Claims (8)
- 長い反応器上昇管と反応器容器とを備える流動接触分解反応器であって、前記反応器容器は、該容器の下端部にて濃密相流動ストリッピングゾーン及び触媒出口、該容器の上端部にて分解蒸気出口、並びに反応器上昇管の出口に流動自在に連結されたサイクロン分離機を備え、このサイクロン分離機はディップレグを有し、その開放下端部は濃密相流動ストリッピングゾーンの上部床レベルより下に端を有し、濃密相流動ストリッピングゾーンは、前記ディップレグの開放下端部より下に位置する水平プレートをさらに備え、該プレートは、せり上がった縁を有する円形プレートであり、前記ディップレグの開放下端部は絞りを有し、前記せり上がった縁を備えた前記円形プレートの直径(d3)が、前記ディップレグの直径の1.2〜0.9倍である、前記流動接触分解反応器。
- 前記円形プレートの直径(d3)が、前記ディップレグの直径と同じである、請求項1に記載の反応器容器。
- 前記プレートの底部と前記ディップレグの開放下端部との間の距離(d2)が、前記ディップレグの直径の0.2〜0.8倍である、請求項1又は2に記載の反応器容器。
- 前記せり上がった縁(リム)が、前記プレートの底部より上にて該プレート底部と前記ディップレグの開放下端部との間の距離d2の20〜40%だけ延在している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の反応器容器。
- 前記プレートが自動排出できるように、該プレートの底部近くで前記せり上がった縁に開口が設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器容器。
- 前記プレートが耐浸蝕性材料により被覆されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の反応器容器。
- 流動接触分解プロセスにおける請求項1〜6に記載の反応器容器の使用。
- 前記絞りのすぐ上のディップレグの断面領域で計算して、100〜500kg/m2 ・sの触媒をサイクロン分離機のディップレグを通して流す、請求項7に記載の使用。
