BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle body assembly line suitable for, for example, low-volume production.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a body assembly line for assembling a low-volume vehicle body, the main frame and small parts of the body are placed on a hand cart, hand hanger, hand pallet, etc., and transported along the laid transport rail. For example, parts and small assemblies are assembled in the order of steps as shown in FIG. 3 with respect to the main frame of the vehicle body transported along the main line.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, on the side of the main line M, there are main parts and auxiliary parts (stays, brackets, clips, hose bands, bolts, nuts, etc.) that are directly attached to the main frame of the vehicle body W. They are stored in individual storage spaces p parallel to the line M in the order of the assembly process, and these are sequentially assembled by an operator in each process.
[0003]
Also, for example, a small assembly such as a door, roof lining, bumper, instrument panel, window glass, tire, seat, etc. is a component that is directly attached to the vehicle body W after being assembled in a small assembly line S different from the main line M. As one, it is supplied to the storage space p at the assembly order position.
At this time, also in the small assembly line S, individual storage spaces q for storing small assembly components are provided in the order of the processes on the side of the line S, and are assembled by the workers in the respective processes.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of small-volume production as described above, since one worker attaches many parts to the vehicle body W or small assembly, the path for picking up and assembling the parts is complicated and walking. There was a problem that the number of times and walking distance increased and a heavy burden was placed on the worker.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to reduce the burden on an operator as an assembly line particularly suitable for low-volume production vehicle body assembly.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a main line for transporting a vehicle body, and a plurality of assemblies that are arranged side by side on the side of the main line and that are assembled into a small assembly in which the vehicle body assembly parts are aggregated for one function or a plurality of functions. In a car body assembly line that has a small assembly line, and the small assembly parts assembled in each small assembly line are sequentially assembled to the vehicle body, the two assembly areas arranged in the direction orthogonal to the main line are moved as a small assembly line. Thus, a small assembly can be assembled, and an area sandwiched between two rows of component areas is a small assembly area.
[0007]
In this way, if a small assembly is assembled by moving around the two rows of parts areas orthogonal to the main line, and the small assembly is transported to the main line and assembled to the vehicle body, the worker's walking route and the like are wasted. The number of walks and walking distances can be reduced and work load can be reduced. For example, one small assembly line is assigned to one worker, and a series of operations from the small assembly to the vehicle body is consistently performed. By letting it work alone and guaranteeing the function, it is possible to make the worker feel worthwhile and to be activated.
Here, as the parts area, for example, a bucket, a carriage or the like is preferably arranged as an article mounting portion.
[0008]
In the present invention, the assembly of the small assembly in the small assembly area is performed while the carriage is moved around.
[0009]
In this way, if the small assembly is performed using the carriage, the assembly work can be performed efficiently.
Here, as the cart, for example, a multi-function cart provided with a work tool, a tightening part, and the like is suitable.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Here, FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of a vehicle body assembly line according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a structural diagram of a multifunction cart used in a small assembly line, and FIG. 3 is a process diagram illustrating an example of an assembly sequence of vehicle bodies.
[0011]
The vehicle body assembly line according to the present invention is configured as an assembly line particularly suitable for low-volume vehicle body assembly, and is designed so as to reduce the burden on the operator.
[0012]
That is, as shown in FIG. 1, on the side of the main line M that conveys the vehicle body W, there is a small assembly line S for attaching small assemblies in the order of processes as shown in FIG. 3 from the upstream side of the main line M. The small assemblies that are sequentially arranged toward the downstream side and assembled in each small assembly line S are attached to the vehicle body W.
[0013]
The small assembly line S includes a small assembly area r disposed on the side of the main line M, and two rows of component areas b disposed on both sides in the front-rear direction across the small assembly area r. In the area b, for example, buckets or carts are used as article mounting portions and extend in a direction orthogonal to the main line M, and the operator operates the hand-operated multifunction cart 1 to define two rows of component areas b. The small assembly can be assembled while traveling around, and when the small assembly is assembled, it is attached to the vehicle body W.
[0014]
Further, adjacent to the outside of each component area b, a distribution area y is provided in a direction orthogonal to the main line M. The distribution area y leads to a passage T parallel to the main line M. Then, parts for a small assembly are supplied to the parts area b through the passage T and the distribution area y.
[0015]
An example of the multifunction cart 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
The multi-function cart 1 is configured as a cart suitable for a HAC (air conditioner) piping sub-assembly, and is disposed in a sub-assembly area r in which the HAC piping sub-assembly is assembled.

A specific example of the HAC piping subassembly using the carriage 1 as described above will be described.
