Description

The present invention relates to a floorboard support for supporting a floorboard of a building, and more particularly to a floorboard support that can be adjusted in height from above the floorboard.

Conventionally, the intermediate part of the cross beam (large drawing) arranged under the floor of the building has been supported by a steel bundle standing on a concrete foundation. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the steel bundle includes a base plate 51 installed on the concrete foundation C, a lower screw rod 52 erected on the base plate 51, and a concentrically screwed upper portion thereof. A cylindrical turnbuckle 53, an upper screw rod 54 screwed onto the upper portion, and a top plate 55 attached to the upper portion and supporting the large pull 56 (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).

Since the lower screw rod 52 and the upper screw rod 54 are threaded in opposite directions, turning the turnbuckle 53 causes the screw rods 52 and 54 to expand and contract. Thus, the height position of the large pull 56 can be adjusted. That is, when the turnbuckle 53 is normally operated under the floor and rotated in the forward direction, the claw rods 52 and 54 are extended so as to be separated from each other to lift the large pull 56 and rotate in the reverse direction. The height of the large pull 56 can be reduced by contracting the screw rods 52 and 54 so as to approach each other.
JP 2003-20780 A

By the way, recently, a floor structure that directly supports a floor board with a steel bundle (floor board support tool) without using a large pull is expected from the demand for simplification of building structure and cost reduction. became. In some buildings, it is desirable that the height of the floorboard can be adjusted from the floor.

However, in the conventional steel bundle, the turnbuckle is provided at a substantially middle height position of the steel bundle so that it can be operated exclusively under the floor. Therefore, the turnbuckle cannot be operated from above the floor. Countermeasures were required.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, and it aims at providing the floor board support tool which can adjust the height of a floor board from on a floor.

Floor plate support of the present invention includes a screw body which is disposed vertically seated on the installation surface, and the bundle body lower part screwed to the screw member, rotatably on the upper end of the bundle body and A floor support plate that is supported so as not to be displaced in the vertical direction and supports the floor plate, and a lower portion that is integrated at least with the upper portion of the bundle body so as not to be relatively rotatable, and an upper portion that protrudes upward from the floor support plate. An operation member operable from above with an operation tool, and the operation member includes a bolt whose upper portion is a polygonal head portion, and a screw portion of the bolt is caulked and fixed inside the bundle body, When the operation member is rotated in one direction, the floor support plate is raised, and when the operation member is rotated in the other direction, the floor support plate is lowered.

With such a configuration, the height of the floor plate is adjusted by operating the operation member integrated on the upper part of the bundle body from above (on the floor) the floor support plate to displace the floor support plate up and down. Can do. Therefore, underfloor work with poor workability can be eliminated, and the height of the building can be suppressed by setting the space between the installation surface (foundation) and the floor board to the minimum necessary level. .

Floor plate support of the present invention, the operation member that is integrated into the top of the bundle body, since by operating from above the floor support plate can be displaced on the floor support plates vertically from the floor of the floor plate height Can be adjusted. Therefore, underfloor work with poor workability can be eliminated, and the height of the building can be suppressed by setting the space between the installation surface (foundation) and the floor board to the minimum necessary level. .

Hereinafter, a floor board support according to the best mode of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[First reference example]
1A is a front view of the floor board support 1A, FIG. 1B is a plan view, FIG. 1C is a bottom view, FIG. 1D is a longitudinal sectional view, and FIGS. ) Is a diagram illustrating the configuration of the operating body, and FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the installation state. As shown in these drawings, the floor board support 1A is provided in a standing state between a building foundation (installation surface) C and the floor board 2, and has a seat plate 3a standing on the foundation C. A bundle body (for example, made of a pipe material) 3, an operation body 4 whose lower part is screwed into the upper part of the bundle body 3, and a floor support plate 5 that is screwed into the upper end part of the operation body 4 and supports the floor plate 2 Have. The floor plate 2 includes a panel body 21 and a base plate 22 on the surface, and the floor support plate 5 receives and supports the base plate 22.

Screws 41 and 42 which are opposite to each other are formed on the lower and upper parts of the operation body 4 described above, and an operation tool (for example, a wrench, a spanner or the like) is formed between the screws 41 and 42 as shown in FIG. , And a hexagonal hole (operation part) 44 for an insertion wrench is formed at the upper end of the operation body 4. On the other hand, an inner screw 31 for screwing a screw 41 formed at the lower portion of the operation body 4 is formed on the upper portion of the bundle body 3, and the lower portion of the operation body 4 is formed on the floor support plate 5. The nut 52 for screwing the screw 42 formed in the above is welded.

In the floorboard support 1A configured as described above, the hexagonal hole 44 (or the locking portion 43) of the operation body 4 screwed into the upper portion of the bundle body 3 can be operated from the floor with an operation tool. Yes, when the operating body 4 is rotated in one direction (forward direction), the floor support plate 5 is raised, and when the operating body 4 is rotated in the other direction (reverse direction), the floor support plate 5 is lowered. Therefore, underfloor work with poor workability can be eliminated, and the space between the installation surface C and the floorboard 2 can be set to the minimum necessary height, and the design of the building can be kept low. It becomes.

