Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, when roof materials (eg, tiles and slate) and wall materials (eg, mortar) are constructed, the waterproof property of the building is maintained by interposing between the roof materials and wall materials and the base plate. It is related with the waterproof sheet for.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a waterproof sheet for general housing, asphalt felt with paper asphalt or pitch impregnated is used as the core, and asphalt mixed with filler on both sides is applied, and mineral powder such as talc and silica sand is used to prevent adhesion Asphalt roofing with grains all over the surface was often used.
[0003]
This asphalt roofing exhibits particularly high performance in terms of water resistance and durability because the asphalt itself has excellent hydrophobicity and high decay resistance.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the asphalt roofing is made by impregnating paper with asphalt, etc., the core material lacks mechanical strength and low-temperature characteristics, and is blown by a strong wind during or after construction on the surface of the base plate. When an external force is applied, it may be torn or become brittle in winter, and the bent portion is likely to crack, and there is a risk of water leakage from the cracked portion.
[0005]
Further, since the core material is paper, it absorbs water and absorbs moisture, resulting in poor dimensional stability, and undulations easily occur. In addition, since the core material is paper and rigid, for example, when used as a waterproof sheet for walls, the waviness cannot be suppressed with a lath net or the like, and the surface becomes uneven, resulting in thin variations in the mortar thickness. This caused cracks.
[0006]
The present invention is intended to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a novel waterproof sheet that is excellent in mechanical strength and low-temperature characteristics, does not absorb water, has excellent dimensional stability, and does not cause undulations. It is said.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is provided by interposing a waterproof / adhesive layer made of asphalt which can be oozed out from the nonwoven fabric between the two front and back synthetic fiber nonwoven fabrics so as to exude the synthetic fabric. as the anti-tack material to at least one surface of the asphalt exuded to the surface of the nonwoven fabric becomes by applying the paint, the thickness of the intermediate asphalt can be formed to a desired thickness, folding endurance at low temperatures, nails The hole sealability is improved and the dimensional stability is high, so that no wavy phenomenon can occur.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The sheet 1 of the present application is formed by interposing a waterproof /
[0011]
In the sheet 1 of the present application, the reason why the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric is made into two layers is that (1) the two layers are strengthened and the dimensional stability can be improved. (2) The front and back two layers are strengthened, and the staple holding power is enhanced. (3) The front and back two layers are moderately stiffened and workability is improved. (4) Since the nonwoven fabric is used for the two layers of the front and back surfaces, it is possible to absorb the unevenness of the texture of the nonwoven fabric itself and to reduce the total weight.

[0016]
The waterproof / adhesive layer 5 is made of asphalt itself, and the base asphalt may be straight asphalt or blown asphalt. Moreover, it is free to mix a filler such as talc and slaked lime as needed in the base asphalt.
[0017]
When the asphalt mixed with 1-15% styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) is used as the waterproof / adhesive layer 5, the waterproof / adhesive layer 5 is excellent in improving brittleness at low temperature and sagging at high temperature, and at low temperature. Folding resistance and mechanical strength at high temperatures are greatly improved, and nail hole sealability is also greatly improved.
[0018]
Here, the SBS content is set to “1-15%”. If it is “less than 1%”, the low temperature folding resistance and the mechanical strength at high temperature will not be improved. Does not increase. On the other hand, "over 15%" increases the cost and cannot be put to practical use.
