【0041】
N=1の場合の表示値の変化例を図15に実線Aで示す。同じく破線Bで示す従来例と比べて、表示のちらつきが小さくなっていることが明らかである。
【0042】

In addition, by using the volume, it is easy to be affected by temperature change and secular change. Further, there is a problem that it is difficult to reduce the size because of the space for mounting the volume.
[0009]
In particular, when performing multi-point measurement by incorporating in-line, it is practically impossible to manually perform offset correction and gain correction for each probe.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, reduces the effects of temperature changes and changes over time, makes adjustments at the time of assembly and simplifies calibration, and, like a linear encoder, It is a first object to provide an electrical micro product that can be incorporated into an in-line and used for automatic control.

The second object of the present invention is to make it possible to cope with various types of probes and cable extensions.
[0014]
It is a third object of the present invention to improve response speed and to suppress display flicker and the like even with a filter having a small time constant.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a signal processing apparatus for a differential transformer for obtaining a measurement signal from a differential transformer, a drive signal generating means for digitally generating a drive signal applied to the differential transformer, the drive signal and the differential transformer. Phase adjusting means for digitally compensating for the phase shift of the output signal of the output, means for determining the compensation amount of the phase adjusting means when the output of the differential transformer is large, not near zero, and offset correction for the output of the differential transformer And an output correction means for digitally correcting the gain, the first and second problems are solved.
[0016]
Further, the drive signal generating means digitally generates the drive signal by calling the waveform data stored in the memory in synchronization with the output of the crystal oscillator.
[0018]
Furthermore, the offset correction and gain correction, in which to perform externally.

Furthermore, it has a data communication function between the electrical units.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Furthermore, a volume mounting space is not required, and the size can be reduced.

In the present embodiment, in the same electric micrometer as in the comparative example , a synchronization signal is not directly supplied from the

Therefore, since the reference signal for synchronous detection is output at a timing delayed by the timing stored in the backup memory 94 when the input signal is sufficiently large, the parasitic capacitance or the cable length depends on the usage environment, cable length, probe type, etc. Even when the impedance of the sensor coil changes, it can be easily handled by adjusting the delay amount by the

The other points are the same as in the comparative example, and thus the description thereof is omitted.

FIG. 7A shows the change in phase depending on the type of probe, and FIG. 7B shows the change in phase due to the difference in cable length. If a signal whose phase is shifted in this way is synchronously rectified as it is, an unshaped rectified signal is obtained as shown in the upper part of FIG. 7C, and an accurate output cannot be obtained. A good rectified signal can be obtained as shown in the lower part of FIG.
[0036]
In the present embodiment, since the backup memory is used, the delay amount is stored even when the power is turned off. It is also possible to omit the backup by adjusting each time the power is turned on. It can also be automatically set when the environment changes after the probe or cable is replaced. In any of the above-described embodiments, the present invention is applied to an electric micrometer. However, the application target of the present invention is not limited to this, and other electric micro products and general transformers using a differential transformer are used. Obviously, this can be applied to other measuring instruments.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
Having eliminated the volume by the present invention, to reduce the effect of time and temperature change, there is ensured the adjustment-free and simplified calibration during assembly, it can be miniaturized by reducing the volume mounting space min A large number of units can be incorporated in-line and used for automatic control.
[0050]
In addition, since a circuit for compensating for the phase shift between the output signal and the input signal from the probe is provided, it is possible to easily cope with various types of probes and cable extensions.
[0051]
In addition, when the display has hysteresis, the response speed can be improved, and even a filter with a small time constant can suppress flickering of the display, and it can also be used for automatic control that requires high-speed response. Is possible.
