Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a molded container having a bulging space in a sheet body, packaging the bulging space so as to store a product such as cosmetics or confectionery, and displaying the product in the packaged state. And a container forming body for forming such a container.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
This type of molded container, that is, a packaging container that can be displayed while packaging products such as cosmetics, prints patterns and colors such as trademarks and advertisements on the sheet surface except for the portions that remain as transparent parts, When forming a folded ruled line and forming a container-formed sheet by forming a bulging space forming concave part by pressure forming or other thermoforming methods in the sheet surface part on both sides of the bent ruled line, and packaging the product In general, a product is put in a bulging space forming recess, the sheet surface portion is folded, a dome-shaped bulging space is formed in the sheet, and the product is packaged at the same time.
[0003]
However, since the two sheet surface portions are joined to form a bulging space portion in the sheet body, if they are displayed for a long time, dust, dust, etc. intrude into the bulging space portion from the joining portion. There were times when it looked bad.
[0004]
Further, in order to heat-mold the bulging space after printing on the sheet surface, the printing part near the bulging space extends, and in extreme cases, the edge p of the printing part P as shown by the oblique lines in FIG. May become wavy and the appearance of printing may deteriorate. For this reason, printing has been performed using ink that is difficult to stretch even by heat molding, but there are problems such as lack of vividness and high cost due to the limited types of ink.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present invention has a first object of preventing dust and dust from entering the bulging space portion in a molded container having a structure in which the bulging space portion is provided by joining the sheet surfaces. When printing is performed on the sheet surface while leaving the part transparent, the second object is to prevent the appearance from being deteriorated by the edge of the printed part over the transparent part.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this purpose, the present invention is to form a fitting structure along the edge of the bulging space portion in a molded container having a configuration in which the sheet surfaces are joined to provide the bulging space portion in the sheet body. In order to form such a molded container, a bulging space is provided in a container forming body having a configuration in which a bulging space portion forming concave portion is provided in a sheet surface and the bulging space portion is provided in the sheet body by joining the sheet surfaces. The container forming body was formed by forming the insertion portion or the insertion portion along the edge of the portion forming recess.
[0007]
If a fitting structure is formed along the edge of the bulging space, it is possible to prevent dust and dust from entering the bulging space with this fitting structure. It has also been found that by forming such a fitting structure in the sheet body, this fitting structure serves as a cushion for suppressing the elongation of the printing portion.
[0008]
In the molded container and container forming body of the present invention, the shape of the fitting structure is not particularly limited, but the fitting portion having a fitting portion having a side surface standing upright from the sheet surface and a side surface hanging from the sheet surface A fitting structure that fits the parts to each other is preferable because dust and dust can be reliably prevented from entering at the joint portion between the standing surface and the hanging surface. Specifically, examples of such a fitting structure include a fitting structure of the following embodiment and a fitting structure including a concave portion and a convex portion.
Of course, the range along the edge of the bulging space can be formed so as to surround the entire circumference, but at least the upper edge of the bulging space or one sheet body is folded to join the sheet surfaces What is necessary is just to form along the edge of 3 directions other than the folding | turning side.
[0009]
The present invention also forms a molded container by disposing the edge of the printing portion attached to the sheet surface beyond the side surface that stands or hangs down from the sheet surface in the fitting structure. In order to form a simple molded container, the edge portion of the printing portion attached to the sheet surface is disposed beyond the side surface of the insertion portion or the insertion portion that rises or hangs down from the sheet surface to form a container forming body. It was decided.
If configured in this way, as described above, the fitting structure serves as a cushion for suppressing the elongation of the printed part, and the edge of the printed part becomes wavy or blurred without using special ink. Without being able to express a sharp line.
[0010]
On the other hand, the present invention forms the forming container by arranging the edge portion of the printing portion attached to the sheet surface in the side surface that stands or hangs down from the sheet surface in the fitting structure. In order to form a simple molded container, the edge of the printing part attached to the sheet surface is arranged in a side surface that stands or hangs down from the sheet surface in the fitting part or the fitting part to form a container forming body. It was.
