折り畳みコンテナには、例えば実用新案登録第2589166号に示されたように、底板と重合する上枠に四側壁の側板を夫々内側に傾倒し得るように枢着したものが知られているほか、特開2001−130553号に示されたように、底板の四側辺に側板を夫々内側に傾倒し得るように枢着したものが知られている。

ところで、搬送ラインが自動化された各種組立工場等では、通常の運搬用コンテナですでに実施されているように、この種の折り畳みコンテナにもその内容物を表示するためのカード差しを設けたり、バーコードが表示され、機械的に識別できるようにしたいという要望がある。

しかしながら従来の上記折り畳みコンテナでは、折り畳んだ状態では側板が内側倒されているのでカード差しやバーコードが見られず、カード差しやバーコードがどの側板にあるのかも判らないので、コンベヤ上に方向がまちまちで乗せられてしまい、自動で組み立てられても識別が不能になるおそれがあった。特に多数が段積みされた場合は識別が困難であった。このため上記折り畳みコンテナでは、やむを得ず両側にカード差しやバーコードを表示することもあった。

また、コンテナの色によって内容物を外から識別できるようにしたいという要望もあるが、折り畳みコンテナの場合は一体成形のコンテナと異なり四側壁の側板が底板と別体であり構成するパーツの数が多いために、内容物に応じて多種の色分けをしようとすると成形コストが掛るという問題があった。
本発明は、上述に鑑みてなされたもので、識別が容易なる折り畳みコンテナを低コストにて提供できるようにするものである。

そのために本発明は、底板または該底板と重合する上枠に四側壁の側板が内側に傾倒し得るように枢着された合成樹脂製の折り畳みコンテナであって、前記底板,上枠,側板のうちのいずれかのパーツを他のパーツと色相の異なる合成樹脂材料にて成形してなることを特徴とする。
また本発明は、底板または該底板と重合する上枠に四側壁の側板が内側に傾倒し得るように枢着され該側板の表面には内容物を表示するためのカードが止着される合成樹脂製の折り畳みコンテナであって、前記底板,上枠,側板のうちのいずれかのパーツを互いに色相の異なる合成樹脂材料にて前記カードが表示された側は色相が異なるように略半部ずつ成形してなることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に図面に従い本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図1は本発明に係るコンテナの斜視図、図2はその折り畳み途中の斜視図、図3は折り畳み時の斜視図である。図中、1は長方形状の底板、2は該底板の長側辺に下縁が枢着され軸部3によって内向きにく字状に折れ曲り可能なるように設けられた側板、4は該側板2の上縁が枢着された長方形状の上枠、5は該上枠の短側辺に内側に傾倒可能なるように枢着された側板である。なお、6は該側板5の表面に止め具7によって止着したカードである。
