【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、このような従来の接地板Aの取付構造では、鉄塔アングルDに対して固定孔dを後加工しなければならないが、この固定孔dの穿孔作業は、足場の悪い塔上作業となるので、非常に危険な作業となるばかりでなく、取付作業中にボルトBやナットCを取り落とす危険性を伴う。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するため、本発明は、断面”L”字状の鉄塔アングルに対して接地用具取付穴を形成された接地板を固定する構造において、前記鉄塔アングルの一方の側辺部の外表面に沿わせた状態とされる前記接地板の基部を係止するフックを有する取付ブロックと、他方の側辺部の外表面に沿わせて位置される連結部を有しかつ前記取付ブロックから延長された緊締ボルトを貫通状態におかれる可動ブロックと、前記緊締ボルトにねじこまれて前記取付ブロック及び可動ブロックを対応した前記側辺部に緊締する緊締ナットと、前記接地板の基部寄りの部分に形成される固定孔に貫通されかつ先端ねじ部を前記連結部のめねじにねじ込まれる固定ボルトとを備える接地板の取付金具を提案するものである。

以下、図1から図3について本発明の実施例の詳細を説明する。
図示実施例における接地板1は基部に曲げ剛性のある補強板2を当てがって補強されたものであって、その先端部寄りには2つの接地用具取付穴3が、その基部1aよりの部分に長さ方向に伸びる長孔4(固定孔)が予め形成してある。

そして、接地板1の基部1a及び補強板2は、接地板1が取り付けられる鉄塔アングル5の垂直側辺部5aの外表面に沿って延長されかつ同垂直側辺部5aの下部に位置される取付ブロック6のフック6aにより同外表面に密着されて鉄塔アングル5に接地されるけれども、接地板1及び補強板2の下縁の幅方向中央には、接地板1の傾きを防止する切欠き7が形成され、この切欠き7に前記フック6aが係合される。

また、金属成形される前記取付ブロック6には鉄塔アングル5の水平側辺部5bの先端に向かって斜め上方に延長する緊締ボルト8が固定され、この緊締ボルト8のねじ部8aは水平側辺部5bの先端に配置する可動ブロック9の貫通孔10に貫通される。
取付ブロック6と同様に金属加工される同可動ブロック9は、水平側辺部5bの外表面側に位置した連結部9aを有するから、緊締ボルト8のねじ部8aにねじ込まれた緊締ナット11を締め付けることにより、両取付ブロック6及び可動ブロック9が鉄塔アングル5に確実に固定されることになる。

図示実施例による接地板の取付金具は、以上のような構造であるから、鉄塔アングル5に接地板1を取り付けるに際しては、緊締ナット11及び固定ボルト13を充分に緩めた状態とすればよい。
つまり、緊締ナット11の充分な緩めによって、鉄塔アングル5の垂直側辺部5a及び水平側辺部5bがフック6a及び連結部9aの内側に位置する状態になるよう、取付ブロック6及び可動ブロック9を鉄塔アングル5に組み付け、緊締ナット11を指先で操作して、取付ブロック6及び可動ブロック9を鉄塔アングル5に仮止めする。

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明によれば、緊締ナットと固定ボルトとの締め付け作業のみで、接地板を鉄塔アングルに確実に固定できるから、塔上での穿孔が要求される従来の取付作業に比較して、はるかに安全かつ簡単な取付作業となる。
また、本発明の取付金具は、簡単には分解しない一体型となるので、取付作業中に部品等を取り落とす危険性をも回避できる。
