Description

【0001】

Figure 0003923575
Figure 0003923575

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spout combination in which water does not easily enter and does not remain when a hot-filled liquid paper container is cooled.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, fruit juice drinks, sake, noodle soups, coffee drinks, etc. are often distributed and sold in a paper container with a spout. The typical spout in this case consists of a spout body attached by a method such as ultrasonic sealing around the through hole provided in the head panel of the paper container and a screw cap that tightens it from the outside. It is a spout combination.
Further, these contents are hot-filled at 55 to 95 ° C. in order to achieve a long life and immediately thereafter are forcibly cooled. Cooling methods include water cooling and air cooling. Generally, a method of showering cooling water directly on a liquid paper container is performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the hot-filled paper container is cooled, of course, the spout combination attached to the head is also cooled, and the air in the inner space is depressurized, so the screw portion of the spout combination Cooling water is drawn in with the air through it, and the inside of the spout combination is wetted, and once the water has entered, it is difficult to dry, and when the consumer opens the water droplets are found and the contents There is a problem that is mistaken for leaking.
Furthermore, when the inside of the spout combination is wet, there is a problem that if the cooling water is contaminated with bacteria, it may lead to the risk of the bacteria breeding in the distribution process.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a spout combination of a liquid paper container that is difficult for cooling water to enter and that can be easily removed even if it enters.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem is a spout combination comprising a spout main body attached to a predetermined position of a head panel of a liquid paper container and a screw cap wound around the spout main body. And at least one of a male screw provided spirally on the outer wall of the cylindrical portion of the spout main body and a female screw provided spirally on the inner wall of the screw cap is cut out by a through groove crossing the spiral. A spout combination of a liquid paper container for hot-filling the contents, wherein the spout is a contact between the circumferential end of the screw cap and the end. A gap is formed in a part between the base of the main body and a notch .
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a liquid paper container to which the present invention is applied.
FIG. 1A is an external view of a liquid paper container, and is a case of a so-called gable top carton in which a gable-type roof panel 2 is arranged on a generally used rectangular cylinder body 1. A spout combination CG is provided substantially at the center of the roof panel 2. Note that the subject of the present invention is not necessarily limited to the bevel top carton, but may be a flat top carton having a flat top, or a carton having another shape.
FIG.1 (b) is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the attaching part of the spout combination CG in Fig.1 (a). As shown in FIG. 1B, the spout combination CG includes a spout main body G and a screw cap C. The spout combination CG is attached to the inclined roof panel 2 before filling the contents. Around the punched hole provided, it is fixed by thermal bonding between the fringe 3 of the spout main body G and the thermoplastic resin on the back of the panel 2 by ultrasonic sealing or the like, and a screw cap C is wound from the front side. It is tightened.
When opening the liquid paper container, the consumer can remove the screw cap C and break through the membrane 4 provided in the spout main body G, or destroy and remove the thin part around the membrane 4, and then the content can be poured out for the first time. It is like that.
The space D outside the membrane 4 in this spout combination CG (including the micro space between the screw portions) D is also hot, like the dead space of the head not filled with the internal solution L of the liquid paper container. When it is cooled after filling, the pressure is reduced and air is sucked from the outside through a slight gap of the screw portion. At the same time, cooling water is sucked from the edge of the screw cap to wet the screw portion, and water droplets in the space D It has become a result to accumulate.
[0006]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the spout combination of the liquid paper container according to the present invention.
FIG. 2A is a side view and a cross-sectional view of the screw cap C.
FIG. 2B is a side view and a cross-sectional view of the spout main body G.
As shown in FIG. 2A, the female screw 5 is spirally formed on the inner surface of the screw cap C, and the outer wall of the cylindrical portion of the spout main body G is spirally formed on the inner surface of the spout main body G as shown in FIG. The male screw 6 is provided in a shape and meshes with each other, but either or both of the female screw 5 and the male screw 6 cross the helix as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). A vent is formed by cutting through the through-groove 7.
