【従来の技術】
本発明に関連して、先に本出願人の出願した考案は、実公昭56−4616号公報や実公昭62−11795号公報で開示されている。
前者は、ブロックと一体にブロックから長さ方向に延出する、可撓性の梯子状帯片とからなっていて、該帯片は電線等を抱持してブロックの端近くにある隆起部の貫通孔を通って他端にある一対の把持片間で梯子状帯片の横材が選択的に把持される構成になっている。この梯子状結束帯紐はブロックにねじを通してブロックをパネル上に予め穿設した孔にねじ止めするか、ブロック裏面に予め施された接着糊でブロックをパネルに取付けて、電線等の結束を反復して行うことができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

本発明は、その目的を達成するため次のような構成を採用している。
