【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、カードを送付するための隠蔽葉書に関し、さらに詳しくは、紙を基材にしたカードが隠蔽葉書に一体的に設けられ、カードと隠蔽葉書への固有情報等の印字を同時に行うことができると共に、隠蔽葉書からカードを容易に分離することができる隠蔽葉書に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、銀行カード、クレジットカード、各種会員カード等のカード類は、機械的強度、あるいは、耐久性などの点から通常プラスチックカードが用いられている。しかし、これらのプラスチックカードはコストが高い上に、通常これらのカード類を使用者に送付する方法として、住所、氏名等の固有情報を印字した帳票の余白部分に切り込みを付けることによりカード取り付け欄を設け、該取り付け欄の切り込みにカードの角を差し込んでカードを固定して送付する方法、あるいは、固有情報を印字した帳票の余白部分にパターン状に接着剤を盛り上げて塗布し、この接着剤によってカードを接着して送付する方法等が用いられ、いずれも封書に封入されて送付されている。

また、上記の方法でカードを送付する場合、カード使用者の氏名等の固有情報をカード表面に記録する作業と、帳票に送付先の住所、氏名等の固有情報を印字する作業は別工程で行われており、カードの固有情報と、帳票の固有情報とを照合しながら帳票にカードを取り付けていたが、このような作業は非常に煩雑なものであった。また、このような方法でカードを取り付けた帳票は、住所、氏名等の印字欄が透視できるように形成した封筒に封入して封書として送付していた。

ところで、上記カード類の中でカードの使用目的によっては、コストの高いプラスチックカードを使い、さらに上記のような送付手段をとる必要のないものもある。たとえば、会員のみを優待して開催する展示会や販促会等の招待券に添付する入場券などの使い捨て的なテンポラリーカード、あるいは、常に携帯して銀行カードやクレジットカードのように頻繁に使用することがなく会員に登録されたことを通知すると共にその後は保存されるような登録証的カード、あるいは、機械等に通したりすることなく主に見せるだけの使用に供されるようなカードがこれにあたる。

しかし、このようなカード類についても、従来はコストの高いプラスチックカードが用いられると共に、会員や使用者に送付する場合には上記したようなカードと帳票の照合やカードの帳票への取り付け、さらにはカードの取り付けられた帳票の封筒への封入といった煩雑な作業をして封書の形態で送られていた。

そこで、この種のテンポラリーカードや登録証的カードについて、低コストなカードが要望されていたし、また、この種のカードの会員や使用者への送付作業の煩雑さの解消や送付コストの低減が要望されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記要望に鑑みてなされたものであり、カードの使用目的が使い捨て的なテンポラリーカード、あるいは、会員として登録されたことを通知すると共に、その後は保存されるような登録証的なカード等について、低コストなカードを提供すると共に、会員や使用者への送付作業の煩雑さの解消や送付コストの低減を図ることができるカードを一体化させた隠蔽葉書を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は、上記のような問題点を解決すべく種々研究した結果、請求項１に記載の発明の隠蔽葉書は、郵便はがきであることの表示を施した本体紙片と、一方の側端に折線を介して連接した裏紙片と前記本体紙片の他方の側端に折線を介して連接した表紙片とからなり、前記表紙片と前記本体紙片、および、前記本体紙片と前記裏紙片との対向する面間をそれぞれ剥離可能に接着すると共に、前記郵便はがきであることの表示が表出するようにした構成からなる隠蔽葉書において、前記紙片のいずれか一つに前記紙片のいずれか一つから取り外してカードとして使用可能なカード部が設けられ、前記カード部が前記表紙片と前記裏紙片のいずれか一つの紙片に形成されると共に、前記カード部が設けられた紙片の表出面に前記カード部より若干大きく、かつ、前記カード部を覆うようにカード表面層が形成されると共に前記カード部がカードとして使用可能なように所定形状に切り込みが設けられ、さらに、前記カード表面層上に前記カード表面層を形成した領域と略同領域ないしは前記カード表面層を形成した領域より大きく、前記カード表面層を形成した領域を覆うように保護層が形成され、前記カード部と対向する紙片の領域に、前記カード部の部分の剥離強度を、網点の面積比率を変化させて調節することができる網点印刷層が設けられていることを特徴とするものである。
このような構成とすることにより、カードを隠蔽葉書と一体化することができるために会員や使用者の氏名等の固有情報をカード表面に記録する作業と、送付先の住所、氏名等の固有情報を印字する作業を同時に行うことができ、従来のカードの固有情報と、帳票の固有情報とを照合しながら帳票にカードを取り付け、カードを取り付けた帳票を、住所、氏名等の印字欄が透視できるように形成した封筒に封入するといった作業を廃止することができる。また、封書として送付していたものを葉書として送付することができ、従来の封書の郵便料金（８０円）が葉書の郵便料金（５０円）となり、約４０％のコストダウンを図ることができる。
また、表紙片と本体紙片、本体紙片と裏紙片との対向する剥離可能に接着したそれぞれの面に印字することにより、秘匿性のある固有情報をも封書と同じように送付することができる。

