Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a package for storing a roll-shaped recording material (hereinafter referred to as a roll-shaped material) in a suspended state in a packaging box, and more specifically, improving the protection of the roll-shaped material in the packaging box, The present invention relates to a package using a suspended member that facilitates insertion of an object into a packaging box.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a roll-shaped product is packaged in a packaging box without using a suspended member, a concentrated load is applied locally due to the weight of the roll-shaped product due to the transportation and handling of the packaging box containing the roll-shaped product. There is a problem in that quality deterioration, deformation of a core around which a roll-shaped object is wound, local damage, and the like occur. Rolls, that is, photographic light-sensitive materials, pressure-sensitive recording materials, heat-sensitive recording materials, ink-jet recording materials, and the like have serious problems, and their packaging forms have been devised.
[0003]
As a means for solving the above problems, the use of a foamed resin cushioning material in the gap between the packaging box and the roll-shaped material has an effect on the protection of the roll-shaped material. However, there are many problems such as impact on the quality of rolls and environmental conservation. On the other hand, the shape of the cushioning material such as an air pad that wraps the roll-shaped material has a problem that the space between the roll-shaped material and the packaging box increases, and the strength of the packaging box space portion becomes weak.
[0004]
In recent years, the roll form is generally used in the form of roll form protection, roll workability, packaging material cost, and the method of hanging the roll form in pursuit of reuse and recycling. . For example, JP-A-10-181789 and JP-A-2001-139085 disclose a package using a suspended member.
[0005]
Employing a suspension member such as a resin flange or paper spool in the core is effective for reinforcing the strength of the packaging box and generating dust from the suspension member, but inserts a roll-like object into the packaging box. In this case, when the gap between the packaging box and the roll-shaped object is small, there is a problem that the insertability of the roll-shaped object into the packaging box is poor. Moreover, when a lot of gaps are taken, there is a problem that the roll-shaped object is displaced from the suspended member by transportation or handling, and the protection of the roll-shaped object is deteriorated.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging body that suspends a roll-like object in a suspended state using a suspension member, and stabilizes the holding property of the roll-like article and improves the packaging workability in transportation and handling of the packaging body. It is to provide the packaged body.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object of the present invention is to provide a packaging body for storing a roll-shaped recording material wound in a coil shape in a packaging box in a suspended state, and two lower holding members for holding both ends of the roll-shaped recording material from below. A suspension member fixed to and integrally formed with two flat members , wherein the lower holding member is a recess cut out in an arc shape having a radius of curvature smaller than a semicircle and larger than the outer diameter of the roll-shaped recording material An upper holding member that is substantially symmetrical with the lower holding member is disposed above both ends of the roll-shaped recording material so as to face the lower holding member, and sandwich the roll-shaped recording material. rolled recording material characterized in that there is a gap of 2~20mm between the lower holding member and the upper holding member when brought into opposing with no applied pressure, the lower holding member and the upper holding member It has been basically achieved by the package.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Details of the present invention will be described below.
Corrugated cardboard, white paperboard, yellow paperboard, colored paperboard, etc. are generally used as the packaging box material in the present invention. However, in consideration of the protection of the roll-like material, the workability of insertion into the packaging box and the packaging material cost, A Flute cardboard is preferably used, and AB flute cardboard is preferably used when the roll is heavy. Examples of the form of the packaging box include general B-type and C-type decorative boxes and assembled boxes, but the so-called A1 type, which has good workability and packaging workability, is preferably used. In the present invention, an A1 type packaging box formed of A flute corrugated cardboard is used as a packaging box capable of solving the above-described problems even in the case of a roll having a weight of 10 kg to 20 kg.
[0009]
Examples of the material used for the lower holding member that constitutes the suspended member of the roll-like material include plastic resin and plastic resin foam, paper core, paper molded product, etc., but it has a certain degree of cushioning and strength and is processed. A plastic resin foam is preferable in consideration of packaging workability when the roll is inserted into the packaging box.
[0010]
Examples of the plastic resin foam include polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polyisocyanate, melamine resin, and phenol resin. The details are described in the published patent publication list of P300 to P374 of “Foaming porous technology and application development” issued by Toray Research Center, Inc.
[0011]
An appropriate range of the expansion ratio of the plastic resin foam is selected depending on the resin hardness. However, the roll-shaped packaging body of the present invention requires a range having buffering properties. Accordingly, a foaming ratio of 10 or more is preferable, and a ratio of 20 to 30 is more preferable in consideration of strength.
[0012]
As the material for the plastic resin foam, polyethylene is preferably used. Polyethylene is moderately soft and has high strength, and can prevent moderate damage (cushioning properties) when holding a roll-like material and breakage of the lower holding member due to impact during transportation or the like.
[0013]
As the flat plate member for integrally fixing the two lower holding members, an A flute cardboard or an AB flute cardboard is preferably used in order to have a role of reinforcing the strength of the packaging box as will be described later.
[0014]
In addition, the packaging body of the present invention is characterized in that an upper holding member is disposed above both ends of the roll-shaped object so as to face the lower holding member, and the shape of the upper holding member is substantially symmetric with the lower holding member. It has a shape structure, and by sandwiching both end portions of the roll-shaped object between them, it can be more stably held in a suspended state. Further, by dividing the holding member into the lower part and the upper part, the workability of inserting the roll-like material into the packaging box is improved.