[0011]
If formed in this way, even when printing is performed on a transparent sheet surface while leaving a part as a transparent portion, even if the printed portion near the bulging space extends and the edge of the printed portion becomes wavy, the printed portion Since the edge of the print is placed on the side that stands up or hangs down from the sheet surface, the edge of the printed part cannot be seen from the front, and the boundary between the transparent bulge space and the printed part becomes irregular. The appearance can be secured. Actually, the side of the molded container is rarely seen in the display state of the product, so this is sufficient, and it can be said that the configuration is extremely lively in view of the above effects and costs.
[0012]
At this time, it is preferable that the side surface on which the edge of the printing unit is arranged stands or hangs down substantially vertically from the sheet surface. Since it is substantially vertical, it may be slightly inclined from the vertical. Moreover, when it inclines so that it may narrow down seeing from the front, you may incline suitably.
The width of the side surface is preferably set to 1 mm to 20 mm, particularly 3 mm to 7 mm in consideration of elongation of the printed portion by heat molding, difficulty of conspicuousness, and prevention of dust and dust intrusion. However, it is not limited to this width.
[0013]
The present invention can be applied regardless of the type of printing ink on which printing is performed. For example, printing portions using various types of ink such as gravure ink (thermoplastic ink) and UV ink (ultraviolet curable ink) are used. However, since the printing part formed with the gravure ink has a high rate of elongation following the thermoforming, the effect obtained by applying the present invention is great. In other words, conventionally, it has been difficult to use gravure ink in this type of molded container, but the molded container of the present invention can be suitably used.
[0014]
The molded container and container formed body of the present invention are preferably formed from an amorphous ethylene terephthalate polyester resin from the viewpoint of strength, rigidity, transparency, folding workability and the like. Here, “amorphous” means that the heat of crystallization when the resin is cooled at a rate of 10 ° C./min from a molten state with a differential thermal scanning calorimeter (DSC-7, manufactured by PerkinElmer) is 21 J. / G or less. By using an amorphous material, high strength can be obtained in an arbitrary direction, and better transparency, heat distortion resistance, etc. can be obtained as compared with the case where the material is not amorphous. The “ethylene phthalate-based polyester resin” means an ethylene terephthalate homopolymer or a dicarboxylic acid component of 60 mol% or more, preferably 90 mol% or more of terephthalic acid, and a diol component of 60 mol% or more, preferably A copolymer in which 90 mol% or more is ethylene glycol, or a mixture of these homopolymers and / or copolymers, and a dicarboxylic acid component that can be used with terephthalic acid include isophthalic acid, orthophthalic acid, naphthalenedicarboxylic acid Adipic acid, glutaric acid, succinic acid, suberic acid, dodecanedioic acid, cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, etc. Can mention aromatic dicarboxylic acid The Furthermore, examples of the “diol component” that can be used with ethylene glycol include diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, cyclohexane dimethanol, propylene glycol, tetramethylene glycol, pentanediol, hexanediol, neopentyl glycol, and the like. Can do.

[0020]
The fitting convex portion 9 is to be concavo-convexly fitted with a fitting concave portion 17 formed in a sheet portion 3 to be described later, and as shown in FIG. It is formed to protrude.
[0021]
The sheet surface portion 3 is provided with a bulging space portion forming concave portion 16, a fitting concave portion 17, a notch hole portion 18, an opening ruled line portion 19, and an opening rib 20 in a joint surface portion 15 that can overlap with the joint surface portion 7. ing.