また、請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載する隠蔽葉書において、前記郵便はがきであることの表示を前記本体紙片の一方の側端に沿って施すと共に、前記本体紙片の他方の側端に折線を介して連接した前記表紙片が前記本体紙片よりも狭幅に構成されていることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、容易に製造することができる。

また、請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項１又は請求項２に記載する隠蔽葉書において、前記カード部が前記本体紙片に形成されると共に、前記カード部がカードとして使用可能なように所定形状に切り刃が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、請求項２において必要としたカード表面層、保護層を不要とすることができ、製造コストを低減することができる。

また、請求項４に記載の発明は、請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載する隠蔽葉書において、前記表紙片と前記本体紙片と前記裏紙片とを構成する基材が紙からなり、前記紙からなる基材の前記表紙片と前記本体紙片、および、前記本体紙片と前記裏紙片との対向する面に少なくとも感圧接着剤層が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、郵便はがきや料額印の表示等の固定情報と少なくとも感圧接着剤層が形成された前記片面に個人情報等の印刷や印字を施し、表紙片と本体紙片および本体紙片と裏紙片の感圧接着剤層が形成された面同士を折線で折り重ねて圧着するだけで隠蔽葉書とすることができる。

また、請求項５に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載する隠蔽葉書において、前記表紙片と前記裏紙片のいずれか一つの紙片に形成された前記カード部の前記本体紙片側の面、あるいは、前記表紙片と前記裏紙片のいずれか一つの紙片に形成された前記カード部と対向する前記本体紙片の面の少なくとも一つの面の前記保護層と対向する位置に前記保護層と略同じ大きさの印刷層が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、印刷層を設けた隠蔽面の剥離強度を自在に調節することができる。

また、請求項６に記載の発明は、請求項５に記載する隠蔽葉書において、前記カード部が形成されなかった前記表紙片と前記裏紙片のいずれか一つの紙片の前記本体紙片側の面と該面と対向する位置にある前記本体紙片の面の少なくとも一つの面の前記保護層と対向する位置に前記保護層と略同じ大きさの印刷層が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、カード部が形成されなかった剥離可能な面間についても剥離強度を自在に調節することができる。

また、請求項７に記載の発明は、請求項３に記載する隠蔽葉書において、前記本体紙片の前記カード表面層を形成した面の反対面と対向する前記表紙片あるいは前記裏紙片の面の少なくとも一つの面の前記カード表面層と対向する位置に前記カード表面層と略同じ大きさの印刷層が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、上項同様に印刷層を設けた隠蔽面の剥離強度を自在に調節することができる。

また、請求項８に記載の発明は、請求項１〜７のいずれか１項に記載する隠蔽葉書において、前記表紙片と前記裏紙片の折線のない側の一角に切欠が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、隠蔽葉書の隠蔽面を剥離し易くするための剥離開始端とすることができる。

また、請求項９に記載の発明は、請求項３、５、６のいずれか１項に記載する隠蔽葉書において、前記保護層が合成樹脂製のフィルムを基体として構成されていることを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、隠蔽葉書の外観を体裁のよいものとすることができるし、また、たとえば、合成樹脂製のフィルムが透明である場合には、使用者が一目で送付されてきたものを理解することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
上記の本発明について、図面等を用いて以下に更に詳しく説明する。

