【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、使い捨ておむつに関し、詳しくは、排泄物の漏れを確実に防止することができると共に、装着性に優れ且つ外観にも優れた使い捨ておむつに関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の使い捨ておむつとして、図３に示されるような、液透過性の表面シート１２、液不透過性の裏面シート１３及びこれら両シート間に介在する液保持性の吸収体１４を有しており、使用時に着用者の脚周りに位置する一対のレッグ部に、レッグギャザー形成用の糸状のレッグ部弾性部材１５，１５・が複数配されている使い捨ておむつが知られている。そして、この使い捨ておむつにおける上記レッグ部弾性部材１５，１５は、それぞれの両端部１５ａ，１５ｂを使い捨ておむつの長手方向の両端縁１０ａ，１０ｂより内側に位置させて上記裏面シート１３と上記表面シート１２との間に固定されている。そして、このような使い捨ておむつにおいては、上記レッグ部弾性部材１５，１５・により、レッグギャザーが形成され、脚周りのフィット性が向上すると共に排泄物の漏れが防止される。

しかし、上記使い捨ておむつ１０においては、上記レッグ部弾性部材１５，１５・は、上記裏面シート１３を形成する連続シートに間欠的に接着剤を塗布した後、伸張状態で該連続シートに接着され、次いで、上記接着剤が塗布されていない部分で上記連続シートと共に切断されて上記レッグ部に固定されており、装着者のウエスト周りに位置するウエスト部１１に、上記連続シートで形成された裏面シート１３と表面シート１２との間に接着されていない部分Ｇ，Ｇが生じていた。

そのため、従来の使い捨ておむつ１０は、ウエスト部から排泄物が漏れるおそれがあり、また、上記非接着部分Ｇ，Ｇにおける剛性が不十分となる結果、使い捨ておむつの容易且つ確実な装着が妨げられるといった不都合が生じていた。更に、外観にも劣るものとなっていた。
また、上記使い捨ておむつ１０には、ウエスト周りに位置するウエスト部に、ウエストギャザー形成用のウエスト弾性部材（図示せず）が設けられているが、このウエスト弾性部材についても上記レッグ弾性部材におけるのと同様な問題があった。

従って、本発明の目的は、排泄物の漏れを確実に防止することができると共に、装着性に優れ且つ外観にも優れた使い捨ておむつを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に記載の発明は、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の裏面シート及びこれら両シート間に介在する液保持性の吸収体を有しており、使用時に着用者の脚周りに位置する一対のレッグ部に、レッグギャザー形成用の糸状のレッグ部弾性部材が複数配されており、該レッグ部弾性部材は、それぞれの両端部を使い捨ておむつの長手方向の両端縁より内側に位置させて上記裏面シートと上記表面シートとの間に固定されている使い捨ておむつにおいて、使い捨ておむつの長手方向の両端縁間に亘る所定幅の領域全体に接着剤が配され、上記レッグ部弾性部材は、該領域内で該接着剤により固定されてレッグギャザーを形成していると共に、該領域内における該レッグギャザーを形成している部分の前後それぞれに、該接着剤により固定されているがギャザーを形成していない非ギャザー形成部を有しており、上記レッグ部弾性部材は、全長に亘って上記吸収体と重なっておらず、上記領域内で上記レッグ部弾性部材の配設されていない端部領域における上記裏面シートと上記表面シートとの間が上記接着剤により接着されていることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつを提供することにより、上記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の使い捨ておむつの一実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。ここで、図１は本形態の使い捨ておむつを示すもので、図１（ａ）は、本形態の使い捨ておむつの概略を一部切欠して示す平面図、図１（ｂ）は、図１（ａ）のＡ−Ａ線断面図である。

