Description

【0001】

In a bag-in-box known so far, a spout is attached to an internal pouch. This spout has a spout tube protruding outward from a through-hole provided in the pouch and a spout. The flange part formed in the lower end part of the exit tube was brought into contact with the inner surface of the hole edge, and this was adhered to the inner surface of the pouch with an adhesive, heat, ultrasonic waves or the like.
Further, juice is stored in various pouches according to the prior art, such as flat bags, self-standing bags (stand type), gusset pouches, and the like, and a spout having a suction portion is attached to the edge of the pouch. In the pouch with a spout, the spout is attached to the edge of the pouch, but since there is no extension that reaches the inside of the pouch, the pouch closes and sucks when the user sucks the contents. There was a case that could not be. Since the flange part provided at the lower part of the spout tube attached to the pouch such as the above bag-in-box is adhered to the hole edge of the inner surface of the pouch, the attachment to the edge part of the pouch etc. Nothing was considered.
In addition, when the spout body and the lid are molded separately and the lid is screwed to the spout body, the movement between processes, and the molding factory and the screwing factory are different When the top surface of the round cylindrical portion of the spout main body in the movement of the liquid is damaged, even if the contact ring of the lid is in close contact with the top surface, the liquid sealability may not be obtained due to the presence of the scratch. there were.
[0003]

[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention stores juice, etc., and the user puts a mouth at the spout and sucks the contents, or stands, gussets, etc. pouches for packaging pharmaceuticals, cleaning agents, inks, etc. It is a spout with a lid that is sandwiched between two sides with respect to a portion obtained by cutting a side edge portion and a corner portion of a flat pouch, etc., and is composed of a spout main body and a lid, and the spout and lid are Each is a separate entity. However, when the extension part rib is provided in the spout main body to prevent clogging, the extension rib may be formed separately and connected to the adhesive base of the spout main body. Both are formed of a resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene.
As one of the factors hindering the liquid sealability due to the splicing of the spout main body and the lid, which is the main object of the present invention, the top of the opening of the spout main body is covered with the contents after filling. Although it may be damaged before the body is screwed, it is performed by the contact ring between the opening of the spout main body and the inner surface of the top plate of the lid, but due to the above-mentioned scratch, it does not have perfect liquid tightness There was a thing. For example, when the spout body and lid are molded separately and subjected to vibration impact until the capping process after filling the contents, the top surface of the opening of the spout body is damaged and uneven. Even if the contact ring provided on the lid is in close contact with the top surface, complete liquid tightness may not be obtained.
In addition, a so-called pilfer-proof property is sometimes required in which a spout once closed and then reclosed can be easily confirmed.
Therefore, as a result of studying the materials used, such as the shape of the opening of the spout main body and the inner surface of the top plate of the lid, the inventor obtains a spout suitable for the intended purpose as described below. I was able to.
[0006]
The spout main body is composed of an adhesive base portion attached to the inside of the pouch main body on one side of the elongated boat-shaped flange portion, and a spout cylinder portion on the outer side of the pouch on the other side. Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.

[0008]
The material shape of the pouch to which the pouch spout of the present invention is attached is designed according to the type of contents or the capacity. The pouch to which the pouch spout of the present invention is applied is a type in which a user puts a mouth on the spout and sucks it, and the amount of contents to be stored is 100 to 500 grams, and the most planned planned capacity is 200-300 grams.
In addition, as the shape of the pouch C, the stand type and the gusset type are generally used, and the materials thereof are materials such as paper, plastic film, metal foil, etc., and these materials are used for the purpose of improving physical properties. A material obtained by applying other materials, processing by vapor deposition, or the like, or using the processed materials, or a material obtained by laminating these materials is used.
[0009]
The basic material composition of the pouch C is often composed of a base material, a barrier material for protecting the contents, and an inner surface material having heat sealability.
The base material is selected from materials having printability, strength, heat resistance and the like, and preferably a stretched film formed by forming a resin such as various thin papers, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, etc. Barrier film such as a film formed from a polyvinyl alcohol resin film, a film formed from a saponified resin of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a metal foil such as aluminum, and vinylidene chloride on the above various films. It is also possible to use a film provided with a moisture-proof coating such as a film, or a film obtained by directly depositing a metal or an oxide such as silicon or aluminum directly on the base film, instead of using another film as a barrier material.
