Further, according to the present invention, the pest capturing container has an attractant storage portion inside, and when used, a light emitting source such as a light emitting diode is provided in the vicinity so that pests such as moths can be efficiently captured. The above-mentioned problem is solved.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The drawings show an embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 1 and 2 are perspective and sectional views of a pest capturing container (1) of the present invention, and FIG. 3 shows a substrate (2) constituting the container (1). 3 (A) is a development view of the base sheet (3), and FIG. 3 (B) is a partially enlarged sectional view. As shown in FIG. 3 (B), the substrate (2) has an insect trapping adhesive layer (4) formed on a base sheet (3), and a release paper (5) is adhered to the surface thereof. ing. The substrate sheet (3) can be formed of a synthetic resin sheet material, a metal foil material, or the like, but is preferably made of a paper material as in the embodiment shown in the figure. In addition, it is good to print on the surface of this base material sheet (3) the pattern which is easy to collect insects, such as a spider picture (6), a polka dot pattern, a stripe (7), and other spiders (FIG. 4). In addition, a fluorescent agent can be applied to or contained in the base sheet (3), and the outer surface is printed with a color, pattern, decoration or the like that does not cause a sense of incongruity when installed indoors. Can do.
[0007]
The insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (4) can be formed to be colorless and transparent or colored and transparent or opaque colored in a color that easily collects harmful insects. Moreover, an appropriate attractant can be contained, a fluorescent agent or an insecticide can be included, and an appropriate phosphorescent material or a natural light emitter such as phosphorescence can be used as the fluorescent agent.
[0008]
The release paper (5) may be affixed to the entire surface of the base sheet (3), but will be described later in consideration of ease of handling, capture efficiency, etc. Depending on the structure of the container, a part of the release paper is left adhered to the base sheet.
[0009]
The substrate (2) can be configured in various shapes, and in the embodiment shown in the figure, there are provided central fold lines (9), (9) extending obliquely in the both end directions from the central intersection (8). A face plate (10) is provided on one side through the central folding lines (9) and (9), and a pair of sleeve pieces (11) and (11a) are formed on the other side. The outer edge (12) of the face plate (10) is formed in an arc shape connecting the outer ends (13), (13) of the central folding lines (9), (9). The outer edges (14) of the sleeve pieces (11), (11a) also extend arcuately from the outer ends (13), (13), but can also be formed in a straight line, and the inner ends (15 ) To the intersection (8) of the central fold line is provided with fold lines (16), (16).
[0010]
An inward folding piece (17) is provided between the sleeve pieces (11), (11a), and the inner folding piece (17) is inward when each fold line is folded as described later. Inward folding lines (18), (18) and (18) are formed. Further, a hook (19) is formed on one of the sleeve pieces (11), (11a), and a slit (20) for latching the hook (19) is provided on the other. The slit (20) is formed to be bent so that the hook (19) can be easily inserted, and the end of the hook (19) is latched and then not easily pulled out from the slit (20) as desired. It is also possible to bend from the fold line (21). In place of the hook, an adhesive, an adhesive tape, or the like may be used, or a staple (trade name) or clip may be used.
[0011]
The central fold lines (9), (9) and inward fold lines (18), (18), (18) of the substrate (2) are bent, and the sleeves (11), (11a) are hooked as shown in FIG. When (19) is hung on the slit (20), the face plate (10) side becomes the front face part (22), the sleeve pieces (11), (11a) side becomes the rear face part (23), as shown in FIG. A container (25) having an opening (24) that opens is formed. At this time, a part of the release paper along the fold line can be cut so that the fold lines can be easily bent. Further, the container is formed, and a small attractant accommodating portion (26) opened upward by the inner folding piece (17) is formed inside the container. In contrast to the illustrated embodiment, the face plate (10) side may be a rear surface portion, and the sleeve pieces (11), (11a) side may be a front surface portion (not shown).
[0012]
If the release paper (5) is peeled off before or after assembling the container (25) as described above, the insect trapping adhesive layer (4) is exposed on the inner surface of the container (25). What is necessary is just to mount on structures, such as a wall and a ceiling, and to use. In order to attach to the structure, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, an appropriate support part (27) is provided and fixed with a thumbtack or the like. 27) may be composed of a stretch-peel type double-sided adhesive tape and affixed to the structure. When it is fixed with the stretch-peeling double-sided tape, it can be easily peeled off by pulling the double-sided tape when removing the pest after capturing it.