まず、図１は本発明の隠蔽葉書の第１の実施形態の平面図であって、本発明の隠蔽葉書１は、両面に感圧接着剤層80が形成された紙90からなり（図４参照）、一方の側端に沿って「郵便はがき」であることの表示を施した本体紙片２と、前記本体紙片２の一方の側端に折線６を介して連接した前記本体紙片２と略同幅の裏紙片４（図示せず）と前記本体紙片２の他方の側端に折線５を介して連接した前記本体紙片２より狭幅の表紙片３とからなり、前記表紙片３と前記本体紙片２、および、前記本体紙片２と前記裏紙片４（図示せず）とを折線５、および、折線６で折り重ねて、それぞれの対向する面間を剥離可能に接着したものであり、前記本体紙片２の一方の側端に沿って設けられた「郵便はがき」であることの表示を施した表面領域と前記表紙片３の料額印面とで隠蔽葉書１の表面を形成している。また、前記表紙片３の料額印面の下部には、略矩形状の切り込み７が設けられ、該切り込み７によりカード部８が前記表紙片３からくり抜き可能に形成され、さらに前記カード部８を包み込むように保護層９が形成され、カード部８が前記表紙片３から抜け落ちることのないように保護されている。また、前記表紙片３の折線５のない側端の一角に隠蔽葉書１を見開きやすくするための切欠10が形成されている。

図２は図１に示す本発明の第１の実施形態の隠蔽葉書を剥離可能に接着した面で剥離して開いた状態を示す一方の側の平面図であって、表紙片３と本体紙片２と裏紙片４とが折線５、６を介して連接し、前記表紙片３に略矩形状の切り込み７によりカード部８がくり抜き可能に形成されると共に、前記本体紙片２の前記表紙片３に形成されたカード部８と対向する位置で保護層９（図示せず）と略同じ大きさの印刷層12が前記保護層９（図示せず）の位置に合わせて形成されている。また、前記表紙片３と裏紙片４の折線５、６のないそれぞれの側端の一角に隠蔽葉書１を見開きやすくするための切欠10および11が形成されている。

図３は図２の裏面側の平面図であって、図２同様に表紙片３と本体紙片２と裏紙片４とが折線５、６を介して連接し、前記表紙片３に略矩形状の切り込み７によりカード部８がくり抜き可能に形成されると共に、前記カード部８が前記表紙片３から抜け落ちることのないように前記カード部８を包み込むように保護層９が形成されている。さらに、前記裏紙片４の前記表紙片３に形成されたカード部８と対向する位置で前記保護層９と略同じ大きさの印刷層13が前記保護層９の位置に合わせて形成されている。また、前記表紙片３と裏紙片４の折線５、６のないそれぞれの側端の一角に隠蔽葉書１を見開きやすくするための切欠10および11が形成されている。

図４は図２のＸーＸ線の断面図であって、紙90の両面に感圧接着剤層80が形成され、表紙片３と本体紙片２と裏紙片４とが折線５、６を介して連接し、前記本体紙片２の「郵便はがき」であることの表示を施した面の感圧接着剤層80上に印刷層12が形成されると共に、前記裏紙片４において前記表紙片３の料額印面側の感圧接着剤層80上に印刷層13が形成されている。また、前記表紙片３の料額印面側の前記感圧接着剤層80上にカード部８を覆い、前記カード部８より大きい略矩形状のカード表面層20が形成されると共に、前記カード表面層20上に前記カード表面層20と略同形状の保護層９が形成され、さらに前記表紙片３には前記本体紙片２の「郵便はがき」であることの表示を施した面の前記感圧接着剤層80側から前記表紙片３と前記カード表面層20とを貫通し、前記保護層９を貫通しない切り込み７が形成され、前記表紙片３からカード部８がくり抜き可能に形成されている。

また、前記印刷層12および13は、前記表紙片３と前記本体紙片２および前記本体紙片２と前記裏紙片４とを折線５および６で折り重ねて前記表紙片３と前記本体紙片２および前記本体紙片２と前記裏紙片４に形成された前記感圧接着剤層80面同士を加圧圧着して剥離可能な接着部を形成する際に、本発明の隠蔽葉書の第１の実施形態のようにカード部８の保護層９が形成されている部分とその他の部分で段差が生じるような場合に形成するものである。すなわち、カード部８の保護層９が形成されている部分とその他の部分では、同じ力で加圧圧着した時に、カード部８の保護層９の部分の厚さが、その他の部分の厚さより厚いために、カード部８の保護層９の部分は、その他の部分よりも圧力が強くかかる。そのために、カード部８の保護層９の部分を適度な剥離強度に接着する圧力をかけると、その他の部分が弱くなり過ぎて接着しなくなり、また、その他の部分を適度な剥離強度に接着する圧力をかけると、逆にカード部８の保護層９の部分が強く接着しすぎて剥離できなくなる。