First, in the HAC piping subassembly area r, the worker moves the multi-function cart 1 in the manner shown by the arrow in FIG. 1, receives the condenser from the parts area b onto the upper plate 4, and then discharges the condenser-related parts. Receive the hose from parts area b and bolt it to the condenser. Next, after tightening the condenser pipe and checking the tightening guarantee, the condenser body is further tightened, and finally the confirmation for guaranteeing the function of the condenser subassembly is performed.
[0022]
Here, when each component is assembled, it is tightened using a screwdriver, a spanner, an electric tool or the like placed on the carriage 1 and charged using the
[0023]
Next, the carriage 1 is moved, and the suction hose is received on the upper plate 4 from the parts area b, and then the suction pipe clip, which is a suction hose related part, is received from the parts area b and attached to the suction hose. Next, the suction pipe assembly bracket is received from the part area b and attached to the suction hose. Then, the function guarantee of the suction hose subassembly is confirmed, and the finished product of the suction hose is suspended and supported by the suction
[0024]
Next, the carriage 1 is moved, the first receiver pipe is received on the upper plate 4 from the parts area b, and then the receiver tank is received on the upper plate 4 and assembled together. Then, after checking the tightening guarantee on the first receiver pipe, the function guarantee of the receiver tank subassembly is confirmed, and the finished product of the receiver tank subassembly is placed on the lower plate 6.
[0025]
Next, the carriage 1 is moved to receive the radiator from the parts area b on the upper plate 4, and then the radiator mount bracket is received from the parts area b and assembled to the radiator. Next, the radiator fan coupler is taken out from the parts area b and connected to the radiator. Then, after guaranteeing the function of the connection, the function guarantee of the radiator sub-assembly is confirmed, and the finished product of the radiator sub-assembly is placed on the
[0026]
Next, the carriage 1 is moved to receive the water valve assembly hose from the parts area b on the upper plate 4, and then the inlet pipe is received from the parts area b and attached to the water valve assembly hose. Next, the outlet hose is taken out from the parts area b and attached to the water valve assembly hose. After confirming the function guarantee of the water valve assembly hose assembly, the finished product of the water valve assembly hose assembly is placed on the water
[0027]
Next, the ABS baffle plate, radiator air guide plate, actuator assembly, air guide plate, and expansion baffle plate are placed on the
Then, the second receiver pipe is placed on the
[0028]
This completes the transfer of the small-part parts and single-part parts relating to all HAC pipes to the carriage 1. In addition, when each component or the like is placed on the carriage 1, the specification is confirmed by the
[0029]
In this way, the trolley 1 on which all the small parts and single parts are mounted is transported to the vicinity of the vehicle body W of the main line M, and the small parts and single parts related to the HAC piping are assembled to the vehicle body W. The
When each small assembly part or single part part is attached to the vehicle body W, the tightening guarantee at the time of attachment is checked each time.
The form of the carriage 1 described above is a form suitable for a small group of HAC pipes, but the form of the carriage of the other small group area r is a form suitable for the small set.
[0030]
According to the procedure described above, assembly and specification confirmation are performed in each small assembly area r according to the order of processes as shown in FIG. 3. Can be moved to the mounting position of the vehicle body W as it is, so that the operator's operation is not wasted and work can be performed efficiently.
In addition, since the parts are supplied to each part area b through the distribution area y orthogonal to the main line M, the parts can be smoothly supplied without any complication of the parts conveying cart.
By the way, in principle, in each small assembly area r, one worker is made to consistently perform a series of operations from assembly of the small assembly to attachment to the vehicle body W, thereby making the worker feel worthy. Can be activated.
[0031]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. What has substantially the same configuration as the matters described in the claims of the present invention and exhibits the same operational effects belongs to the technical scope of the present invention.
For example, the small assembly line S may be arranged on both sides of the main line M.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the vehicle body assembly line according to the present invention moves between two rows of parts areas arranged in a direction orthogonal to the main line in a plurality of small assembly lines arranged side by side on the main line that conveys the vehicle body. Since it was possible to assemble a small assembly by patrol, and the area sandwiched between two rows of parts areas was used as a small assembly area, there was no waste in the operation of the operator, and the number of walks and walking distances could be reduced. Work burden can be reduced.
In addition, one worker is in charge of one small assembly line, and a series of work from the small assembly to the car body is consistently performed by one worker to guarantee the function, and it feels worthwhile for the worker. Can be activated.
Further, when assembling the small assembly in the small assembly area, the assembly work can be efficiently performed by performing the movement while the carriage is moving around.
