本発明は、例えばサッシ用などの開口部を形成する胴縁の接合連結、架構構造体と胴縁の接合など、各種構造材の接合連結に用いられる構造材の連結構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
例えば、図14に示すように、サッシ取付け用の開口部3を形成する胴縁などの水平構造材1の端部を垂直構造材2の側面部に連結して取り付けるような場合、サッシ用の開口部3内に無用な突起物を突出させないよう、従来、図15及び図16に示すような連結構造が用いられていた。

この連結構造では、水平構造材1としてリップ溝型鋼が用いられ、その端部の側面に、両リップ1a,1aの外面側にわたすように連結用金物としての当てプレート51が、溶接Wにより取り付けられている。当てプレート51の中央部には、リップ1a,1a間の開口部に連通するボルト通孔52が形成されている。この水平構造材1は、そのリップ1a,1a間の開口部をサッシ用の開口部3とは反対の側に向けるようにして、その端部を垂直構造材2の側面部に突き合わせるように水平に配設される。そして、他の連結用金物としてのアングル材53を用い、その一辺53aが垂直構造材2の反開口部3側の側面に向けるように配置されて溶接Wにより垂直構造材2の側面部に接合されると共に、アングル材53のもう一方の辺53bが、水平構造材1の当てプレート51に外方から重ね合わせ状態にされ、ボルト54、ナット55にて当てプレート51と締結、結合されて、水平構造材1の端部が垂直構造材2の側面部に連結結合されたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような連結構造では、構造材1,2同士を連結するのに特殊技能を要する溶接が多用されており、その溶接が建築現場での溶接作業によるものであるか、工場での溶接作業によるものであるかどうかを問わず、連結部の形成を非常に厄介なものにしていた。
本発明は、上記のような技術背景において、構造材の連結部から溶接箇所を可及的に削減することができ、しかも、構造材同士をしっかりと、容易にかつ能率良く連結することができる、構造材の連結構造を提供することを課題とする。
