Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention is a hoseless type spray device that is used for spraying chemicals in otolaryngology, spraying perfume in barbers and beauty, spraying for inspecting fragrance and odor, etc., and enabling backflow prevention and quantitative injection It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, spray devices have been used for spraying chemicals in otolaryngology, for spraying perfumes in barbers and beauty, and for spraying for scents and smells.
As this spray device, a hose type spray device 12 and a hoseless type spray device 13 as shown in FIG. 4 are known.
Among these, the hose type spray device 12 directly connects the hose 14 connected to the compressor 11 of the spray stand 10 to the spray device 12, and holds the hose type spray device 12 in the hand so that the nozzle 16 is covered with a nostril or the like. The internal valve is opened and closed by operating the valve operation button 17 so as to face the spraying portion, and the chemical liquid, perfume and the like in the liquid container 15 are ejected from the nozzle 16.
[0003]
Moreover, since the valve part 19 will open and the small cylinder 18 will be filled with compressed air when the hoseless type spray apparatus 13 is inserted in the pressure accumulator 20 of the spray stand 10, this spray apparatus 12 is filled with compressed air. The nozzle 16 is exposed to a sprayed part such as a nostril with the hand held, and the valve is operated to open and close the internal valve so that the chemical solution or perfume in the liquid container 15 is ejected from the nozzle 16. .
[0004]
Since the hose spray device 12 is connected to the large compressor 11 by the hose 14, the compressed air does not run short during the treatment or other work over a long period of time. However, since the hose 14 has to be routed, there are problems such as the hose 14 being in the way and the workability is not good, and the sterilization of the hose spray device 12 including the hose 14 is troublesome. It was.
The hoseless spray device 13 does not need to be routed because there is no hose 14 and has good workability. However, when treatment or other work takes a long time, the compressed air is insufficient on the way, and a filling operation is required each time. There was a problem.
Moreover, the compressor 11 for generating the compressed air is large, and there are problems such as an increase in the size of the entire device and inability to use the device without the compressor 11.
[0005]
In order to solve such problems, the present applicant has proposed a hoseless type spray device in which a small pump and a small motor are accommodated in the hoseless type spray device 13 as shown in FIG. 4 (Japanese Patent Application No. 7-112441). issue). This is a spray device in which a spray body is attached to a housing large enough to be held with one hand, and a nozzle is provided at the tip of the spray body. The housing includes a small pump, a small motor, and a power source. A power switch for turning on and off the small motor is provided, and one end of the spray body and the small pump 6 are connected by a connecting tube, and the small motor can be rotated as necessary. It is a hoseless type spray device provided with a variable resistor for pressure adjustment that controls the pressure of the small pump by controlling the pressure.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there were some problems in the proposed product as follows.
(1) There are several to several tens of kinds of liquid containers attached to the spray body, and in some cases over 100 kinds of liquids. However, if the spray amount is minimized and the spray is not completely shut off after use, Is filled with liquid scents and the chemicals are no longer effective or the scent cannot be tested.
However, the previous proposed product has some difficulty in controlling the spray amount to the minimum necessary.
(2) Since a hoseless type spray device is expensive, it is desirable to replace and use a plurality of spray bodies to which a liquid is attached. However, if the spraying cannot be completely blocked, the liquid odor may flow backward from the spray body to the inside of the hoseless type spray device and may be contaminated.
[0007]
The present invention makes it possible to control the spray amount to the minimum necessary while taking advantage of the features of the previously proposed product, and does not cause the liquid odor to flow backward from the spray body to the inside of the hoseless type spray device. The purpose is to obtain.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a spray device in which a spray body 41 is detachably provided by a liquid container 15 in a housing 21 large enough to be held with one hand, and a nozzle 16 is detachably provided at the tip of the spray body 41. The housing 21 includes a small pump 26, a small motor 27, a spray amount setting control circuit 30, and a power switch 28, so that one end of the insertion tube portion 25 of the spray body 41 and the small pump 26 can be freely attached and detached. The other end of the insertion tube portion 25 in the spray body 41 faces the liquid container 15 via the check valve 33, and the check valve 38 is interposed between the spray body 41 and the nozzle 16. The hose-less spray device is characterized in that a rubber cap 36 is detachably covered on the tip of the nozzle 16.
[0009]
[Action]
When the insertion tube portion 25 of the spray body 41 is inserted into the housing 21, the air inlet / outlet portion 32 and the insertion tube portion 25 communicate with each other. Also, the rubber cap 36 is removed immediately before use.
In the control circuit 30, for example, the time constant is set so that the small motor 27 operates for 0.5 seconds.
[0010]
In this state, the grip part 23 is grasped with one hand, the nozzle 16 is brought into contact with the nostril or the affected part, and the push button 29 is pushed. Then, the small pump 26 is rotated by the small motor 27 for 0.5 seconds, compressed air is sent, the check valve 33 is pushed open, and it is injected into the liquid container 15. The liquid 51 is pressurized by the internal pressure of the liquid container 15, and the odor or fine atomized gas filled in the liquid container 15 and the spray body 41 is ejected from the tip of the nozzle 16.

The housing 21 large enough to be held by one hand is composed of a rectangular tube-shaped main body portion 22 and a rectangular tube-shaped grip portion 23.
Inside the main body 22, a small pump 26, a small motor 27, a time constant circuit for setting an operating time, a control circuit 30 for voltage adjustment, and a power switch 28 are housed, and a push button 29 of the power switch 28 is outside. It is provided to face.
The discharge part 34 of the small pump 26 is connected to an air inlet / outlet part 32 via a connecting tube 40, and a non-return that also serves as a connection of the spray body 41 to the projecting part of the air inlet / outlet part 32 to the outside. A valve 24 is provided.
