Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solid cosmetic container that holds a solid cosmetic that has a convex shape and is formed into a multicolored spiral pattern.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a method for producing a convex multicolored swirl-shaped solid cosmetic, a rod-shaped cosmetic molding die having a concave portion and a nozzle above the molding die are relatively rotated to dissolve the multicolored solid cosmetic in a dissolved state. There is known a method for obtaining a bar-shaped cosmetic material formed into a multicolor spiral pattern by pouring into a mold through a nozzle, solidifying, and releasing (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-65806 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This multicolor spiral pattern stick-shaped cosmetic is attached by being fitted into a solid cosmetic container, but there is a possibility that the solid cosmetic is detached from the container when an impact such as dropping is applied.
[0005]
In particular, a solid multicolored swirl pattern having a large outer diameter and a solid multicolored swirl pattern having a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap shape formed using a dome-shaped mold. Like cosmetics, when the volume of solid cosmetics becomes large, a possibility that solid cosmetics may detach | leave from a container by impacts, such as dropping, will increase further.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and prevents the convex multicolored swirl-shaped solid cosmetic from being detached from the container due to impact such as dropping. An object of the present invention is to provide a solid cosmetic container in which the multicolored spiral pattern of the convex solid cosmetic is kept clean up to the consumption limit.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The solid cosmetic container according to the present invention is formed by relatively rotating a mold having a recess and a nozzle above the mold, pouring the multicolor solid cosmetic into the mold through the nozzle in a dissolved state, and solidifying and releasing the mold. A solid cosmetic container in which a container body holds a convex multicolored spiral solid cosmetic material, the container body having a cylindrical shape, concentrically disposed on the inside thereof, and each upper surface Is provided with a plurality of annular holders that are spaced apart in the radial direction, and when the solid cosmetic material in a dissolved state is poured, it is inverted and placed on the mold with its upper part facing down and its lower part facing up. The annular holder is subjected to rotation, is poured through an opening surrounded by the innermost annular holder and is covered with a dissolved solid cosmetic filled in the container body to be completely submerged. By solidification and release of solid cosmetics in state Is characterized by holding a solid cosmetic convex multicolored spiral pattern is shape.
[0008]
According to such a solid cosmetic container, the container body including a plurality of annular holders that are cylindrical and disposed concentrically on the inside thereof is inverted with respect to the mold including the recess. The upper part is placed on the lower part and the lower part is placed on the upper part. The nozzle above the mold and the mold are rotated relative to each other. At this time, the multicolored solid cosmetic is dissolved from the nozzle to the innermost side of the container body. It is poured through the opening surrounded by the annular holder and filled into the container body to cover the annular holder, and the solid solid in a convex multicolor spiral pattern is solidified according to the solidification and release of this dissolved solid cosmetic. The cosmetic is molded and held on the annular holder. In this way, the plurality of annular holders arranged concentrically does not interfere with the formation of the spiral pattern swirling in the circumferential direction by relative rotation, and the annular holder is close to the consumption limit of solid cosmetics. While preventing the spiral pattern from collapsing in the vicinity of the body, the solid cosmetic is firmly held by the annular holder so as to sandwich the plurality of annular holders.
[0009]
The container body extends radially from the innermost annular holder and is connected to the inner peripheral surface of the container body to support the annular holder, and its upper part is on the lower side from the upper part of the annular holder. A plurality of radial holders positioned, and these radial holders are covered with a dissolved solid cosmetic material, and are formed by solidification and release of the dissolved solid cosmetic material. The structure which hold | maintains the solid cosmetics of a multicolor spiral pattern is preferable.
[0010]
When such a configuration is adopted, since the upper part of the radial holder is located on the lower side from the upper part of the annular holder, the radial holder is close to the consumption limit of the solid cosmetic. The solid cosmetic is further firmly held so as to sandwich a plurality of radial holders without causing the spiral pattern to collapse in the vicinity of the body.