こういった場合に、前記印刷層12および13を設けることにより、カード部８の保護層９の部分とその他の部分の両方を適度な剥離強度に接着するようにするものである。前記印刷層12および13は、感圧接着剤層80面に網点印刷層を形成することにより、感圧接着剤層80面同士が網点印刷層を介しての接着となるために、強く接着せず剥離可能に接着できる。網点印刷層における網点の面積比率としては、全体の面積に対して１０〜５０％の範囲で設定することが適当である。また、網点印刷層を形成するためのインキとしては、隠蔽葉書の固定情報を印刷するのに使用するオフセットインキと同種のインキが使用可能で、特に着色していない無色透明インキが好ましい。感圧接着剤層80はその面同士を合わせて加圧しないと接着しない性質を有するので、網点印刷層が感圧接着剤層80間に介在すると、網点印刷層のある部分では感圧接着剤層80同士が接触しないので接着せず、網点印刷層のない部分においてのみ感圧接着剤層80同士が接触して接着することになるので、感圧接着剤層80同士の接触する面積、すなわち、接着面積が減るので接着強度が低下し、剥離可能な接着状態とすることができる。紙90に形成する感圧接着剤層80の接着強度および目的とする剥離強度に応じて、網点印刷層の網点面積比率を１０〜５０％の範囲で変化させることにより、カード部８の部分の剥離強度を調節することができる。本発明の隠蔽葉書の第１の実施形態においては、前記印刷層12および13を前記表紙片３に形成されたカード部８と対向する位置で前記本体紙片２の前記感圧接着剤層80面、すなわち、「郵便はがき」であることの表示が施された前記本体紙片２の感圧接着剤層80面および前記表紙片３に形成されたカード部８と対向する位置で前記表紙片３の料額印面側の前記裏紙片４の感圧接着剤層80面に設けた。しかし、これは本発明の一実施例を示したにすぎず、要するに前記表紙片３と前記本体紙片２、および、前記本体紙片２と前記裏紙片４とを折線５、および、折線６で折り重ねて、剥離可能に接着するそれぞれの対向する面の少なくとも一つの面の前記保護層９の位置に合わせて形成されていればよい。いずれの場合においても、適度の剥離強度が得られるように網点面積率を１０〜５０％の範囲で調節すればよい。また、固有情報のデータ出力プリントは、感圧接着剤層80面に形成された印刷層12、13面に行っても、網点面積比率を１０〜５０％とすることにより、データ出力プリントに支障がでることはない。

また、上記のように、前記印刷層12、13を設けることにより、カード部８の保護層９の部分とその他の部分の両方を適度な剥離強度に接着するようにすることができるが、この方法の他にも、前記感圧接着剤層80の塗布量や塗布面積の違い、あるいは、加工方法の選択により接着強度を調節することも可能である。

ところで、前記感圧接着剤層80は天然ゴムラテックス、あるいは、合成ゴムラテックス等の従来から普通に感圧接着剤に用いられているものの中から任意に選んだものに、剥離強度を調節する充填剤として合成シリカ、炭酸カルシウム等を適当に加えたものを使用することができ、必要に応じて増粘剤、分散剤、消泡剤、帯電防止剤、防腐剤等の添加剤を加えてもよく、そのドライ時のコート量は５〜２０ｇ／ｍ² が適当であり、この感圧接着剤層80面同士を合わせて加圧した際に剥離可能に接着する感圧接着剤層80を形成したものである。前記感圧接着剤層80はエアーナイフコート法、ロールコート法等の周知のコート法で形成することができる。

次に、保護層９とカード表面層20は、たとえば、次のような方法で表紙片３の料額印面の表示が施された面に設けることができる。すなわち、図５に示すように、前記保護層９の基体としての合成樹脂製のフィルム40にアンカーコート剤をコートしてアンカーコート層44を形成し、このアンカーコート層44と前記カード表面層20としての合成樹脂製のフィルム41とをポリエチレン等のポリオレフィン系樹脂42で押し出しラミネーションを行って後に、前記カード表面層20としての合成樹脂製のフィルム41の表出面に前記カード表面層20としての合成樹脂製のフィルム41と基材としての紙11上の設けられた感圧接着剤層80の両方に接着性を有する接着剤を公知の接着剤の中から適宜選択して接着層43を形成した積層体50を所定の大きさに裁断、あるいは、型抜きして、前記表紙片３の料額印面の所定箇所に貼着することにより設けることができる。この場合、前記積層体50において、前記保護層９は合成樹脂製のフィルム40と前記アンカーコート層44と前記オレフィン系樹脂42であり、前記カード表面層20は合成樹脂製のフィルム41と接着層43である。その後に、前記表紙片３の料額印面の反対面側より前記カード表面層20を貫通し、前記保護層９は貫通しない切り込み７を設けることにより、前記カード部８が形成され、前記切り込み７から剥離することにより、前記オレフィン系樹脂42と前記カード表面層20としての合成樹脂製のフィルム41との間で剥離されて、前記カード表面層20としての合成樹脂製のフィルム41と接着層43を介して貼着された両面に前記感圧接着剤層80を有する紙90からなる前記カード部８が形成される。