It is preferable to form the vent hole on the spout main body G side rather than the screw cap C. This is because if the number of the through grooves 7 provided on the screw cap C side is too large or too deep, the screw cap C is likely to be deformed, causing overrun or the like, and the tightening becomes sweet.
Furthermore, it is desirable to provide a gap between the circumferential edge of the screw cap C and the base of the spout main body G that receives the edge. The gap does not need to extend over the entire circumference. As shown in FIG. 2A, a notch 8 is provided in a part of the circumferential edge of the screw cap C, or as shown in FIG. In addition, the notch 9 may be provided in at least a part of the pedestal that receives the edge.
The gap formed by the through groove 7 and the notches 8 and 9 formed as described above functions as a vent hole, and immediately corrects the pressure difference generated inside and outside the spout combination CG to suck the cooling water. The effect of reducing and the drying effect which discharge | releases the once sucked cooling water with time are shown.
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the membrane 4 and the pull ring 4 'for tearing it from the spout main body G are all integrally formed.
Therefore, according to the spout combination CG of the liquid paper container according to the present invention that has been processed as described above, when the consumer opens the plug for a while after shipment, no wetting or water droplets are seen in the screw portion. This makes it possible to provide a hygienic and safe liquid paper container with a spout.
[0007]
Although the hot filling temperature for the liquid paper container varies depending on the contents, it is generally 80 to 93 ° C. for fruit juice drinks and about 65 ° C. for sake. The contents at this temperature are rapidly cooled to about 40 ° C. with a cold water shower, and then the outer packaging such as shrink wrapping and cardboard packing is performed and shipped.
[0008]
【Example】
An example sample of a liquid paper container spout combination according to the present invention was prepared with the following specifications. For the designation of each part, refer to the embodiment production dimension designation diagram of the liquid paper container spout combination according to the present invention in FIG.
Figure 0003923575
The number of through grooves provided in the screw portion was 2 and 4, and the width and depth of each through groove were 3 mm and 0.5 mm, respectively.
Further, a notch 8 of 3 mm and a height of 1 mm was provided in the peripheral direction of the edge of the screw cap C.
Figure 0003923575
The number of through grooves provided in the screw portion was 2 and 4, and the width and depth of each through groove were 3 mm and 0.5 mm, respectively.
The spout combination CG formed by winding the spout main body G and the screw cap C and integrated as described above is integrated into the head panel of a 1000 ml Gebel top cart by a normal liquid paper container molding and filling machine. Bonded with an ultrasonic seal.
In addition, the basic weight of the blank of a liquid paper container was 380 g / m < 2 >, and the following laminated structures were used.
Printing ink layer / polyethylene 30 μm / bleached kraft paper (280 g / m 2 ) / polyethylene 20 μm / silicon oxide deposited polyethylene terephthalate film 12 μm / linear low density polyethylene 60 μm
[0009]
Example samples are prepared for each specification, and conventional liquid paper containers for fruit juice drinks are prepared as comparative examples. These are filled with 80 ° C. hot water, cooled to 40 ° C., and after 1 day and 7 days later. The stopper was opened and the presence or absence of water droplets on the screw portion was visually checked. As a result, the number of confirmed water droplets is as shown in the following table.
Figure 0003923575
As described above, as the number of through-grooves is increased, the amount of water droplets remains and the purpose of the present invention is reduced. However, when two or more screw caps C are provided, the screw cap C overruns. Since another problem occurs that the winding does not stop at a fixed position and the tightening becomes sweet, it has been found that Examples (1) and (2) are optimal among the samples of the present Example.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, by providing the through groove 7 that traverses the spiral in the screw portion of the spout combination, and further providing a gap by the notch 8 or 9 in the contact portion between the screw cap edge and the pedestal. The cooling of the hot-filled liquid paper container makes it possible to reliably reduce the amount of cooling water that is sucked into the spout combination and remains, reducing consumer complaints and the propagation of bacteria, etc. It is possible to provide a liquid paper container with a sanitary spout without danger.
