Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automotive power steering fluid composition.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, mounting of power steering on passenger cars has become common sense. On the other hand, power steering fluid (hereinafter sometimes abbreviated as PSF) is used at a maximum pressure of 140 kg / cm 2 and a maximum oil temperature of 150 ° C because of the demand for higher performance and lighter passenger cars. Often used. In addition, hydraulic pumps are becoming smaller and faster due to the demand for weight reduction, and aluminum alloys are beginning to be used. In addition to steel and copper alloys, which are metal materials used so far, lubrication characteristics for aluminum alloys are required. It has come to be said. Until now, automatic transmission fluid (hereinafter abbreviated as ATF) has been used for PSF, but ATF mainly maintains the friction characteristics of wet friction agents and gears for reduction gears in order to reduce shock during shifting. Maintenance of properties and compatibility with rubber sealants are required. In contrast, recent PSFs not only have high-temperature oxidation stability, but also use a rubber hose as part of the high-temperature and high-pressure power steering circuit. High-speed seizure resistance, lubricity against aluminum alloys, and prevention of metal corrosion have been demanded, and PSF dedicated oils have begun to be demanded.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention was made from the above viewpoint, prevents deterioration of a rubber hose exposed to high temperature and high pressure, prevents seizure of a small, high-speed rotating hydraulic pump, and has excellent lubricity with respect to an aluminum alloy. An object of the present invention is to provide a power steering fluid composition having excellent corrosion resistance to a copper alloy.
[0004]
