Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for mounting a vehicular lamp to a vehicle body. However, in the present invention, the lamp is not limited to a built-in light source, but includes a tool that reflects external light.
[0002]
[Prior art]
5A and 5B are views for explaining a conventional mounting structure, in which FIG. 5A is a horizontal cross-sectional view of a state in which a lamp is mounted on a bumper, and FIG. It is.
(See FIG. 5 (A)) A bumper 1 forming the vehicle body has a recessed portion 1a for attaching a lamp, and a lamp 2 is disposed in the recessed portion 1a. The lamp 2 of this conventional example has a structure in which a retroreflective lens 2b is adhered to the front side of a plate-shaped lamp housing 2a.
A first hook 2a 1 and a second hook 2a 2 are integrally formed and protruded on the back side of the lamp housing 2a. And on the bottom surface of the lamp mounting recess 1a of the bumper 1, first have a hook for engaging hole 1b and the second engaging hooks Goana 1c is provided, the first hook 2a 1 is engaging the first hook The second hook 2a 2 is inserted into the second hook engaging hole 1c in the hole 1b.
[0003]
The lamp housing 2a is engaged with the bumper 1 by the two hooks 2a 1 and 2a 2 described above. In order to further improve the mounting state and improve the vibration resistance, the lamp housing 2a is attached to the back side of the lamp housing 2a. A mounting screw seat 2a 3 is provided. Mounting screw 3 is screwed clamped to the mounting screw seat 2a 3 through the bottom surface of the lamp mounting recess 1a of the bumper 1.
Figure 5 (B) to the represented by that first engagement hooks Goana 1b is a hole for inserting the first hook 2a 1 above, the second engaging hooks Goana 1c a second hook 2a 2 The mounting screw through hole 1d is a hole through which the mounting screw 3 is inserted.
The procedure for attaching the lamp 2 shown in FIG. 5 to the bumper 1 is as follows. First, the first hook 2a 1 is inserted into and engaged with the first hook engaging hole 1b, and then the first hook 2a 1 is engaged. the engaging portion second hook 2a 2 by rotating the lamp housing 2a to the left (counterclockwise) in FIG around the insert to the second hook engagement hole 1c to engage the edge thereof. Then, by inserting the mounting screws 3 to the mounting screw hole 1d (FIG. 5 (B)) tightening screwed to the mounting screw seat 2a 3.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional vehicle lamp mounting structure described above with reference to FIG.
(A) from the mounting screws 3 inserted through the mounting screw hole 1d is a structural screwing the mounting screw seat 2a 3, engages the first hook 2a 1 and the second hook 2a 2 and to the respective engagement holes In this state, if the center line of the mounting screw through hole 1d and the center line of the mounting screw seat 2a 3 do not exactly match, the assembling work becomes difficult. However, the hook because a component that engages the mating member to some extent elastically deformable, is not easy to accurately centering the mounting screw hole 1d and the mounting screw seat 2a 3.
[0005]
(B) When the distance L 1 between the engagement surfaces of the pair of hooks 2a 1 and 2a 2 is smaller than the distance L 2 between the engagement surfaces of the pair of engagement holes 1b and 1c, the lamp is mounted. It becomes unstable. The distance L 1 is preferably slightly larger than the distance L 2 , but if it is too large, the lamp 2 is distorted.
That is, the lamp 2 is bent as indicated by 2c in FIG. 5A (imaginary line 2c is exaggerated in the amount of distortion). For example, in the case of a lamp having a structure in which the retroreflective lens 2b is adhered to the lamp housing 2a as in this example, there is a problem that when the lens is bent as described above, the adhered surface is peeled off and the retroreflective lens 2b is dropped.
[0006]
(C) There are three components protruding from the rear surface of the lamp housing 2a, and there are three holes or openings provided on the bottom surface of the lamp mounting recess 1a of the bumper 1, and the structure is complicated.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and can be easily assembled with a simple configuration without requiring a particularly high accuracy, and securely attached without fear of distorting the lamp. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle lamp mounting structure that can be used.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The basic principle of the present invention created to achieve the above object will be briefly described with reference to FIG. 1A corresponding to the embodiment.
