Description
【0001】

[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid processing apparatus capable of recovering the precipitated particles in the liquid without being deposited.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a liquid tank containing a liquid containing precipitating particles, a vortex pump unit that circulates the liquid in the liquid tank and generates fine bubbles in the liquid, and the bubbles. A collecting means for collecting the sedimentary particles floating on the liquid surface, and the vortex pump unit includes a vortex pump and an air suction pipe inserted into a liquid suction section in the vortex pump, and the vortex pump Has a structure in which fine bubbles are made by stirring the liquid sucked from the liquid suction part and the air sucked into the liquid suction part from the air suction pipe by vortex generated inside, a solenoid valve for the conduit opening provided in the air suction pipe, a liquid processing apparatus comprising a liquid flow sensing means for opening and detects the liquid flow discharged from the discharge port of the vortex flow pump the solenoid valve Yes, such a configuration is adopted By this, when liquid is sucked into the liquid suction part of the vortex pump, air is also sucked into the liquid suction part from the air suction pipe, and the liquid and air are sufficiently stirred by the vortex generated in the vortex pump. Using a vortex pump unit that can efficiently produce fine bubbles and efficiently increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the liquid, a large amount of fine bubbles can be supplied from the vortex pump unit into the liquid in the liquid tank. In addition, a small amount of bubbles are bound to the settleable particles in the liquid so that the settleable particles are floated on the liquid surface, and the floated settleable particles are collected by the collecting means, so that the settleable particles in the liquid are settled in the liquid tank. It can be recovered without being deposited. At the same time, the supply of fine bubbles increases the amount of dissolved oxygen in the liquid, so the generation of anaerobic bacteria, which is a source of malodor, is suppressed, and the malodor generated by the decay of the liquid can be suppressed. Since the life of the liquid is extended due to the effect of liquid purification, the cost required for liquid treatment can be reduced. Also, when starting the pump, the solenoid valve is closed to prevent air from being sucked in from the air suction pipe, so that the vortex pump efficiently sucks the liquid and replaces the air inside the pump with the liquid in a short time. This can prevent dry operation that causes damage to the pump seals, etc., and when liquid is spilled and discharged into the vortex pump, the solenoid valve is opened by the liquid flow detection means that detects the liquid flow. The pump can be automatically switched to the operation in which air is mixed from the air suction pipe into the liquid sucked into the liquid suction part of the pump, and the pump installation conditions such as installing the vortex pump above the liquid tank It can also handle the case of conditions.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the liquid tank in the liquid processing apparatus according to the first aspect is provided at a lower portion of the coating venturi booth that collects the paint mist at the liquid level in the process of sucking the paint mist by the exhaust fan. A large amount of fine bubbles are supplied from the vortex pump unit into the liquid of the Venturi booth for painting, and the fine bubbles are combined with the paint powder in the liquid to float the paint powder to the liquid surface. Since the powder is recovered by the recovery means, the paint powder in the liquid can be recovered without being deposited in the liquid tank of the coating venturi booth, and at the same time, the amount of dissolved oxygen in the liquid increases due to the injection of air. Generation of anaerobic bacteria, which is a source of malodor, is suppressed, and malodor caused by liquid decay from the coating venturi booth can be suppressed.

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when liquid is sucked into the liquid suction portion of the vortex pump, air is also sucked into the liquid suction portion from the air suction pipe, and the liquid and air are generated by the vortex generated in the vortex pump. Since it is sufficiently agitated, it is possible to efficiently produce fine bubbles and to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the liquid efficiently, and from this vortex pump unit into the liquid in the liquid tank. A large amount of air bubbles are supplied, the precipitating particles in the liquid combined with the fine air bubbles are floated on the liquid surface, and the precipitating particles on the liquid surface are recovered by the recovery means. It can be recovered without sedimentation.
[0056]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a large amount of fine bubbles are supplied from the vortex pump unit into the liquid in the coating venturi booth, and the fine bubbles are combined with the paint powder in the liquid so that the coating powder is brought to the liquid level. The paint powder that has been levitated and floated on the liquid surface is collected by the recovery means, so the paint powder in the liquid can be collected without being deposited in the liquid tank of the coating venturi booth, and at the same time, by injecting air, Since the amount of dissolved oxygen increases, the generation of anaerobic bacteria, which is a source of malodor, is suppressed, and malodor caused by liquid decay from the coating venturi booth can be suppressed.
[0057]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the exhaust fan of the coating venturi booth is stopped, the liquid level in the liquid tank is in a stationary state. At this time, the vortex pump unit and the recovery means are driven to The paint powder that has floated to the surface is collected in one place by the liquid flow discharged from the vortex pump unit, and can be efficiently recovered by the recovery means.
[0058]
According to the invention of 請 Motomeko 4, the foam scum containing precipitate particles which floated on the liquid surface were collected scum collecting tank by suction by a vacuum pump, foam scum in a vacuum pressure in the scum collecting tank The bubbles are broken to separate the gas and liquid, and the precipitated particles in the liquid are separated and removed by a filter, so that the precipitated particles in the foamed scum can be efficiently separated to a small amount and disposed of.
