本発明は、全身のにきびまたは吹き出物の改善または予防効果の高い入浴剤組成物に関する。

全身のにきびまたは吹き出物を改善することを目的とした浴用剤はなく、特別な効果を訴求した発明は夏用の冷感目的のものや(特許文献1)、制汗効果及びさっぱり感を与える入浴剤(特許文献2)等がある。またアルミニウム塩を含有した入浴剤は特許文献2、特許文献3が開示されているが全身のにきび等を改善または予防する主旨のものはない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
顔のにきびや吹き出物に対応するスキンケア化粧品は多くの化粧品会社から上市されており、ニーズがたくさんあることはよく知られているところである。一方、にきびや吹き出物は、顔だけでなく、全身にもできる性質のものであることも知られている。また最近若者たちの夏場のファッションの流行は、肌の露出度が高くなり、特に肩、背中を出す傾向が高まっている。そして、背中は皮脂分泌量が多く、顔の次ににきび、吹き出物がよくできる部位である。したがって、背中等のにきび等を改善できる製剤の出現が希望されていた。
しかしながらローションや乳液等のボディ用の化粧品では背中に手が届きにくい為、満足できる効果を出すことが難しいと考えられる。そこでわずらわしい施術の作業なしに背中等にきびや吹き出物を改善できる製剤の出現が望まれていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる実情において、本発明者らは、鋭意検討を行った結果、アルミニウム塩を浴用剤の剤型に配合して身体に適用すると、にきびまたは吹き出物を予防または改善する効果があることを見出した。また、炭酸塩を併用するとアルミニウム塩を含有する浴用剤の経時安定性が飛躍的に良くなることを見出した。さらに、糖アルコールを併用すると湯上り時のつっぱり感を緩和できることも合わせて見出した。すなわち、本発明者らはアルミニウム塩を含有する身体のにきびまたは吹き出物を改善または予防する効果のある入浴剤組成物を提供するものである。

本発明で用いられるアルミニウム塩としては、例えば硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウムカリウム、硫酸アルミニウムアンモニウム、塩化アルミニウムなどの無機アルミニウム塩、乳酸アルミニウム、クエン酸アルミニウム、リンゴ酸アルミニウムなどの可溶性カルボン酸アルミニウム塩等が挙げられる。好ましくは硫酸アルミニウムカリウム(カリミョウバン)である。

その含有量は、10〜30重量%である。

そして本発明の入浴剤は硫酸アルミニウムカリウムと炭酸塩を併用すると安定性が格段に良くなることを見出した。本発明に用いられる炭酸塩は炭酸塩であれば特に限定されないが、好ましくは炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウムであり、より好ましくは炭酸カリウムである。本発明の炭酸塩の配合量は、50〜80重量%である。さらに、本発明の入浴剤は糖アルコールを含有すると湯上り時のきしみ感、つっぱり感が緩和されることを見出した。
本発明に用いられる糖アルコールは、マンニトールであり、その配合量は5〜15重量%である。

本発明の入浴剤組成物には、前記必須成分のほか、通常の入浴剤に用いられる成分を、本発明の効果を妨げない範囲で適宜配合することができる。かかる成分としては、以下のようなものが挙げられる。
(1)酸類:無機酸類として、ホウ酸、メタケイ酸、無水ケイ酸等;有機酸として、安息香酸、クエン酸、フマル酸、コハク酸、酒石酸、ピロリドンカルボン酸、アジピン酸、サリチル酸等。
(2)無機塩類:塩化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、硝酸カリウム、硝酸ナトリウム、硝酸カルシウム、ポリリン酸ナトリウム、塩化アンモニウム、硫酸鉄、燐酸ナトリウム、チオ硫酸ナトリウム、硼酸、メタ珪酸、無水珪酸等。
(3)生薬類:ソウジュツ、ビャクジュツ、カノコソウ、ケイガイ、コウボク、センキュウ、橙皮、トウキ、ショウキョウ末、ニンジン、ケイヒ、シャクヤク、ハッカ葉、オウゴン、サンシシ、ブクリョウ、ドクカツ、ショウブ、ガイヨウ、マツブサ、ビャクシ、
ジュウヤク、リュウノウ、サフラン、オウバクエキス、チンピ、ウイキョウ、カンピ末、カミツレ、メリッサ、ローズマリー、マロニエ、西洋ノコギリ草、アルニカ等。
(4)油脂類:イソプロピルパルミテート、イソプロピルミリステート、コレステリルイソステアレート、スクワラン、トリ(カプリル−カプリン酸)グリセリン、糠油、米糠エキス、1−イソステアロイル−3−ミリストイル−グリセロール、オリーブ油、ホホバ油、ダイズ油、流動パラフィン、白色ワセリン等。
(5)アルコール類:エタノール、ステアリルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール、セチルアルコール、ヘキサデシルアルコール等。

(7)界面活性剤:アルキル硫酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、ラウリン酸ジエタノールアミド、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコールモノステアレート等。
(8)その他:酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、タルク、イオウ、鉱砂、湯の花、カゼイン、中性白土、サリチル酸ナトリウム、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム、卵黄末、イリ糠、雲母末、脱脂粉乳、ポリビニルピロリドン等。

更に本発明の入浴剤組成物には、上記したもの以外に必要に応じて殺菌防腐剤、保湿剤、金属イオン封鎖剤、香料、その他の広い範囲の成分を配合することができる。

本発明の入浴剤組成物は、通常の方法に従って製造することができ、散剤、錠剤等の種々の形態にすることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の入浴剤組成物は、以下の実験結果に示されるとおり、全身のにきび、吹き出物を改善または予防する効果を有するものである。

〔実験例1〕表1の本発明品1に示す組成の粉末タイプ入浴剤組成物を常法に従って製造し、30gを1回の使用量として、2週間毎日使用した後、背中のニキビの改善度を目視で判定した。その結果女性5名中4名に有効、男性4名中2名が有効、そのうち1名は著効であった。また、本発明品1のカリミョウバンを炭酸ナトリウムに処方を変えて、発明品と同様に使用して評価した結果、女性5名、男性4名ともいずれも改善されなかった。
この結果からアルミニウム塩は身体のにきびまたは吹き出物への改善効果が非常に高いことがわかった。