The second hook 5a is one of the lamp housing 5a of the lamp 5 a pair for engaged with the lamp mounting recess 4a of the bumper 4 hook (i.e. first hook 5a 1 and the second hook 5a 2) 2 And the mounting screw seat 5a 3 for the mounting screw 3 are integrally connected. As a result, the lamp housing 5a of the lamp 5 is fixed to the bumper 4 with the mounting screw 3 in the immediate vicinity of the second hook 5a 2 , so that the second hook 5a 2 is connected to the edge of the engagement hole 4c for the second hook of the bumper 4. It is no longer necessary to press. Unless a pressing force is applied to the second hook 5a 2 , there is no possibility of causing the deformation as shown by the phantom line 2c in FIG. 5 (conventional example).
[0008]
A vehicle lamp mounting structure according to the present invention as a specific configuration based on the above-described principle includes a pair of hooks and at least one screw seat formed on the back side of the lamp housing of the vehicle lamp, An opening or a through hole corresponding to the hook is formed in the mounting target member of the vehicle lamp,
Each of the pair of hooks is inserted into the opening or through-hole, and a mounting screw inserted into the through-hole or notch provided in the mounting target member is screwed and tightened into the screw seat. In the vehicle lamp mounting structure,
At least one of the pair of hooks and a screw seat are integrally formed, and the opening or the through hole is formed adjacent to the screw seat near the base of the one hook. A concave portion facing the edge of the screw seat, and the mounting target member is not pressed against the hook in a state where the seat surface of the screw seat is in close contact with the mounting target member. Features.
[0009]
According to the mounting structure of the present invention described above, since one hook of the pair of hooks and the screw seat are integrally formed, the number of components protruding on the back surface of the lamp housing is small. Accordingly, the number of openings or through holes to be provided in the lamp attachment target member is reduced, the structure is simplified, and the mounting operation is facilitated.
In addition, when the concave portion adjacent to the screw seat is formed in the one hook and the screw seat is in close contact with the mounting target member, that is, when the mounting screw is tightened, the mounting target member is not attached to the hook. Is not pressed. For this reason, the lamp housing of the lamp is not subjected to a pressing force through the hook in a state where the lamp is mounted, and therefore there is no possibility that the lamp housing is distorted by the pressing force.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows one embodiment of a vehicular lamp mounting structure according to the present invention, where (A) is a horizontal sectional view of a lamp mounted on a bumper, and (B) is a rear view near a mounting screw in the above embodiment. is there.
The bumper 4 is formed with a lamp mounting recess 4a, and two recesses, that is, a first hook engagement hole 4b and a second hook engagement hole 4c are provided on the bottom surface of the recess. (The details of these engagement holes will be described later with reference to FIG. 3). Correspondingly, a first hook 5a 1 and a second hook 5a 2 are projected from the rear surface of the lamp housing 5a of the lamp 5.
A mounting screw seat 5a 3 is disposed adjacent to the second hook 5a 2 and both are integrally formed. Mounting screw 3 is screwed clamped to the mounting screw seat 5a 3 through the bottom surface of the lamp mounting recess 4a of the bumper 4.
[0011]
FIG. 2 shows a second hook 5a 2 projecting from the rear side of the lamp housing 5a shown in FIG. 1, the mounting screw seat 5a 3 integrally connected to the second hook, It is the disassembled perspective view which extracted the attachment screw screwed in to an attachment screw seat, and the place seen from the diagonally rear of the said lamp housing.
On the back side of the lamp housing 5a, a second hook 5a 2 and the mounting screw seat 5a 3 projects is integrally connected to. In the present invention, the surface on the side from which the lamp emits the light beam or the side that reflects the light is called the front surface, and the surface on the opposite side is called the back surface.
A screw hole 5a 6 is formed in the mounting screw seat 5a 3 , and the self-tapping mounting screw 3 is screwed in as indicated by an arrow A. A screw head escape notch 5a 4 is provided so that the second hook 5a 2 does not interfere with the head of the mounting screw 3 during the above screwing operation.
In FIG. 2, 4 'shown by phantom lines schematically shows the position of the bumper when the lamp housing 5a of the lamp is attached to the bumper. The bumper 4' in this state is a mounting screw seat. 5a 3 is in contact with the seating surface (upper end surface in the figure).
[0012]
An anti-strain groove 5a 5 is formed so as to correspond to the bumper position 4 'in the mounted state and avoid contact with the bumper 4'. 4 will be described in detail later). The bumper 4 ′ in the attached state is located closer to the root than the engagement surface k of the second hook 5 a 2 . The engagement surface k is a surface on which the hook member is caught by the mating member and comes into contact. Further, the position close to the base of the hook means a position close to the lamp housing main body part away from the engagement surface k.