[0013]
A power source 35 is accommodated in the grip portion 23. When the power source 35 is a rechargeable battery, the charging electrode 39 protrudes to the lower part of the grip part 23. When the external power supply is an AC voltage, a diode or other rectifier circuit element is provided. The power source 35 may be a replacement battery.
[0014]
On the input side of the spray body 41, the insertion tube portion 25 is airtightly attached via an O-ring or the like, and the protruding portion of the insertion tube portion 25 to the outside is inserted into the check valve 24. The check valve 24 is closed by communicating with the air inlet / outlet portion 32 and extracting the insertion tube portion 25.
A flexible tube 31 is airtightly connected to the inner end portion of the insertion tube portion 25 facing the inside of the spray body 41, and a check valve 33 is attached to the other end portion of the tube 31. ing. The check valve 33 is made of a plastic material having elasticity, and the tip is normally tightly closed by its own elasticity, but is opened by the compressed air from the air inlet / outlet portion 32 side, and when the compressed air disappears, It is made to close again with the elasticity of.
[0015]
A liquid container 15 containing a liquid 51 is attached to a container fitting part 45 below the spray body 41 in an airtight manner with a packing 46 interposed therebetween.
Further, a check valve 38 similar to the check valve 24 is attached to the discharge portion 34 of the spray body 41, and the nozzle base end portion 37 of the nozzle 16 is inserted into the check valve 38, whereby the discharge portion 34 and the check valve 38 is closed by extracting the nozzle base end 37. The tip of the nozzle 16 is covered with a rubber cap 36 when not in use to prevent the odor in the liquid container 15 from leaking outside.
[0016]
Next, the operation of the present invention will be described.
When the insertion tube portion 25 of the spray body 41 is inserted into the check valve 24 of the housing 21, the air inlet / outlet portion 32 and the insertion tube portion 25 communicate with each other. Also, the rubber cap 36 is removed immediately before use.
In the control circuit 30, for example, the time constant is set so that the small motor 27 operates for 0.5 seconds.
[0017]
In this state, the grip part 23 is grasped with one hand, the nozzle 16 is brought into contact with the nostril or the affected part, and the push button 29 is pushed. Then, the small pump 26 is rotated by the small motor 27 for 0.5 seconds, and the compressed air is sent from the discharge part 34 through the connection tube 40, the air inlet / outlet part 32, the check valve 24, the insertion pipe part 25, and the tube 31. Then, the check valve 33 is pushed open and injected into the liquid container 15. The liquid 51 is pressurized by the internal pressure of the liquid container 15, and the odor or fine atomized gas filled in the liquid container 15 and the spray body 41 passes through the discharge part 34, the check valve 38, and the nozzle base end part 37. Injected from the tip of the nozzle 16.
[0018]
The time constant of the control circuit 30 is set in advance, and the amount of spray per time is constant regardless of the time during which the push button 29 of the power switch 28 is pressed. The amount of spray increases in proportion to the number of times the push button 29 is pressed. Further, a knob for changing the time constant of the control circuit 30 may be provided and adjusted according to the purpose. Moreover, the setting of the pressure of the small pump 26 can be adjusted by changing the number of rotations of the small motor 27 with a knob provided separately as needed.
[0019]
After using the specific spray main body 41 or the liquid container 15 as described above, the tip of the nozzle 16 is covered with the rubber cap 36, and the insertion tube portion 25 is pulled out from the check valve 24. Will not leak. By pulling out the nozzle base end portion 37 of the nozzle 16 from the check valve 38, the odor inside the spray body 41 does not leak.
Even if another spray body 41 is connected to the same housing 21, the odor in the spray body 41 is completely blocked by the check valve 33 and does not flow backward to the housing 21 side.
[0020]
The hoseless type spray device of the present invention is used for spraying chemicals in otolaryngology, for spraying perfumes in barbers and beauty, and for spraying for inspecting scents and odors. It is not something that can be done.
[0021]
In the above-described embodiment, the liquid container 15 and the spray body 41 are filled with the odor or fine atomized gas sprayed from the nozzle 16, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the liquid container 15 is discharged from the discharge unit 34. A continuous tube up to the liquid 51 may be inserted, and the liquid 15 may be directly atomized with the compressed air from the tube 31 and sprayed, or the liquid 15 may be ejected.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
(1) According to the present invention, since the spray amount can be controlled to the minimum necessary, even if there are many kinds of liquids 51 in the liquid container 15 attached to the spray body 41, the efficacy of the chemical liquid becomes complete, The odor can be tested well.
(2) Since spraying can be completely blocked, the odor of the liquid 51 does not flow back from the spray body 41 to the inside of the hoseless type spray device, and there is no risk of contamination. A plurality of spray bodies 41 to which 51 is attached can be exchanged and used.
[0023]
(3) The small pump 26 can be continuously driven until the power source 35 is exhausted, and compressed air does not run short during the treatment or cleaning for a long time.
(4) Since the hose 14 does not need to be routed, the workability is good, and the entire apparatus can be easily sterilized and disinfected.
[0024]
(5) By adjusting the time constant with the variable resistor 42 and controlling the driving time of the small motor 27, the spray amount can be adjusted, and there is no need to replace the device according to the work content.
In addition, since the time constant of the control circuit 30 is set in advance, when the power switch 28 is pressed, the amount of spraying once is constant regardless of the pressing time. The amount of spray increases in proportion to the number of times the push button 29 is pressed. Therefore, the spray amount can be controlled to the minimum necessary.
(6) The housing 21 only accommodates the small pump 26, the small motor 27, the control circuit 30, the power source 35, and the like, and can be downsized as a whole apparatus.