[0011]
Here, when the convex multicolored swirl-shaped solid cosmetic material has a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap shape, the volume of the solid cosmetic material having the substantially hemispherical shape or the substantially spherical cap shape. Is larger than a rod-shaped cosmetic material and the like, and the solid cosmetic material is easily detached from the container by an impact such as dropping, so that the use of the holding body is particularly effective.
[0012]
Moreover, it is preferable that the outer annular | circular shaped holding body is made high by the upper part side between adjacent annular holding bodies.
[0013]
When such a configuration is adopted, the solid cosmetic material in a dissolved state circulates evenly and satisfactorily from the inner annular holder to the outer annular holder in accordance with the relative rotation.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a solid cosmetic container according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. [0021]
Here, particularly in the present embodiment, the solid cosmetic material 2 having a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap shape is configured in a multicolor (two colors in the figure) spiral pattern as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the holder 3 d of the container body 3 that holds the solid cosmetic 2 having a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap-like multicolored spiral pattern is provided with an annular holding body 3 e. And a radial holder 3f.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, the annular holder 3 e has a rectangular cross section, and a plurality (three in the figure) are arranged concentrically as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the adjacent annular holders 3e and 3e are arranged such that the outer annular holder is raised upward, specifically, the upper surface 3e1 of the innermost annular holder 3e. The upper surface 3e2 of the inner annular holder 3e is higher than the upper surface 3e2 of the outer annular holder 3e, and the upper surface 3e3 of the outermost annular holder 3e is higher than These upper surfaces 3e1, 3e2, and 3e3 are configured to be inclined surfaces that are inclined at substantially the same angle and that the upper surfaces are separated from each other. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 6, the opening 3 g surrounded by the innermost annular holder 3 e having the upper surface 3 e 1 is set as a filling port into which a dissolved solid cosmetic material described later is poured. ing.
[0023]
The radial holders 3f are connected to an innermost annular holder 3e having an upper surface 3e1, and a plurality (eight in the figure) extend radially from the innermost annular holder 3e. Connected to the surface. These radial holders 3f are connected to the annular holder 3e so that the upper part thereof is located on the lower side of the upper part of the annular holder 3e, and the container holder 3 supports the annular holder 3e. Yes.
[0024]
And the holding body 3d provided with these annular | circular shaped and radial holding bodies 3e and 3f is set as the structure covered with the solid cosmetics 2, and hold | maintains the said solid cosmetics 2, as shown in FIG. ing.
[0025]
Next, with reference to FIG. 7, the production of the solid cosmetic 2 with a multicolor spiral pattern having a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap shape that is held by the holding body 3 d of the container body 3 will be described.
[0026]
First, a manufacturing machine including a rotating body 7 and a filling nozzle 8 that discharges a dissolved solid cosmetic material above the rotating body 7 is prepared. In this embodiment, the filling nozzle 8 is provided with two-color filling nozzles 8a and 8b in order to form a two-color swirl pattern. A filling nozzle corresponding to the number of colors will be installed.
[0027]
Next, the container body 3 is fitted upside down in a red mold (molding mold) 6 having a dome-shaped recess 6 a, and the red mold 6 is set so as not to rotate with respect to the rotating body 7. The red mold 6 is made of, for example, aluminum, resin, rubber, or the like.
[0028]
Next, the red mold 6 and the container body 3 are rotated by rotating the rotating body 7. When the predetermined rotation is reached, the differently colored solid cosmetics 9a and 9b in the heat-dissolved state are almost simultaneously supplied from the filling nozzles 8a and 8b. Pour through the opening 3 g of the container body 3.
[0029]
Then, while the multicolored spiral pattern is formed according to the rotation of the red mold 6, the dissolved solid cosmetic is filled in the molding space 10 defined between the red mold 7 and the container body 3.