Further, as the heat seal material, a material having a necessary strength as a pouch is selected without causing any trouble in the taste of the contents. Examples thereof include low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, polyolefin polymerized using a metallocene catalyst, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
However, the material constituting the heat seal layer must be a heat seal for assembling the pouch and must be a material that can be thermally bonded to the bonding surface of the spout body. In this case, it is necessary to confirm mutual adhesion.
[0010]
As described above, the present invention is a spout with a lid that is sandwiched between two sides of a pouch or the like of a stand type, a gusset type, or the like, or a portion where a side edge or a corner of a flat pouch is cut. is there.
As described above, the spout main body A of the present invention includes the elongated boat-shaped flange portion a, the adhesive base portion b, and the spout tube portion c.
The elongate boat-shaped flange portion a has a boat shape in plan view, and the side surfaces 1 form a guide surface when transported to an adhesive portion such as a pouch C, and end portions in the length direction. Is formed with a protrusion 2 directed upward.
[0011]
One side of the boat-shaped flange portion a is provided with a spout tube portion c that becomes the outside of the pouch C when the spout port is attached to the pouch C, and a second flange is provided at an intermediate portion of the spout tube portion c. Part 3 is provided. The side surface of the second flange portion is a side surface parallel to both side surfaces 1 of the boat-shaped flange portion. Further, for example, the arc portions on both sides with respect to the side surface may have an arc shape connecting many straight lines as shown in FIG. 1, or the shape of the second flange in a plan view is a deformed polygon. For example, it may be an octagon as shown in FIG. Then, the opening side of the second flange portion 3 is formed into a round cylindrical shape 10, and a screw thread 12 for screwing the lid is provided on the outer peripheral surface thereof.
As shown in FIG. 6, the liquid sealing property between the spout and the lid according to the prior art is such that the contact rib 21 provided on the lid is in close contact with one or both sides of the top of the spout (6-1), The contact ring 20 is closely attached to the top surface of the spout and the contact ribs are closely contacted (6-2). However, if the top surface is uneven due to scratches or the like, liquid leakage may occur. It was.
Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2 (2-3), the top surface of the round tube portion 10 forming the opening of the round tube portion has a high outer surface side 5 and a lower inner surface side 6. A step structure is adopted.
As shown in FIG. 2 (2-3), the lid B that is screwed into the spout cylinder 10 having the top surface of the two-stage structure is provided with a contact ring 20 on the inner surface of the top plate of the lid. When the lid B is screwed, the contact ring 20 is provided at a position in close contact with the lower surface 6 on the inner surface side of the top surface of the two-stage structure of the spout tube portion c. When transported only by the spout main body A, the molded products come into contact with each other and damage the top surface of the spout cylinder portion c. However, in the spout main body A of the present invention, the surface 5 having a high outer surface on the top surface. Since only the surface is damaged and the lower surface 6 on the inner surface side of the top surface is not damaged, the liquid tightness is more complete.
[0012]
On the other hand, the boat-shaped flange portion a side of the second flange portion 3 is a rectangular tube 11, and a third flange portion is provided between the second flange portion 3 and the boat-shaped flange portion a. 4 is provided. The third flange portion 4 has a larger diameter than that of the second flange portion 3, and the length direction thereof is the same as the length direction of the boat-shaped flange portion. The shape of the third flange portion 4 in plan view is not particularly limited, and may be a polygon such as a square, a hexagon, or an octagon, or a circle or an ellipse. In the drawings attached to this specification, it is described as a long octagonal shape. The reason why the third flange portion 4 needs a larger diameter than the diameter of the second flange portion 3 is that the lid body B and the second flange portion 3 are connected to indicate that the lid body is not opened. The heat shrink film 19 (hereinafter referred to as a shrink film) may be fixed by shrink as shown in FIG. 5 (5-2). The shrink film is sealed in a sleeve shape in advance and covers the lid B and the second flange portion 3. At this time, the diameter of the sleeve of the shrink film is larger than the maximum diameter of the second flange portion 3. If the sleeve is sealed to a slightly larger diameter sleeve, the workability and the finish of the shrink are good, and when the cover B and the second flange portion 3 are covered with the shrink film, FIG. As shown, the position can be regulated by the third flange portion 4.
