pair of fitting pieces 22, 22 of the fitting portion 20 is elastically deformed in the inner diameter direction to be reduced in diameter, and inserted into the through hole 3. Enable. Then, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the fitting pieces 22 and 22 pass through the through hole 3, the fitting pieces 22 and 22 are restored by elastic force and expanded in the outer diameter direction, and the step portion 22a. , 22a engages with the inner edge of the through hole 3 on the lower surface of the chassis 2. At the same time, the tip portions 25a and 25a of the pair of leg pieces 25 and 25 are elastically brought into contact with the surface of the chassis 2 to urge the fitting portion 20 upward. It will press against the inner edge part of the through-hole 3, and an engagement state will be hold | maintained. Accordingly, even when the cable tie 1 is pulled upward, the fitting portion 20 is not inserted into and removed from the through hole 3 due to the engagement between the step portions 22a and 22a and the through hole 3, and the cable tie 1 is removed from the chassis. 2 can be fixed.
[0017]
Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the belt portion 11 is wound around the cable C to be extended on the upper surface of the chassis 2, and the leading end portion 112 of the belt portion 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 122 of the lock portion 12. By engaging the lock piece 123 with the sawtooth portion 113, the belt portion 11 is locked in the direction opposite to the insertion direction, and the state where the cable C is wound is held. Accordingly, the cable C is held on the upper surface of the chassis 2 by the cable tie 1. The work of tightening the cable in the belt portion 11 may be performed before the cable tie 1 is attached to the chassis, and then the fitting portion 20 is inserted into the through hole 3 and attached. It may be. FIG. 5 shows such a case.
[0018]
In the state of FIG. 4B in which the cable tie 1 is attached to the chassis 2, the tip portions 25 a and 25 a of the pair of leg pieces 25 and 25 are deformed in a direction in which they are in contact with the surface of the chassis 2 and spread. Is generated, the pair of release pieces 24, 24 are deformed in a direction to fall inward, and the extended end portions 24a, 24a of the release pieces 24, 24 are somewhat on both side surfaces of the lock portion 12 (tubular portion 121). It abuts with the elastic force of. For this reason, stress that spreads in the outer diameter direction is applied to the pair of fitting pieces 22 and 22 through the connecting pieces 23 and 23 by the action of the release pieces 24 and 24 as fulcrums. And the fitting force between the through hole 3 is increased, the cable tie 1 is hardly detached from the through hole 3, and is not easily detached from the chassis 2 by an external force or the like. At this time, the amount of deformation of the pair of leg pieces 25 and 25 at the tip portions 25a and 25a is changed according to the difference in the plate thickness of the chassis 2, and the difference between the plate thickness and the fitting pieces 22 and 22 is also changed. The chassis 2 is sandwiched between them in the thickness direction, and the fitting state is assured.
[0019]
Furthermore, when the cable tie 1 is attached, as shown in FIG. 6, if the cable tie 1 receives an external force through the cable C and the lock portion 12 connected to the holding portion 10 is tilted on the chassis 2. However, since the lock part 12 and the extended ends 24a and 24a of the release pieces 24 and 24 are separated from each other, the release pieces 24 and 24 are not tilted by being pulled by the lock part 12. Therefore, the release pieces 24, 24 are tilted in the inner diameter direction, and the fitting state between the fitting pieces 22, 22 and the through hole 3 is not impaired, and the drop off at the fitting portion 20 is prevented. Further, when the holding portion 10 is tilted, the locking portion 12 is brought into contact with the extended end portion 24a of the releasing piece 24 on the tilted side, so that the holding portion 10 is prevented from further tilting. Further tilting of the release piece 24 is also suppressed.
[0020]
On the other hand, when the cable tie 1 attached to the through hole 3 of the chassis 2 is detached from the chassis, the release pieces 24, 24 are held by the two fingers F as shown by the chain line in FIG. The release pieces 24, 24 are deformed inward by picking from both outer sides and applying force from both sides. As a result of this deformation, the connecting pieces 23 and 23 integral with the release pieces 24 and 24 are also deformed inward as shown in the figure, and the fitting pieces 22 and 22 integral with the connecting pieces 23 and 23 are also deformed inward. Thus, the stepped portions 22a and 22a are detached from the inner edge portion of the through hole 3. Accordingly, by pulling the cable tie 1 upward of the chassis 2 as it is, the fitting portion 20 can be pulled out from the through hole 3, and the cable tie 1 can be removed.
[0021]
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a cable tie 1 similar to that of the first embodiment, and includes a holding portion 10 and a fitting portion 20 as in the first embodiment. Has been. Since the holding portion 10 and the fitting portion 20 are basically the same as those in the first embodiment, the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted. In the second embodiment, as shown in a front view of the fitting portion 20 in FIG. 8, the upper ends of the pair of fitting pieces 22, 22 provided in the fitting portion 20 are connected via connecting pieces 23, 23. A pair of release pieces 24, 24 connected to each other are extended along the both side surfaces of the lock portion 12, and the extended end portions of the lock portion 12 are formed by the easily deformable portions 26, 26 formed thin. It is set as the structure connected with the upper shoulder part. Since the easily deformable portions 26 and 26 are thin, the release pieces 24 and 24 can be relatively deformed with respect to the lock portion 12.