本形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、図１（ａ），（ｂ）に示されるように、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の裏面シート２及びこれら両シート２，３間に介在する液保持性の吸収体４を有し、使用時に着用者の脚周りに位置する一対のレッグ部に、レッグギャザー形成用の糸状のレッグ部弾性部材５，５・が複数配されており、該レッグ部弾性部材５，５・は、それぞれの両端部５ａ，５ｂを使い捨ておむつ１の長手方向の両端縁１ａ，１ｂより内側に位置させて上記裏面シート３と上記表面シート２との間に固定されている、いわゆる展開型のおむつであり、使い捨ておむつの長手方向の両端縁１ａ，１ｂ間に亘る所定幅の領域Ｃ，Ｃ全体に接着剤が配され、上記レッグ部弾性部材５，５は該領域内で該接着剤により固定されてレッグギャザーを形成しており、上記領域Ｃ，Ｃ内で上記レッグ部弾性部材５，５・の配設されていない端部領域Ｃａ，Ｃａ・における上記裏面シート３と上記表面シート２との間が上記接着剤により接着されている。

更に、本形態の使い捨ておむつ１について詳述すると、図１に示すように、上記表面シート２及び上記裏面シート３は、おむつの長手方向中央部がくびれた砂時計状の形態を有し、上記吸収体４を介在させて互いに接着されている。
上記吸収体４の幅方向両側縁部から使い捨ておむつ１の幅方向両側縁部に至る領域が、使用時に着用者の脚周りに位置するレッグ部であり、左右に一対存在するレッグ部のそれぞれに、糸状のレッグ部弾性部材５，５が複数配されている。これらのレッグ部弾性部材５，５・・は、左右のレッグ部にそれぞれレッグギャザーを形成している。

使用時に装着者の背中側に位置される背側部１Ａの幅方向両側縁部には、おむつ止着用のファスニングテープ６が設けられ、使用時に装着者の腹側に位置される腹側部１Ｂの外側略中央部には、上記ファスニングテープ６を貼着させるランディングテープ（図示せず）が設けられている。上記ファスニングテープ６としては、粘着剤が塗布されてなる止着部６ａを有するテープや、「マジックテープ」（商品名、クラレ社製）等の機械的ファスナーのオス部材が設けられてなる止着部６ａを有するテープ等が用いられ、上記ランディングテープとしては、上記止着部６ａが止着するように、剥離処理が施されてなるテープや機械的ファスナーのメス部材が設けられたテープ等が用いられる。このような構成は、従来の使い捨ておむつと同様であり、上記表面シート２、上記裏面シート３、上記吸収体４等の形成材料としては、通常公知の各種の形成材料を特に制限なく用いることができる。

上記接着剤は、上記レッグ部弾性部材５を上記表面シート２及び／又は上記裏面シート３に接着させて固定し得るものであれば良く、通常公知の各種の接着剤を用いることができるが特にホットメルト接着剤が好ましく用いられる。また、上記接着剤は、上記表面シート２及び上記裏面シート３の少なくとも一方に塗布されていれば良く塗布の方法に特に制限はない。

上記レッグ部弾性部材５，５は、このような接着剤により上記裏面シート２と上記表面シート３との間に固定され、その中央部５Ｃが上記レッグギャザーを形成している。そして、レッグ部弾性部材５，５の両端部５ａ，５ｂは、それぞれ使い捨ておむつ１の長手方向の端縁部１ａ，１ｂよりも内側に位置しており、そのため、上記領域Ｃ，Ｃの両端部には、レッグ部弾性部材５，５が配設されていない上記端部領域Ｃａ，Ｃａ・が存在する。

また、上記裏面シート３と上記表面シート２との間に非接着部分がないため、該非接着部分の存在に起因する排泄物の漏れが防止される。また、外観にも優れており、不良品であるとの誤解を消費者に与えることもない。

上記ウエスト弾性部材７，７を設ける位置、即ち、上記所定幅の領域を設ける位置は、ウエストギャザーを形成しようとする位置により決定され、通常おむつ１の長手方向両端縁１ａ，１ｂから０〜１００ｍｍの範囲内、好ましくは、５〜５０の範囲内である。