The shrink film 19 of the present invention is preferably a stretched film made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, or the like, and in advance than the maximum diameter of the lid B and the second flange 3, A slightly large-diameter cylindrical seal (sleeve) is covered over the long octagonal flange 4 of the spout tube portion c as shown in FIG. 5 (2-1), and a shrink tunnel (heating furnace) And the lid and the second flange 3 are fixed. The purpose of shrink wrapping is to prevent the tip of the spout from being contaminated by dust or the like, and to be unopened at the storefront, which is a measure of so-called virginity.
[0013]
The thread 12 can be provided with a notch (hereinafter referred to as a thread notch) 14 parallel to the axial direction of the spout tube part c, as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 (7-1) and (7-2), a notch (hereinafter referred to as a flange notch) 14 ′ may also be provided in the second flange immediately below the thread notch. it can. The thread notch 14 and the flange notch 14 'are preferably provided on the same axis, and the notch is provided on at least one side of both side surfaces of the spout flange. And
The purpose of providing such cutouts 14 and 14 ′ is to wash the spout (injection port) in the process of filling the contents. Although there was a case where it stays above, since the wash water flows without staying by providing the notches 14, 14 ', the spout portion can be cleaned efficiently.
[0014]
Moreover, the thick part 15 of the same height as the upper surface of the protrusion part 2 of the said both ends is provided in the square cylinder part 11 periphery of the said boat-shaped flange part a. The thick portion 15 has a quadrangular shape in its outer shape, and a groove 16 is formed between the thick portion 15 and the protruding portion 2. The groove 16 serves as a guide when the pouch container having the spout is transported and set at a predetermined position in the step of bonding the spout main body A to the pouch C or the step before and after filling the contents. To fulfill.
By forming the cylindrical portion 11 from the second flange portion 3 to the boat-shaped flange portion a into a square tube shape in the outer shape, the direction of the spout main body A serves as a guide function for the movement of the rectangular tube portion 11 during transportation. The function of regulation is achieved, the process of attaching the spout body A to the pouch C and the transport of the pouch container having the spout before and after the packaging process and the setting of the container to a predetermined position are ensured. Speed up is possible.
[0015]
The adhesive base b is provided on the other side of the elongated boat-shaped flange portion a as described above. The adhesive base b is located inside the pouch C and is sandwiched between the two sides with respect to the edge portion, and forms a shuttle shape in the bottom view as shown in FIG. 2 (2-4). Adhesive surfaces on both sides of the adhesive base part b below the spout tube part c are formed, and these adhesive surfaces are connected as adhesive parts at the lower part of the elongated boat-shaped flange part a. ing.
[0016]
The adhesive base b is preferably provided with ribs 8 that extend into the pouch when bonded to the pouch C. The rib 8 may have a shape formed integrally with the adhesive base b, and may be formed separately from the spout main body A.
The rib 8 provided so as to extend into the pouch from the adhesive base b of the spout main body A is finally sucked without the pouch C being closed when the contents are sucked by the user. The function to make it possible is shown.
When the ribs 8 are integrally provided on the adhesive base b of the spout main body A, the ribs 8 are connected to each other by the ribs extending from the four extension plates 7 suspended below the adhesive base b to the facing extension plates 7. The crossed ribs are formed by extending the linked ribs downward, and the cross-section thereof has a cross shape as shown in FIG. 3 (3-4).
[0017]
Moreover, when providing the said rib 8 as a different body from the adhesion base part b of the spout main body A, what is necessary is just a cross rib which has a structure which can be joined with the adhesion base b, and the joining is the bonding base b, for example, A concave portion for fitting may be formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion, and a convex portion that fits into the concave portion may be formed at the joint portion of the cross rib. The bonding of the adhesive base b and the cross rib may be a screw engagement between the inner surface of the cylindrical portion of the adhesive base b and the cross rib, in addition to the above-described uneven fitting, and the method is not limited in the present invention.
[0018]
As described above, if the purpose of the present invention for preventing occlusion at the time of suction can be achieved, the legs extended into the pouch C, that is, the extension ribs 8 are formed integrally with the adhesive base b. Alternatively, the extension 8 formed separately may be connected to the adhesive base b. The shape of the extension rib 8 is preferably a cross-shaped cross section, and the pouch is formed immediately after the spout is bonded to the pouch C as a pouch container having a spout until the product is filled, distributed, stored, and consumed. In order to prevent damage, it is desirable that the tip end be a rounded corner 9R as shown in FIG.