[0022]
According to the cable tie 1 of the second embodiment, when the cable tie 1 is attached to the through hole 3 of the chassis 2, the fitting portion 20 of the cable tie 1 is attached as in the first embodiment. When inserted into the through-hole 3 from the upper surface side of the chassis 2, the pair of fitting pieces 22, 22 of the fitting portion 20 are elastically deformed in the inner diameter direction and reduced in diameter as shown in FIG. 22 and 22 are restored by elastic force and expanded in the outer diameter direction, and the step portions 22 a and 22 a engage with the inner edge portion of the through hole 3 on the lower surface of the chassis 2. At the same time, the tip portions 25a and 25a of the pair of leg pieces 25 and 25 are elastically brought into contact with the surface of the chassis 2 to urge the fitting portion 20 upward. Press against the inner edge of the through hole 3. Thereby, the fitting part 20 is fitted into the through hole 3 and is not inserted into or removed from the through hole 3.
[0023]
Further, in the state where the fitting portion 20 is fitted in the through hole 3 in this way, the distal end portions 25a, 25a of the pair of leg pieces 25, 25 are deformed in a direction in which they are brought into contact with the surface of the chassis 2 and spread. The pair of release pieces 24, 24 integral with the release pieces 24, 24 are deformed in a direction to fall inward, while the extended end portions of the release pieces 24, 24 are connected to the lock portion 12 via the easily deformable portions 26, 26. Since the release pieces 24 and 24 are used as fulcrums, the pair of fitting pieces 22 and 22 are subjected to stress spreading in the outer diameter direction via the connecting pieces 23 and 23 by the action of the release pieces 24 and 24. The fitting force between the holes 22 and 22 and the through-hole 3 is increased, and the fitting portion 20 is hardly detached from the through-hole 3, and the cable tie 1 is not easily detached from the chassis by an external force or the like. At this time, even if the chassis 2 has a different thickness due to the deformation of the leg pieces 25 and 25, the chassis 2 is sandwiched between the fitting pieces 22 and 22 in the thickness direction, and a reliable fitting state can be maintained. Needless to say.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, even when the holding portion 10 is tilted by an external force applied to the cable or the like, the easily deformable portion 26 that connects the lock portion 12 and the release piece 24 on the opposite side to the tilting direction. Is elastically deformed and extended, the tilting force of the lock portion 12 is hardly transmitted to the release piece 24. Therefore, the release piece 24 is tilted in the inner diameter direction as the lock portion 12 is tilted, and the fitting state between the fitting piece 22 and the through hole 3 is not impaired, and the drop-off at the fitting portion 20 is prevented. The On the other hand, on the tilted side, the tilt of the lock portion 12 is transmitted to the release piece 24 via the easily deformable portion 26 and is brought into contact with the release piece 24. Accordingly, the tilt of the lock portion 12 is suppressed, and the tilt of the holding portion 10 is further suppressed.
[0025]
On the other hand, when the cable tie 1 attached to the through hole 3 of the chassis 2 is detached from the chassis, the release pieces 24 and 24 are picked from both outsides with two fingers, as in the first embodiment. In addition, the release pieces 24, 24 are deformed inward by applying force from both sides, and the fitting pieces 22, 22 are deformed inward through the connecting pieces 23, 23 to reduce the diameter, and the step portions 22a, 22a are made through holes. 3, the fitting portion 22 can be pulled out from the through-hole 3 and the cable tie 1 can be removed.
[0026]
Here, although the embodiment in which the present invention is applied to the cable tie is shown in the above-described embodiment, the present invention can be similarly applied to other fixtures having different holding part configurations. For example, when the fitting portion of the first embodiment of the present invention is applied, the opening of the saddle body 41 having an upward U-shape as shown in FIG. The present invention also relates to a locking wire saddle 1A having a lock piece 43 and having a saddle portion 40 that can lock the lock piece 43 with respect to a lock portion 44 provided on the saddle body 41, thereby making it difficult for the cable to be detached. It is possible to apply. In this case, the extended end portions 24 a and 24 a of the pair of release pieces 24 and 24 of the fitting portion 20 may be disposed so as to face each other along the both side surfaces of the saddle body 41 at a required interval.
[0027]
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 11, an upper end fitting portion 30 composed of the fitting piece 32 and the leg piece 34 as shown in FIG. 12 is provided as a holding portion, and the printed circuit board is held in the upper end fitting portion. The present invention can also be applied to a substrate holder. That is, the post 21 of the fitting portion 20 has an integral body 33, the post 31 is erected on the upper end portion of the body 33, and a pair of fitting pieces 32, 32 are formed upward on the post 31. A pair of leg pieces 34, 34 are formed on the lower side. In the fitting portion 30, the fitting piece 32 is fitted into a through hole provided in a printed circuit board (not shown), and is held between the leg pieces 34 to hold the printed circuit board on the body 33. Is possible.
[0028]
Furthermore, although not shown in the drawings, the fixture of the present invention is also applicable to various fixtures in which the fitting portion is fitted and attached to a through hole provided in the chassis, and the holding portion holds various components on the chassis. It goes without saying that the same applies.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the fixture according to the present invention is configured to remove the fixture from the through hole of the chassis by gripping the integral release piece provided in the fitting portion with fingers from both sides and elastically deforming the fitting piece in the inner diameter direction. It can be easily removed. In addition, when the fitting part is fitted in the through-hole, the protruding tip part of the pair of release pieces comes into contact with or is connected to the holding part so that the release part can be connected to the release piece by lever action. A force in the diameter increasing direction is applied to the piece, and separation from the through hole is prevented. Furthermore, when the holding portion is inclined, the stress applied to the holding portion is not transmitted to the fitting piece, or it is difficult to transmit the fitting piece, and the fitting piece is reduced in diameter so that it can be removed from the through hole. Absent. This makes it possible to obtain a fixture that is easy to attach and detach and that is not easily removed from the chassis.
