【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wiring inventory management system in a communication facility where a plurality of termination racks and an exchange are connected by a cable including a plurality of optical fibers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a communication facility in a station, the identification information of the cable and the identification information of the accommodation port of the exchange are associated with each other and the connection state is managed by a computer. Thereby, it was possible to grasp the wiring stock quantity (equipment possession quantity) of unconnected cables.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the prior art, since only the connection state between the cable and the accommodation port in the communication facility is managed, only point management for each designated section is performed. In other words, since only the connection status “Connected / Not connected / Bad / Reserved” of only one specified section can be grasped, the wide area between the end points from the outside end point (termination frame) to the inside end point (inside device) It was not possible to grasp the general connection status.
[0004]
In addition, although one cable is composed of a plurality of optical fibers (cores), according to the conventional technology, whether or not a communication service is currently provided using the target cores (cores are currently used) Or not) is not managed. Therefore, even if the core wire is included in the connected cable in one designated section, it may be an unconnected core wire in the next section. In this case, although there is no connection between the end points, there is a possibility that the core wire is in use in a part of the section. Such an increase in the number of cores will unnecessarily reduce the number of stocks.
[0005]
In this way, since the state of wide-area connection between the end points of the in-house wiring is not grasped and it is not specified whether the core wire is actually in use or not in use, in the communication equipment station in the station Actually, the usage status of the equipment is not clearly understood. In this state, it was necessary to make a future demand prediction, and that prediction was difficult. That is, the determination of inventory reduction can only be grasped when the absolute amount of unconnected equipment for each section exceeds a certain threshold. Accordingly, since it is difficult to grasp the wiring inventory amount across the wide area and the time axis between the end points, an accurate usage rate has not been determined. Moreover, even if only the current equipment state is managed, it is impossible to grasp the progress of the time-based equipment possession amount, and therefore it is not possible to predict demand from the transition of various equipment possession amounts. Therefore, the following problems also arise.
[0006]
First, it is impossible to grasp the wiring inventory in the communication facility in real time. In order to specify the working and non-working of the core wire, it is necessary to grasp the connection state between the end points of the uppermost part and the lowermost part for each section. For this purpose, the operator searches and confirms the connection status for each section between the end points, and finally uses the core wire that is connected between the end points, and uses the core wire that is not connected halfway in the middle Confirm as (free). By performing such an operation, it is impossible to grasp the connection state between the end points over a wide area in real time.
[0007]
Secondly, based on the connection status confirmed as active and inactive between the end points, the operator needs to investigate and aggregate the connection status for every section in the communication facility.
[0008]
Thirdly, in order to grasp the time transition of the wiring inventory amount, it is necessary to periodically perform the first and second operations. Even if it is determined in the past as a working core in the designated section, it may become a non-working core with the passage of time. On the other hand, even if it is determined that it is a non-working core wire, it may be connected to another accommodation port in a new demand and become a working core wire. Therefore, in order to grasp the time transition of the wiring inventory amount, it is necessary for the operator to repeat the first and second operations in the future.
[0009]
As described above, in order to grasp the amount of wiring inventory required for medium- to long-term demand forecasts in a communication facility, the operator must manually check, count, store, and accumulate connection status for each section. However, a great deal of cost and time are required as the amount of equipment owned increases.
[0010]
On the other hand, in recent years, the demand for optical fibers has increased rapidly, and this increase has led to an increase in the amount of equipment at communication facilities. In addition, sudden and large numbers of new subscribers are rapidly increasing due to specific regional circumstances, etc., and in-house wiring facilities can be quickly grasped and expanded in response to new optical fiber demand that is expected to continue to increase in the future. is necessary. That is, there is a need for real-time grasp of the true inventory quantity by specifying active and non-active, and accurate demand forecast that anticipates medium- to long-term demand increase due to accurate changes in the core usage rate.
[0011]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a wiring inventory management system that can easily grasp the inventory of optical fiber cores included in a cable in a communication facility in order to solve the above-described problems. And
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the in-house wiring inventory management system of the present invention, the identification information is given to both optical fiber ends of the optical fiber, and the termination rack and the exchange port that accommodates the optical fiber ends, and the connected optical fiber Equipment information database including section connection information that associates identification information between fiber ends and ports, and the uppermost and lowermost parts composed of multiple sections in the communication facility by interposing terminations that perform one or more relays And a wiring inventory management server having search means for searching for end point connection information between the end points using one or more section connection information. Accordingly, it is possible to easily grasp the stock of the optical fiber core wires included in the cable in the communication facility.
[0013]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the identification information is barcode information, and the server receives reception means for receiving the barcode information from a mobile terminal having a barcode reader, and the received optical fiber end and
[0014]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, when the end points are connected, the plurality of optical fibers between the end points are active cores, and when the end points are not connected, the searching means is connected between the end points. It is also preferable that the plurality of optical fibers output end-to-end connection information as non-working core wires in wiring inventory. As a result, it is possible to manage, as a stock, the cords and equipment that are used wastefully that are normally connected in the section unit but not connected in the unit between the end points.