[0013]
As the attractant (28) stored in the attractant storage unit (26), an attractant for pests such as moths, pheromones, and the like can be used. In addition, a light emission source (29) for attracting harmful insects is provided in the vicinity of the opening of the container (1) attached to the structure as described above (FIG. 2), and the above-mentioned catching insects by direct light or reflected light from the light emission source. The surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (4) can be irradiated to attract pests. An incandescent lamp or a fluorescent lamp can be used as the light source, but a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) (30) may be used. When using a light emitting diode (30), for example, four AA batteries can be used as a power source (31), and can continue to emit light with high brightness for about one week. In this case, the color can be blue or an appropriate color can be adopted.
[0014]
As described above, the release paper (5) covering the insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (4) is peeled off in a timely manner, but a part of the release paper on the front surface portion and the rear surface portion is attached to the base sheet. It is preferable to leave it as it is. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the release paper (5) is provided with cuts (32), (32), (32) obtained by cutting only the release paper, and the substrate is not peeled off by the cuts. A release paper portion remaining on the sheet is formed. The remaining release paper portion includes a fold line portion (33) along the central fold line, a surface portion (34) of an inward folding piece constituting the outer surface of the attractant accommodating portion, and a container facing the attractant accommodating portion. There are an inner side surface portion (35), an upper edge portion (36) along the upper edge of a sleeve piece (rear surface portion) which is a clue when performing operations such as assembly. As shown in FIG. 2, the inner side surface portion (35) has a height substantially equal to the height of the attractant storage portion (26) when the container is assembled.
[0015]
A knob allowance (37) is provided to facilitate the work when the release paper (5) is peeled off. The knob allowance is formed by providing a so-called scraped portion at the end of the insect trapping adhesive layer (4) or attaching another sheet (not shown).
[0016]
Further, when the release paper (5) to be peeled is large like the front face portion (22), a cut may be provided so as to be separated and separated into a plurality of parts. In FIG. 6, a cut (38) is provided, upper and lower release paper portions (39), (39a) are provided, and a tab allowance (37) is formed at each end of each release paper portion (39), (39a). As shown in FIG. 7, the upper portion (39) is left and peeled off, and the lower portion (39a) is then moved right and peeled off. The tab margins (37) and (37) of the release paper are cut along the central folding line near the ends of the central folding lines (9) and (9). Each release paper can be easily peeled off using each piece of tab allowance as a clue.
[0017]
FIG. 8 shows another embodiment. In this embodiment, the center fold line (9) is provided on the substrate (2) to form the face plate (10) and the sleeves (11), (11a). No inwardly folded piece is formed between the sleeve pieces (11), (11a). Therefore, when the container (25) is assembled as shown in FIG. 8 (B), the attractant storage portion as shown in FIG. 1 is not formed in the container. In addition, if the central part of the central folding line (9) is bent (40), the part surrounded by the curved line (40) becomes the bottom part, so that an attractant can be placed on the bottom part. it can.
[0018]
In each of the above embodiments, the rear surface portion of the container is formed in a substantially flat shape, but the rear surface portion can be formed in a suitable shape according to the structure. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, if the sleeve pieces (11), (11a) are connected so as to be substantially orthogonal, they can be attached to the corners of the structure.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has a substrate in which the insect trapping adhesive layer is covered with release paper, a central folding line is provided on the substrate to form a face plate and a pair of sleeve pieces, the central folding line is bent, Since the container can be formed by connecting the sleeve pieces, the substrate can be easily formed by simply punching the substrate into a predetermined shape and forming a fold line, and can be easily assembled. If the release paper is peeled off to expose the insect trapping adhesive layer, flying insects such as moths can be captured.
[0020]
In addition, when the inner folding piece is formed between the sleeve pieces and the container is formed, an attractant storage portion can be formed by the inner folding piece, so that an attractant such as a bag or a pheromone is attracted. Objects can be securely stored in the container, and if a light emitting source such as a blue light emitting diode is provided nearby, pests such as moths can be attracted more efficiently, and moths etc. will adhere sufficiently to the insect trapping adhesive layer Once folded, it can be easily discarded.