In order to operate the operating body 4 from above the floor via the operating tool, for example, a hole that penetrates a part of the screw 42 formed in the upper part of the operating body 4 is formed in the base plate 22 in advance. When the base plate 22 is placed on the floor support plate 5, a wrench is inserted into the hexagonal hole 44 appearing in the hole of the base plate 22 and operated from above the floor. May be laid on the base plate 22. Further, when the floor plate 2 and the floor plate 2 are joined by the floor board support 1A (for example, a joint portion where the four corners are abutted, a joint portion where the two sheets are joined, etc.) with the floor board support tool 1A, the locking portion 43 is moved from above the floor with an operation tool. It can also be operated.

[ Second Reference Example ]
4 (a) is a front view of the floorboard support 1B, FIG. 4 (b) is a plan view, FIG. 4 (c) is a longitudinal sectional view, and FIGS. 6A to 6C are explanatory diagrams of the configuration of the operation tool, and FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram of the installation state. As shown in these drawings, this floor board support 1B is provided in a standing state between a building foundation (installation surface) C and the floor board 2, and has a seat plate 6a standing on the foundation C. The floor body 2 is supported by a screw body 6, a bundle main body (for example, made of a pipe material) 3 whose lower part is screwed to the screw body 6, and rotatably supported by the upper end portion of the bundle main body 3 so as not to be displaced in the vertical direction. The floor support plate 5 is supported, and an operation portion 32 is formed on the upper portion of the bundle main body 3. When the operation portion 32 is rotated in one direction, the floor support plate 5 is raised, and the operation portion 32 is moved in the other direction. The floor support plate 5 is lowered when it is rotated to the right. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the same or equivalent member as said 1st reference example, The description is abbreviate | omitted.

The lower part of the above-mentioned bundle body 3 is formed to have a slightly smaller diameter by drawing, and for example, as shown in FIG. 5, an inner screw 31 that is screwed into a screw 61 formed in the screw body 6 is formed therein. The operation part 32 formed and formed on the upper part thereof is formed into a square cross section by caulking the pipe material from the outside. For example, a square wrench (operation tool) 7 as shown in FIG. It is comprised so that the bundle main body 3 can be rotated by inserting from 3 upper opening. Reference numeral 71 denotes an operation handle, and 72 denotes a square head portion (insertion portion). Then, a hook-like portion 33 is formed at the upper end portion thereof, and the floor support plate 5 is received and supported by the hook-like portion 33, and the upper end edge thereof is caulked so as to expand outward, thereby the floor support. The plate 5 is supported so as to be rotatable with respect to the bundle body 3 and not to be displaced in the vertical direction.

In the floorboard support 1B configured as described above, the operation unit 32 formed on the upper portion of the bundle body 3 can be operated from the floor by the operation tool 7, and the operation unit 32 is moved in one direction (forward direction). ), The floor support plate 5 is raised, and when the operation unit 32 is rotated in the other direction (reverse direction), the floor support plate 5 is lowered. Therefore, underfloor work with poor workability can be eliminated, and the space between the foundation C and the floor board 2 can be set to the minimum necessary height, and the design can be made while keeping the height of the building low. It becomes. For example, when the floor plate 2 and the floor plate 2 joint portion (for example, a joint portion where the four corners are butted) are supported by the floor plate support 1B, a hole portion into which the operation tool 7 is inserted is formed in the joint portion in advance. The hole may be filled when the height adjustment is completed.

[Form state of implementation]
8A is a front view of the floorboard support 1C, FIG. 8B is a plan view, FIG. 8C is a longitudinal sectional view, FIGS. 9A to 9C are diagrams for explaining the configuration of a bundle body, and FIG. It is explanatory drawing of a state. As shown in these drawings, the floor board support 1C is provided in a standing state between a building foundation (installation surface) C and the floor board 2, and has a seat plate 6a standing on the foundation C. The floor body 2 is supported by a screw body 6, a bundle main body (for example, made of a pipe material) 3 whose lower part is screwed to the screw body 6, and rotatably supported by the upper end portion of the bundle main body 3 so as not to be displaced in the vertical direction. The floor support plate 5 to be supported and the lower portion are integrated with the upper portion of the bundle body 3 at least so as not to rotate relative to each other, and the upper portion 81 projecting upward from the floor support plate 5 is operated from above the floor support plate 5. The floor support plate 5 is raised when the operation member 8 is rotated in one direction, and the floor support plate 5 is lowered when the operation member 8 is rotated in the other direction. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the same or equivalent member as a 1st reference example and a 2nd reference example , The description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the floorboard support 1C configured as described above, the operation member 8 integrated on the upper portion of the bundle body 3 can be operated from the floor with an operation tool (for example, a spanner, a wrench, etc., not shown). Yes, when the operation member 8 is rotated in one direction (forward direction), the floor support plate 5 is raised, and when the operation member 8 is rotated in the other direction (reverse direction), the floor support plate 5 is lowered. Therefore, underfloor work with poor workability can be eliminated, and the space between the foundation C and the floor board 2 can be set to the minimum necessary height, and the design can be made while keeping the height of the building low. It becomes. For example, in the case where the joint between the floor board 2 and the floor board 2 (for example, the joint where the four corners are butted together) is supported by the floor board support 1B, a hole for inserting the operation tool is formed in the joint of the base plate 22 in advance. When the height adjustment is completed, the panel body 21 may be laid on the base plate 22 so as to fill the hole.