A portion 5a 7 closer to the hook engaging surface k than the distortion preventing groove 5a 5 is a so-called land portion (a region other than the concave portion), and as described later with reference to FIG. Supports and performs temporary fixing.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a front view illustrating the vicinity of the lamp mounting recess 4a of the bumper 4 in the embodiment shown in FIG.
When this embodiment (FIG. 3) is compared with the above-described conventional example (FIG. 5B), the first hook engagement hole 4b in this embodiment is similar to the first hook engagement hole 1b in the conventional example. It is a component part. In the present embodiment, as described above with reference to FIG. 1, the second hook 5a 2 and the mounting screw seat 5a 3 are integrated adjacent to each other, so that for the second hook, as in the conventional example (FIG. 5). The engagement hole 1c and the mounting screw through hole 1d are not separated from each other. That is, in this embodiment (FIG. 3), not a through hole for a mounting screw but a groove-like notch 4d is formed and communicated with the second hook engaging hole 4c. The reason why the notch for inserting the attachment screw can be communicated with the hook engaging hole in this manner is that the second hook 5a 2 and the attachment screw seat 5a 3 are adjacent to each other as described above. Assuming that a groove hole is provided instead of the conventional mounting screw through hole 1d shown in FIG. 5B and communicated with the second hook engaging hole 1c, a virtual line There is a possibility that a long slot like the drawn slot 1e is formed and the strength of the mounting portion is lowered.
[0014]
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the short slot-shaped mounting screw notch 4d communicates with the second hook engaging hole 4c, so that it is provided in the lamp mounting recess 4a of the bumper. The number of power openings or through holes is two, and the structure is simple. Further, the mounting screw notch 4d in the present embodiment is not a single round hole but a groove having a slight length in the direction in which the hook engaging holes are arranged, so that there is a slight error in the position of the mounting screw. Can be tolerated. Tolerating an error in the position of the mounting screw means that the position of the mounting screw seat 5a 3 does not require a particularly high accuracy, so that the manufacturing cost is low and the assembling work is easy.
[0015]
FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view for explaining the process of attaching the lamp housing to the bumper in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and the operational effects of the embodiment. (A) shows a temporarily assembled state, (B) shows a state in which the mounting screw faces the screw hole of the mounting screw seat, and (C) shows a state in which the mounting screw is screwed into the mounting screw seat. It is drawn.
As shown in FIG. 4A, when the tip of the second hook 5a 2 is shallowly inserted into the second hook engaging hole 4c of the bumper 4 and engaged therewith, the temporary fixing pressing portion 5a 7 becomes the mounting screw notch 4d. It comes into contact with a stepped portion (indicated by reference sign d in FIG. 3) at the inlet of the tentatively assembled state. That is, the lamp housing 5a of the lamp is lightly fixed to the bumper 4 without supporting with hands, and the operator can use both hands freely.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4 (B), by inserting the mounting screws 3 of the self-tapping type for mounting screws notches 4d, inserting the tip into the screw hole 5a 6 of the mounting screw seat 5a 3.
[0016]
When the mounting screw 3 is screwed into the screw hole 5a 6 , the bumper 4 is brought into contact with the mounting screw seat 5a 3 as shown in FIG. 4C. Along with this, the bumper 4 that has been opposed to the temporary fixing pressing portion 5a 7 slides downward in the drawing to face the distortion preventing groove 5a 5 and the pressing force disappears. That is, the second hook 5a 2 does not receive the pressing force from the bumper 4 in the mounted state.
(Refer to FIG. 1A.) If the second hook 5a 2 does not receive a pressing force from the bumper 4, the reaction force is not applied to the first hook 5a 1 . Therefore. There is no possibility that the lamp housing 5a will be distorted due to the pressing force, and there is no possibility that the retroreflective lens 2b will peel off due to distortion.

【The invention's effect】
As described above with reference to the embodiment of the present invention, the configuration and function thereof have been clarified. According to the mounting structure of the present invention, one hook and the screw seat of a pair of hooks are integrally formed. Therefore, the number of components projecting to the back of the lamp housing is reduced, and with this, the number of openings or through holes to be provided in the lamp mounting target member is reduced, and the structure is simplified, and the mounting work Becomes easier.