[0030]
In the filling of the dissolved solid cosmetic, the dissolved solid cosmetic reaches the annular holder 3e, but each of the annular holders 3e is arranged in a concentric manner in an annular shape, The formation of the swirl pattern of the dissolved solid cosmetic that swirls in the circumferential direction is not disturbed, and the swirl pattern does not collapse. At this time, the outer annular holder is raised to the upper side (lower side in FIG. 7), and in addition, the upper surfaces (lower surfaces in FIG. 7) 3e1, 3e2, 3e3 of the annular holder 3e are substantially the same. Since the inclined surfaces are inclined at an angle and the upper surfaces are separated from each other, the dissolved solid cosmetic is evenly and well distributed from the inner annular holder to the outer annular holder as the red mold 6 rotates. The spiral pattern is formed well.
[0031]
The dissolved solid cosmetic wound around the vortex is further filled, and when the dissolved solid cosmetic reaches the radial holding body 3f located on the lower side (upper side in FIG. 7) than the annular holding body 3e, Since the radial holder 3f intersects the direction of formation of the spiral pattern, the formation of the spiral pattern is disturbed to cause a collapse, but the spiral pattern on the upper side (lower side in FIG. 7) of the annular holder 3e. Thereafter, without causing collapse, the dissolved solid cosmetic is filled until it covers the holding body 3d.
[0032]
When the rotation of the rotating body 7 is stopped and the dissolved solid cosmetic is solidified, the rotating body 7 is released from the red mold 6, thereby forming a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap shape held by the holding body 3 d of the container body 3. The solid cosmetic 2 having a multicolor spiral pattern is obtained.
[0033]
The solid cosmetic 2 obtained in this way is a cosmetic containing a lot of powder, and is powdery in terms of usability. According to the experiments by the present inventors, in order to form a beautiful spiral pattern using two to three colors, the filling temperature is 80 to 100 ° C. and the filling viscosity is 500 to 3000 mpa · s. Desirably, in order to form the spiral pattern particularly beautifully, it is particularly desirable that the ratio of the powder constituting the cosmetic, the oil, and the wax is 3: 7 to 5: 5.
[0034]
And if the container main body 3 holding such a solid cosmetic 2 is obtained, the upper lid 4 is extrapolated to the upper part of the container main body 3 from the open end side, and the upper lid 4 and the container main body 3 are relatively rotated, By screwing the female screw 4c of the upper lid 4 and the male screw 3c of the container body 3, the upper lid 4 is detachably attached to the container body 3, and then the bottom lid 5 is opened from the open end side to the upper lid. 4 is inserted into the lower part of the container body 3 to which the rim 4 is attached, and the protrusion 3b of the container body 3 is inserted into the knurl 5b of the bottom cover 5, and the annular groove 5a of the bottom cover 5 and the annular protrusion 3a By engaging the bottom lid 5, the bottom lid 5 is fixed to the container body 3, and the solid cosmetic container 1 shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.
[0035]
According to the solid cosmetic container 1 having such a configuration, the multicolor swirl-shaped solid cosmetic 2 having a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap shape has the circular shape so as to sandwich the plurality of annular holding bodies 3e. Since it is firmly held by the annular holder 3e, the solid cosmetic 2 is prevented from being detached from the container body 3 due to an impact such as dropping.
[0036]
In addition, since the solid cosmetic 2 is firmly held by the radial holder 3f so as to sandwich the plurality of radial holders 3f, the solid cosmetic 2 is further prevented from being detached from the container body 3. .
[0037]
Next, when applying the solid cosmetic 2 using such a solid cosmetic container 1, first, the upper lid 4 and the bottom lid 5 are gripped, and the upper lid 4 and the bottom lid 5 are rotated relative to each other while the upper lid 4 and the bottom lid 5 are relatively rotated. The female screw 4c and the male screw 3c of the container body 3 are disengaged from each other, and the upper lid 4 is removed from the container body 3 so as to be in the state shown in FIG. What is necessary is just to apply | coat the solid cosmetics 2 which protrude in a body shape.
[0038]
According to this application, the solid cosmetic 2 is consumed and reaches the vicinity of the annular holder 3e close to the consumption limit. As described above, the spiral pattern collapses in the vicinity of the annular holder 3e close to the consumption limit. Since it does not occur, the multicolor swirl pattern of the solid cosmetic 2 is kept clean up to the consumption limit, and the aesthetic appearance is improved.