[0015]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the search means of the server is performed at regular intervals. Thereby, since the inventory information is constantly updated, the operator can grasp the inventory status in real time.
[0016]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the server further includes an inventory information database that accumulates the connection information between end points searched by the search means in time series. Thereby, the operator can grasp | ascertain the stock condition in the unit between end points.
[0017]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is also preferable that the inventory information database of the server registers the current registration time together with the connection information between end points. Thereby, the operator can grasp | ascertain the time transition from the past in the connection information between end points to the present.
[0018]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the server displays the total number of cores, the number of active cores, the number of non-working cores, and the number of defective cores of end-to-end connection information and section connection information between end points. It is also preferable to have a means.
[0019]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the display means includes the past number of total cores, the number of active cores, the number of non-working cores, and the number of defective cores of end-to-end connection information and section connection information between end points. It is also preferable to display an increase / decrease transition state.
[0020]
According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is also preferable that the display means displays an alarm for a decrease of the number of non-working core wires by a predetermined number or more in the end point connection information or the section connection information. Thereby, the monitoring burden on the operator can be reduced.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the in-house wiring inventory management system according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0025]
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram in a communication facility to be managed.
[0026]
According to FIG. 1, a plurality of termination racks and an exchange are connected within a communication facility by cables including a plurality of optical fibers. Connectors are attached to both ends of the optical fiber (core wire). In addition, barcodes are attached to the connectors (optical fiber ends) and termination racks that accommodate the connectors and ports of the exchange.
[0027]
One connector of the optical fiber core wire included in the cable is connected to the accommodation port of the package in the exchange. The other connector of the optical fiber core wire is connected to the optical adapter of the accommodation port accommodated in the intermediate termination. Furthermore, one connector of the optical fiber core wire is connected to the other accommodation port of the optical adapter. The other connector of the optical fiber core wire is connected to the optical adapter of the accommodating port accommodated in the termination rack. Thereby, the light emitted from the exchange reaches the off-site cable, and a communication path is established to the customer of the communication service.
[0028]

4 and 5 are flowcharts for the search means 15 of the wiring
[0034]
According to FIG. 4, the section connection information is sequentially searched from the port of the termination rack at the bottom to the port of the exchange at the top. First, if the optical fiber core wire is not connected to the lowest termination port, it is determined as an empty port. Next, if an optical fiber is connected to the port, whether or not the other end of the optical fiber is connected to another termination frame, that is, upper connection point information is searched. As a result, if not connected, it is determined that the end points are not used. On the other hand, if connected, the service type of the upper connection destination is determined.
[0035]
If the service type is “direct receipt” or “branch”, it is connected to the back side of the port of the termination frame and the presence or absence of the port is checked. If there is a port connected to the back side, the upper connection point information is searched again. These determinations are repeated, and when the rear connection point disappears and it is determined that the port is the uppermost port, it is determined as the current port.
[0036]
If the service type is “wavelength multiplexing”, the flowchart of FIG. 5 is obtained. In this case, a plurality of routes are counted as passing routes, and it is stored in the
[0037]
If the determination is made according to the flowchart as described above and there is no connection between the end points, various facilities (adapter, core wire, etc.) between the end points are stored in the

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the in-house wiring inventory management system of the present invention, it is possible to easily grasp the stock of the optical fiber cores included in the cable in the communication facility, Can also be calculated automatically. Previously, it was possible to grasp the connection status between the end points from the top to the bottom of the one that could only grasp the connection status of each cable for each section, and it was possible to improve the visibility of the equipment status in the operator It becomes.
[0045]
Further, in the present invention, a reduction in operation in grasping the core inventory for each route between end points that has been spent enormous operation in the present invention, a reduction in enormous operation associated with aggregation of the core wire inventory, and a time of the core inventory From the reduction of demand forecast operation based on axial trends, the creation of medium- to long-term capital investment plans can be handled with high accuracy, and demand can be predicted more quickly and accurately. Early response is possible.
[0046]
In addition, since it is possible to discriminate the core connection status, which has been managed only in the present invention in the present invention, from those that are not currently used and those that are currently used, in high accuracy and in real time. A quicker and more accurate control of the lines became possible.
[0047]
In addition, since the wiring inventory between the end points can be grasped in real time, it is possible to suppress excessive capital investment, and it is possible to perform lower-cost capital investment.
[0048]
In addition, since it is possible to grasp the transition of the number of uses between endpoints, it is possible to grasp the trend demanded by the market in real time because the trend of increase / decrease in the usage status of each in-house device divided for each opposite service type By making it possible to understand the equipment, it was possible to construct equipment more in line with demand.
[0049]
Furthermore, by displaying the inventory status and the like for each displayed facility, it is possible not only to improve operability but also to speed up the inventory status. In addition, the present invention is not a technique specialized only for a medium in an optical station, but can be easily applied to other fields (external / relay) and other media (metallic cable equipment).