Further, the rib width of the extension rib does not need to be the same over the entire length of the extension portion. For example, the extension rib may become narrower or partially cut out as it goes to the tip.
Furthermore, the tip of the extension rib is rounded to the intimidation of damaging the pouch and the like when it is damaged by impact or the like in storage, transportation, retail store, etc. as a product, and at least the vertical and horizontal of the tip of the cross rib By making one side the thick portion 9T, for example, the tip end of the extension rib is prevented from being damaged.
[0019]
Moreover, as an example of the pouch spout according to the present invention, a so-called pilfer proof type lid having a structure in which it can be easily confirmed from the appearance that the lid has been opened once.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, a spout cylinder 30 is attached to a container made of a resin film bag (not shown), and a lid 40 is attached to the spout cylinder 30. The spout tube portion 30 and the lid body 40 constitute a combined body of the lid body and the spout port.
[0021]
In addition, the spout cylinder part 30 of the present invention may be a spout formed integrally with the container main body like the mouth part of a plastic bottle. You may comprise the combination body of a cover body and a spout.
Among these, a male screw 31 a is provided on the outer surface of the spout tube portion 30. Further, the spout main body 31 is provided with a plurality of flanges, and of these, the abutment flange 32 abuts on a tip end portion 44 of a deformed piece 43 of the lid 40 described later.
[0022]
Further, the lid body 40 includes a lid body main body 41 attached to the spout cylinder portion 40. The lid body 41 has a sealed side 41b and an opening side 41c, and the lid body 41 is poured by engaging a female screw 41a provided on the inner surface of the lid body 41 with a male screw 40a of the spout cylinder portion 40. The outlet cylinder part 40 is attached to the outlet cylinder part 40 so as to be sealed.
A deformable body 42 including a plurality of deformable pieces 43 is connected to the opening side 41 c of the lid body 41. In this case, each deformation piece 43 extends in the axial direction of the lid body 40, and a plurality of, for example, eight pieces are arranged along the circumferential direction (see FIGS. 10 and 11). As shown in FIG. 10, the deformable pieces 43 are connected to each other by a thin portion 48 provided substantially at the center in the length direction of the deformable piece 43, and the deformable pieces 43 are further connected to the base end side of the thin portion 48. A first crease 46 is provided.
[0023]
That is, as shown in FIG. 10, the first crease 46 of each deformation piece 43 is located on the proximal end side of the thin portion 48, and the distal end portion 44 of the deformation piece 43 is interposed via the first crease 46. Can be folded inward.
Further, a through hole 45 is formed along the axial direction of the lid 40 and shoots on the base end side of the thin portion 48 among the deformation pieces 43 (see FIG. 10). Further, a second crease 47 for bending the deformation piece 43 outward is provided in the vicinity of the top of the through hole 45 among the deformation pieces 43. When the lid 40 is removed, the second crease 47 is in contact with the abutment flange 31 of the spout cylinder 30 by the tip 44 of the deformed piece 43 bent inward by the first crease 46. In this case, the deformation pieces 43 function to bend outward.
[0024]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment having such a configuration will be described.
[0025]
First, as shown in FIG. 9 (9-1), each deformation piece 43 constituting the deformation body 42 is bent inward via a first crease 46, and in this state, the lid body 40 is attached to the spout tube. It is mounted while rotating with respect to the part 30. In this case, the female screw 41a on the lid 40 side is engaged with the male screw 31a on the spout tube portion 30 side, and the distal end portion of the deformable piece 43 is in a state indicated by reference numeral 44a in FIG.
[0026]
When the lid 40 is completely attached to the spout tube portion 30, the distal end portion of the deformable piece 43 is in a state indicated by reference numeral 44 b in FIG. 8 and is provided in the spout tube portion 30 of the spout tube portion 30. It is held by the holding flange 32. In this case, each deformation piece 43 is connected via the thin portion 48.
[0027]
Next, when removing the lid 40 from the spout cylinder 30, the lid 40 rotates in the direction opposite to that at the time of mounting and is removed from the spout cylinder 30. In this case, as shown in FIG. 8, the lid body 40 rises with respect to the spout tube portion 30, and the tip end portion 44 of each deformation piece 43 abuts against the contact flange 32 of the spout tube portion 30.
