本発明は、清酒、果汁飲料、調味料、油類や液体洗剤などに使用される液体用紙容器の頂部に突設される開封刃を内蔵する注出口栓に関するものである。

従来、液体用紙容器(20)は、例えば図13に示すように、四角形状の胴部をもち、その切妻屋根形の頂部傾斜板(21)には、注出のし易さから注出口栓(10)が突設されたものが広く使用されていた。この注出口栓は、スパウト(100)(注出口具)にキャップ(200)を冠着したものであり、注出口栓に開封刃を内蔵するものは、例えば実公平5−35058号公報で開示されたものがある。この開封刃を内蔵する注出口栓は、破断可能なフィルムで封止した液体用紙容器の注出孔に取着されこの注出孔に対応した円筒部を備える注出口具と、この注出口具の円筒部に挿入され下縁に刃部を備える略筒状の開封刃と、円筒部を覆うようにして取着されたキャップとからなり、円筒部の内面とこれに相対する開封刃の外面との両者は、互いに摺接して上下方向に移動可能な回転防止手段を備えて、開封刃が円筒部に対して上下移動可能に設けられ、開封刃は、開封刃の筒壁部に上縁から下縁側に向けて傾斜して上方に面する斜面を備え、キャップは、下方に面して開封刃の斜面に摺接する案内斜面を備える筒体を有して、キャップの回転時に開封刃を下降可能に設けたものであり、内容物を注出時に、図13に示すように、キャップ(200)を回転させて取り外すときに、キャップの回転により開封刃(132)を降下させて封止するフィルム(30)を破断して容器を開封するものであった。
