Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a compressive force is not applied to the core portion (110) in the vicinity of the connection portion between the tube (111) and the core plate (114), and the tube (111) and the fin are caused by heat shrinkage during brazing cooling. There is a possibility that the contact state with (112) becomes insufficient.
[0006]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to braze a heat exchanger that can reliably braze by properly maintaining the contact state between the tube (111) and the fin (112) during cooling of the brazing. It is in providing the brazing method and its brazing jig.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means.
[0008]
In the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of tubes (111) interposed between each of the plurality of fins (112) and a tank (120, 120) connected to a longitudinal end of the tube (111). 130) A holding jig (200) for sandwiching the core portion (110) from both outer sides in the stacking direction of the tube (111) by assembling the core portion (110) including the core plate (114) forming a part of 130) The core part (110) is kept in the assembled state while applying a predetermined compressive force toward the inside in the stacking direction, and the core part (110) held in the assembled state is put into the furnace, and the core part In the heat exchanger brazing method for brazing the members (111, 112, 114) constituting (110) integrally, when holding the core (110) with the holding jig (200), Chu Connection between the core plate (114) of (111) (111a) while loading a predetermined compressive force in the region excluding the vicinity of, a spring member (230) having a spring property in the stacking direction, the connecting portion (111a) It is characterized in that the neighboring region is pressed toward the inner side in the stacking direction .
[0009]
As a result, the vicinity of the connection portion (111a) between the tube (111) and the core plate (114) is not restrained by the holding jig (200), so that the core plate (114) is laminated in the stacking direction of the tube (111) during brazing. When the tube (111) is thermally expanded, both the tubes (111) can follow, and the deformation of the tube (111) described in the section of the prior art can be prevented.
[0012]
During the brazing cooling, the spring member (230) follows the thermal contraction and presses the core (110) inward, so that the contact state between the tube (111) and the fin (112) is appropriately maintained. Thus, brazing can be performed reliably.
[0013]
Since the spring member (230) contracts in the direction of thermal expansion of the core plate (114) during brazing heating, the behavior of the tube (111) during thermal expansion is not hindered.
[0014]
In the invention according to claim 2 , a tube (111) interposed between each of the plurality of fins (112) and a plurality of stacked layers, and at least a tank (120, 120) connected to a longitudinal end of the tube (111). 130) a brazing jig for a heat exchanger that brazes while maintaining the assembled state of the core part (110) comprising the core plate (114) forming a part of the core plate (114), the tube of the core part (110) A pair of vertical jigs (210) that contact at both ends (113) in the stacking direction of (111) and apply a predetermined compressive force toward the inner side in the stacking direction with respect to the core (110). , Tatechigu (210) is to abut against the tube core plate (114) connection between (111a) at both ends in the region excluding the vicinity of (111) (113), the Tatechigu (210) , Have springiness in the stacking direction and both ends ( Connections 13) (111a) are characterized in that the spring member (230) is provided which presses the neighboring region inside the stacking direction, is possible to obtain the same effect as described in