[0039]
The annular groove 5a of the bottom lid 5 and the annular protrusion 3a of the container body 3 may be engaged so as to be removable (detachable). With this configuration, when it is necessary to replace the solid cosmetic 2 due to consumption up to the consumption limit of the solid cosmetic 2, the upper lid 4 is rotated relative to the container body 3 to release the screwing. Then, the upper lid 4 can be removed, the bottom lid 5 can be removed, the engagement can be released, the bottom lid 5 can be removed, and replaced with a replacement container body 3 that holds the new solid cosmetic 2. is there.
[0040]
Incidentally, when the solid cosmetic container described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-61742 is molded and held in a solid color container having a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap shape, it is filled in the center. The mouth is opened, and a plurality of slits extending radially from the filling port and a container body (inner dish) having a thin portion formed between the slits are inverted and fitted into a dome-shaped red mold from above. While relatively rotating the colored filling nozzle disposed above the red mold and the red mold, the red mold and the red mold are passed through the filling port of the container body through the colored filling nozzle in a state where the multicolored solid cosmetic is melted with heat. By pouring into the molding space defined between the container body and the slit and thin part of the container body is covered, the rotation of the red mold is stopped, the dissolved cosmetic is solidified, and the red mold is released, Almost hemispherical Forms a substantially spherical cap-shaped multicolored swirl-shaped solid cosmetic and holds the solid cosmetic sandwiching the thin portion of the container body. In such a solid cosmetic container, When forming a multicolored spiral pattern having a body shape or a substantially spherical cap shape, the slit and the thin part cross the direction of the spiral pattern and disturb and disturb the formation of the spiral pattern. The swirl pattern of the solid cosmetic collapses in the vicinity, and therefore, when the solid cosmetic is consumed to the vicinity of the slit and the thin-walled portion, there is a problem that this broken swirl pattern is exposed and the appearance is poor, and the holding power for the solid cosmetic However, there is a possibility that the solid cosmetic may be detached from an impact such as dropping.
[0041]
The present invention has been specifically described above based on the embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, a shock such as a drop is particularly effective. Is applied to the solid cosmetic 2 having a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially spherical cap-like multicolored spiral pattern, which is highly likely to be detached, but also to a bar-shaped cosmetic or the like formed in a multicolored spiral pattern. Further, it is a flat solid cosmetic material having a convex portion as a pattern shape on the upper surface, and the solid portion is formed by forming both the convex portion and the flat plate portion into a continuous multicolor spiral pattern. It can also be applied to cosmetics. In this case, the red mold is configured to have a cavity (molding space) corresponding to the convex portion as the pattern shape.
[0042]
In the above embodiment, the red mold 6 in which the container main body 3 is fitted is rotated. However, the filling nozzle 8 may be rotated. In short, the red mold 6 and the filling nozzle 8 As long as the structure rotates relative to each other.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
The solid cosmetic container according to the present invention comprises a container body having a cylindrical shape and a plurality of annular holders arranged concentrically on the inside thereof, and a multicolor solid in a dissolved state from an upper nozzle. When the cosmetic is poured, it is placed upside down and placed on a mold having a recess and is subjected to relative rotation between the mold and the nozzle, and the annular holder is surrounded by the innermost annular holder A solid cosmetic with a convex multicolor swirl pattern formed by solidification and release of the solid cosmetic material in a dissolved state poured into the container body and filled with the dissolved solid cosmetic material filled in the container body It is configured to hold the fee. For this reason, a plurality of annular holders arranged concentrically does not interfere with the formation of a spiral pattern that spirals in the circumferential direction by the relative rotation, and the annular holder is close to the consumption limit of solid cosmetics. The collapse of the spiral pattern in the vicinity of the body is prevented, the multicolor spiral pattern of the solid cosmetic can be maintained cleanly to the consumption limit, and the solid cosmetic sandwiches a plurality of annular holding bodies. It is possible to prevent the solid cosmetic from being detached from the container main body due to an impact such as dropping by being firmly held by the annular holder.