[0022]
Here, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the bulging space portion forming recess 16 overlaps with the bulging space portion forming recess 8 with the bent ruled line 5 as the center line, that is, in a line-symmetrical plan view. A side surface 21a which is formed in a rectangular shape and protrudes one step so that it can be fitted to the vertical surface portion 8a in the peripheral portion excluding the central portion of the base 15a, that is, a side surface 21a which stands substantially vertically from the joint surface portion 15. 1 and a horizontal surface 21b that is bent from the side surface 21a, and a concave stepped portion 21 that is surrounded by the protruding stepped portion 21 is formed from the joint surface side to the outside (in the direction of the paper surface in FIG. 1). ) The bulging portion 22 is bulged, and the central portion of the bottom 15a where the protruding step portion 21 is not formed. In other words, the central portion of the bottom surface 22a of the bulging portion 22 protrudes to the bottom 15a of the joint surface portion 15, and this protrusion The bulging portion 22 in the bottom surface 23a of the portion 23 The concave portions 24,24,24 extending the bulging direction is formed by providing at appropriate intervals.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 2, the fitting recess 17 is formed so as to be recessed in a cylindrical shape downward when the joining surface side is an upper surface so as to be fitted with the fitting protrusion 9. The inner diameter of the concave portion 17 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the fitting convex portion 9.
[0024]
The notch hole 18 matches the retaining hole 10 when the sheet surface 2 and the sheet surface 3 are folded, and the lower end edge of the notch 18 matches the edge of the retaining hole 10. As shown, the tip is cut into a round tongue.
[0025]
The opening ruled line portion 19 is formed over the entire width of the joint surface portion 15 so as to substantially follow the bent ruled line 5. Then, the opening rib 20 is formed as a protruding rib along the opening ruled line portion 19 within the width from the edge of the joint surface portion 15 that becomes the opening start point of the opening ruled line portion 19 to the storage portion forming portion 16. It is.
[0026]
Next, the structure of the front side of the container forming sheet 1 will be described. On the surface of the container forming sheet 1, as shown in FIG. 2 and 3 are printed with patterns such as trademarks and advertisements and appropriate colors, and printed portions P (shaded portions in the figure).
However, in practice, as shown in FIG. 6, the edge p of the printing part P is disposed in the side surfaces 11 a and 21 a of the recessed step part 11 and the protruding step part 21 of the bulging space part forming recesses 8 and 16. Yes, the edge p of the printing part P is not visible from the top surface.
[0027]
In order to arrange the edge p of the printing part P in the side surfaces 11a and 21a of the depressed step part 11 and the protruding step part 21 in this way, for example, the edge p in the bulging space part forming recess forming region in the transparent plastic sheet. Then, the printed portion P is attached so that the width of the sheet surface penetrates appropriately, and then the bulging space forming recess forming region is formed by pressure forming, vacuum forming, pressure forming, other thermoforming methods, etc. What is necessary is just to provide the bulging space part formation recessed parts 8 and 16 in the inside.
At this time, the width for allowing the edge p of the printing portion P to enter the bulging space portion forming recess forming region is appropriately adjusted in consideration of the width that the printing portion P extends by heat forming, the width of the side surfaces 11a and 21a, and the like. It is preferable to set.
[0028]
Since the container forming sheet 1 is formed as described above, the sheet surface portion 2 is folded on the sheet surface portion 3 with the folding ruled line 5 as a fold, and the depressed step portion 11 and the protruding step portion 21 are fitted and fitted. By fitting the mating convex portion 9 and the fitting concave portion 17, the sheet surface portion 2 and the sheet surface portion 3 are joined in a close state, and the bulging space portion forming concave portions 8 and 16 are sealed, and FIGS. As shown, it is possible to assemble a packaging container 30 provided with a transparent dome-shaped bulging space portion 32 in a sheet body 31 with a printing portion P attached thereto.
[0029]
As an actual method of using the molded plastic container 1, when packaging a product such as a cosmetic product, as shown in FIG. A product is put in the bulging portion 12 of the protruding space portion forming recess 8 and the sheet surface portion 2 is folded on the sheet surface portion 3 with the folding ruled line 5 as a crease (at this time, the notch hole portion 18 also overlaps the retaining hole portion 10). ), The depressed step portion 11 and the protruding step portion 21 are fitted together, and the fitting convex portion 9 and the fitting concave portion 17 are fitted together. Next, if the adhesive margin piece 4 is folded back to the back side of the sheet surface portion 3 with the folding ruled line 6 as a crease and adhered by an adhering means such as hot melt bonding, the sheet surface portion 2 as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. And the sheet surface portion 3 are brought into close contact with each other to form the bulging space portion 32 in the sheet body 31, and the product can be stored and packaged therein. In addition, the sticking means of the paste margin piece part 4 can employ | adopt now well-known arbitrary fixing means.