前記保護層９および前記カード表面層20に用いる合成樹脂製のフィルム40，41としては、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン等のプラスチックフィルムを用いることができ、その厚さは10〜50μｍ程度が適当である。また、前記オレフィン系樹脂42の厚さとしては、13〜30μｍ程度が適当である。

また、前記積層体50においては、保護層９とカード表面層20の剥離界面は前記カード表面層20としての合成樹脂製のフィルム41と前記保護層９のポリオレフィン系樹脂42との層間となっているが、この間に、たとえば、図６に示すようなドライ時に0.5 〜1.0 ｇ／ｍ² となるようにシリコーンをコートした離型層45を設けた積層体51とすることにより、一層スムーズな剥離界面を得ることができる。さらに、図６に示すように前記離型層45を設けた場合には、図７に示すような積層体52、すなわち、図６に示す積層体51から保護層９の合成樹脂製のフイルム40とポリオレフィン系樹脂42の層間に設けたアンカーコート層44を除いてもよい。

図８は本発明の隠蔽葉書の第２の実施形態の図２に示すＸーＸ線の断面図であって、隠蔽葉書1'は紙90の両面に感圧接着剤層80が形成され、表紙片３と本体紙片２と裏紙片４とが折線５、６を介して連接し、前記本体紙片２の「郵便はがき」であることの表示を施した面の感圧接着剤層80上に印刷層12が形成されると共に、前記裏紙片４において前記表紙片３の料額印面側の感圧接着剤層80上に印刷層13が形成されている。また、前記表紙片３の料額印面の前記感圧接着剤層80面に所定形状のカード表面層20’が形成されると共に、前記カード表面層20’上に前記カード表面層20’の所定形状より大きくかつ前記カード表面層20’の所定形状を包み込むように保護層9'が貼着され、料額印面の反対面の前記感圧接着剤層80側から前記表紙片３と前記カード表面層20’とを貫通し、前記保護層9'を貫通しない切り込み７が形成されることにより前記表紙片３からカード部8'がくり抜き可能に形成されている。

前記カード表面層20’の形成は、たとえば、前記表紙片３の感圧接着剤層80面上の所定箇所にオフセット用ＵＶインキのＯＰニスを所定形状に印刷することで得ることができる。また、保護層9'は、上項記載の合成樹脂製のフィルム40に前記合成樹脂製のフィルム40と基材としての紙90に設けられた感圧接着剤層80の両方に接着性を有する接着剤を公知の接着剤の中から適宜選択して接着層43を形成したものを所定の大きさに裁断、あるいは、型抜きしたものを前記カード表面層20’上に、前記カード表面層20’の所定形状より大きくかつ前記カード表面層20’の所定形状を包み込むように貼着することにより設けることができる。印刷層12、13および感圧接着剤層80等の形成方法については、上項で説明したので説明は省略する。

ここで、保護層９、あるいは、保護層9'に用いる基体を合成樹脂製のフィルムということで説明してきたが、該基体は紙であってもよいのであって、その場合の一つの実施例を図９に示す。

The protection of at least one surface of the main body paper piece in a position facing the main paper piece side of the paper piece of any one of the front cover piece and the back paper piece on which the card portion is not formed. 6. A concealing postcard according to claim 5 , wherein a printed layer having a size substantially the same as that of the protective layer is formed at a position facing the layer.

The card surface layer is substantially the same size as the card surface layer at a position facing the card surface layer on at least one surface of the front cover piece or the back paper piece facing the surface opposite to the surface on which the card surface layer is formed of the main body paper piece. The concealing postcard according to claim 3, wherein a printed layer is formed.

In the concealed postcard, concealing postcard according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that notches in the corner fold line without the side of the cover piece and the back piece of paper is formed.

Concealing postcard according to any one of claims 1,5,6, wherein the protective layer is composed of a film made of a synthetic resin as the substrate.