[0028]
Further, when the lid 40 is raised in FIG. 8, each deformation piece 43 is prevented from shifting to information by the contact flange 31, so that each deformation piece 43 is in the second folded state with the first crease 46 facing outward. It is bent and deformed so as to expand outward through the ruled line 47. Thus, when each deformation | transformation piece 43 expands outside via the 2nd crease 47, the thin part 48 provided between each deformation | transformation piece 43 fractures | ruptures and each deformation | transformation piece 43 isolate | separates from each other. FIG. 9 (9-2) shows a state where the deformation pieces 43 are separated from each other. FIG. 9 (9-2) shows a state in which the deformable pieces 43 are separated from each other and bent outwardly through the first crease line 46 and the second crease line 47 into a “<” shape.
[0029]
As described above, when the lid 40 is removed, the deformed pieces 43 of the lid 40 are separated from each other and bent outwardly into a “<” shape, so that the removal state of the lid 40 can be easily recognized from the outside. can do.
[0030]
The spout main body A and the lid body B are formed separately and are injection-molded with polystyrene, polypropylene or the like. As the molding material for the spout body A, a material that can be thermally bonded to the inner surface of the pouch C is selected, and a material that can obtain a tighter seal when the lid B is screwed to the spout body A is selected. It is desirable to do. For example, low-density polyethylene can be used for the spout main body A, and medium-density polyethylene or polypropylene can be used for the lid B.
Low-density polyethylene has lower rigidity than the medium-density, high-density polyethylene or polypropylene. Therefore, in the screwing, tight winding is performed by utilizing the difference in the degree of rigidity as in the combination of the materials described above. Can be easily done. Even if the molding materials used for the spout main body A and the lid B are reversed, the tight winding can be performed in the same manner as described above.
[0031]
The inner surface of the peripheral edge of the pouch C and the bonding surface of the bonding base b of the spout main body A are aligned, and the heating material is brought into contact with both outer sides of the pouch C to heat bond the pouch C to the shuttle-shaped bonding base b.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
By adopting the spout tube portion c of the present invention, the step of adhering the spout to the pouch or the movement of the pouch at the time of filling or the attachment / detachment to a predetermined device may be performed by the boat-shaped flange portion a and the third flange portion, Due to the presence of the rectangular tube portion 11, the operation is stable and reliable. Furthermore, the top surface of the opening has a two-step structure, and the contact ring 20 provided on the top plate inner surface of the lid b is brought into close contact with the lower surface of the two-step structure top surface, thereby further ensuring the liquid sealing performance. It became.
The adhesive base b that adheres to the pouch C has a shuttle shape when viewed from the bottom, so that the spout main body A and the pouch C can be securely bonded, there is no risk of liquid leakage, and the second flange 3 and the boat shape The third flange portion 4 having a diameter larger than that of the second flange portion 3 is provided between the second flange portion 4 and the lid B. The position of the shrink film 19 can be regulated.
Further, by providing the notches 14 and 14 ′ in the screw 12 and the second flange 3 provided in the spout tube portion 10, when cleaning the spout (injection port) portion in the process of filling the contents. Washing water or the like no longer stays on the thread portion 12 or the second flange portion 3, and the spout portion can be cleaned efficiently.
When the contents are sucked by the extended cross ribs 8 provided on the adhesive base b, the pouch C is not blocked and can be sucked to the end. Further, by making the tip 9 of the extended cross rib 8 rounded and making at least one side thick at the tip of the cross rib, the tip of the extension rib may be damaged during distribution or use. The sharp corner can prevent the pouch from being damaged.
In addition, by using the pilfer-proof type spout, the spout once opened can be easily confirmed, which has the effect of preventing mischief.
Since the material of the lid B is slightly more rigid than the spout main body A or slightly softer than the spout main body A, and the groove 13 is formed on the outer surface of the lid B, the lid B by hand is formed. Easy to open and close.
Further, when removing the lid from the spout main body, the deformed piece expands outward with the first crease on the outside and deforms, and at the same time, the thin portion breaks and the deformed pieces are separated. For this reason, it can recognize easily and reliably that the cover body was removed from the spout main body by the outward deformation | transformation and isolation | separation of a deformation | transformation piece.