[0030]
The packaging container 30 formed by packaging the product in this way is in a hooked state, for example, by passing a support rod held substantially horizontally in a cantilever shape from the vertical wall portion of the display stand into the hooking hole portion 10. In addition, the packaging container 30 can be erected with the bottom surface of the bulging space 32 as a grounding surface, and can be displayed in this erected state.
At this time, since the periphery of the bulging space portion 32 is surrounded by a fitting structure including the depressed step portion 11 and the protruding step portion 21, the fitting structure can block dust and dust from entering, The space 32 can be kept hygienic and clean forever. In addition, since the bottom surfaces 12a and 22a of the bulging portions 12 and 22, that is, the bottom surface of the bulging space portion 32 are reinforced by providing the concave strip portions 24, 24 and 24 that function as ribs, Even if stored, the bottom can be prevented from falling off.
[0031]
Further, in any display state, when the display state is viewed from the front, the edge p of the printing portion P is not visible, and the boundary between the transparent bulging space portion 32 and the printing portion P looks sharp. Can give a good-looking impression.
[0032]
At the time of opening the package, one side of the sheet surface portion 3 can be opened by picking the edge of the joint surface portion 15 to be the opening start point and tearing it along the opening ruled line portion 19, from the bulging space portion 32. The product can be taken out. At this time, the opening rib 20 serves as a guide for tearing along the opening ruled line portion 19 and can be easily and cleanly torn.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 9, the protruding step portion 21 on the insertion side constituting the fitting structure is formed as a diameter-enlarged corner portion 25 that swells slightly outward at each corner portion. The fitting between the portion 11 and the protruding step portion 21 can be further ensured.
[0034]
(Example 2)
The container forming sheet 51 shown in FIG. 10 has the edge p of the printing part P in the container forming sheet 1, and the side surfaces 11 a and 21 a in the recessed step part 11 and the protruding step part 21 of the bulging space part forming recessed parts 8 and 16. The printing portion P is applied so as to be disposed at the base end portion (in other words, the hanging portion or the rising portion) of the bulging portions 12 and 22 in the horizontal planes 11b and 21b, and the others are formed in the same manner as the container forming sheet 1. FIG. 11 shows a packaging container 60 in which the container forming sheet 51 is assembled.
[0035]
Thus, the edge p of the printing part P is disposed beyond the side surfaces 11a and 21a of the depressed step part 11 and the protruding step part 21 of the bulging space part forming recesses 8 and 16. In other words, printing is performed such that the edge p of the printing part P is arranged at the base end part of the bulging parts 12 and 22, thereby defining the boundary of the hanging part or the rising part of the bulging parts 12 and 22. It is possible to make the bulging part stand out in terms of shape by making it coincide with p and visually sharpen the edge p of the printing part P.
[0036]
In the container forming sheet 51, the edge p of the printing portion P is arranged so as to coincide with the base end portions of the bulging portions 12 and 22 in the horizontal planes 11b and 21b beyond the side surfaces 11a and 21a. However, the edge p of the printing part P can be sharpened even when printing is performed so that the edge p of the printing part P is arranged at an appropriate place in the horizontal planes 11b and 21b, for example, near the center. .
The reason why the edge p of the printing part P becomes sharp by printing the printing part P beyond the side surfaces 11a and 21a in this way is not clear, but the container forming sheet 51 is formed. It can be considered that sometimes the sheet is taken up by the bulging portions 12 and 22 that the stepped structure of the depressed stepped portion 11 and the protruding stepped portion 21 acts as a cushion to suppress the elongation of the printed portion uniformly. .
