これまで、本願発明者らは、大面積の柔らかい人工皮膚を実現するために、電気配線が不要な触覚素子を利用する技術と、そのための触覚素子の開発を行ってきた(例えば、特開平11−245190号公報参照)。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について詳細に説明する。