[0015]
Next, the difference between the conventional package and the package of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 5 shows a side view of a state in which a roll-shaped object is suspended in a packaging box in a conventional package using a general suspension member. In FIG. 5, the roll-like object 1 is stored in the packaging box 3 in a state in which both ends thereof are suspended by the suspension member 2. The two suspension members 2 arranged at both ends of the roll-like object 1 are independent of each other and are not integrated. When the two suspended members are arranged separately and separately, as described above, the problem of poor insertion workability when inserting the roll-shaped object into the packaging box, and the roll-shaped object suspended from the transportation, etc. There was a problem that the members were displaced.
[0016]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and the feature thereof is that a suspension member disposed at both ends of the roll-like object is integrally fixed. The suspended member of the present invention and a roll-shaped package using the suspended member will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0017]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a state in which the suspension member of the present invention is inserted and set in a packaging box. The two lower holding members 4 that support both ends of the roll-shaped object are joined to a single flat plate member 6 and fixed and integrated to form the suspended member 2 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view before the suspended member of the present invention is inserted and set in the packaging box. The flat plate member 6 comprises a portion 6a corresponding to the bottom surface of the packaging box and a portion 6b corresponding to all or a part of both side surfaces of the packaging box when inserted and set in the packaging box. In this embodiment, 6b corresponds to a part of both side surfaces and is designed to have a length substantially equal to that of the lower holding member 4.
[0018]
The lower holding members 4 are joined to the portions 6b corresponding to both side surfaces of the flat plate member 6, respectively. Here, it is preferable to use hot melt for joining the 6b and the lower holding member 4 in terms of productivity. Folded creases 6c are provided at the boundary portions of the flat plate member 6a and 6b (corresponding to the joint ends of the lower holding member 4), and the folds are folded substantially at right angles along the creases 6c. Insert set in the box. The flat plate member 6 is preferably formed of corrugated cardboard. When the corrugated cardboard is used, the side surface corresponding portion 6b to which the lower holding member 4 is joined is folded into the original flat surface when folded by the crease 6c and set in the packaging box. The urging force to return to the state acts in the side direction of the packaging box, and the suspension member 2 is more firmly fixed in the packaging box. In addition, the suspension member of the present invention can be stored in a flat state as described above in spite of the fact that the two lower holding members are fixedly integrated with one flat plate member. It is advantageous for handling.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lower holding member 4 has a shape cut out in an arc shape smaller than a semicircle, and holds a roll-like object in the cut out arc-shaped concave portion. The dimension a of the deepest part of the arcuate recess is preferably about 5 to 20 mm smaller than the radius of the roll. The reason for this will be described later. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, it is preferable that the size of the arc-shaped recess is an arc having a larger curvature with respect to the outer diameter b of the roll-like object 1, so that it is inserted into the packaging box in advance. It becomes easy to insert a roll-like object into the set suspension member 2.
[0020]
As described above, in the packaging method of the present invention, the suspension member 2 is inserted and set in advance in the packaging box, and then the roll-like object is held by the lower holding member 4 of the suspension member 2. Therefore, it is important that the suspension member 2 can be easily inserted into the packaging box and arranged without a gap so as not to move easily in the packaging box. The shape and size of the flat member 6a is 6a. Designed to be almost the same as or slightly smaller than the bottom of the packaging box. Further, by making the flat member 6a into the shape as described above, the bottom of the packaging box is strengthened, which leads to an improvement in the strength of the entire packaging box.
[0021]
The side view of the suspended state of the roll-shaped object in the packaging box in the package of this invention is shown in FIG. Both end portions of the roll-like object 1 are held by a suspension member 2 including a lower holding member 4 and a flat plate-like member 6, and above the both end portions of the roll-like object 1 so as to face the lower holding member 4. Two upper holding members 5 are arranged. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower holding member 4 and the upper holding member 5 have a substantially symmetrical structure, and the both ends of the roll-like object 1 are sandwiched between the lower holding member 4 and the upper holding member 5. It is designed to be fixed.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 3, when the lower holding member 4 and the upper holding member 5 are made to face each other without applying pressure, a gap c exists between the lower holding member 4 and the upper holding member 5. It is preferable to design. That is, as described above, the gap c can be formed by making the dimension a of the arc-shaped recess of the lower holding member 4 smaller than the radius of the roll-like object 1. By providing the gap c, when pressure is applied to the upper holding member 5 from above, the roll-like object 1 sandwiched between the lower holding member 4 and the upper holding member 5 is strongly held and fixed. When there is no gap c, the force for sandwiching the roll-shaped object does not increase at all even if pressure is applied from above. The distance c is appropriately about 2 to 20 mm.
[0023]
One method of applying pressure from above the upper holding member 5 is a method of adjusting the thickness by inserting a cardboard sheet 8 between the upper holding member 5 and the lid portion 7 of the packaging box 3. As a material of the lower holding member 4 and the upper holding member 5, a plastic foam is preferably used as described above.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
By using the suspension member of the present invention, the quality protection of the roll-shaped recording material during transportation and handling is improved, and the workability of inserting and removing the roll-shaped recording material into the packaging box is facilitated.
