【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の携帯無線機の防水防塵構造は、前述したようにアンテナ収容部2及びスイッチ等の操作部3の取付における部品点数が多く、構造が複雑であるため、組立,製作に多大な時間を必要とし、かつ部品点数の多さから品質の低下を招いていた。
本発明は、アンテナ収容部、スイッチ等の操作部及び2体構成のケース相互間の防水防塵を、一体成形されたパッキンを用いて行うことにより、部品点数を削減して組立を容易にすると共に、防水防塵機能を向上せしめ、当該機器の信頼性を高めたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明による携帯無線機の構造は、2体構造のケースの内部から外部に引き出されるアンテナを収容するアンテナ収容部と、前記ケース内部に設けられたスイッチ等を外側から操作し得るように前記ケースの切欠部に形成された操作部を備えると共に、前記両ケース間にパッキンを設けて防水防塵構造とした携帯無線機において、前記アンテナ収容部を下部に鍔部が設けられた高さ方向に長いドーム状の突起部として形成されると共に、該突起部は前記ケースの内側から外面に突出するように設けられたアンテナ収容部として構成し、前記操作部を前記ケースの切欠部の内周面に形成された凹凸部に嵌合するように該操作部の外周面に凸凹部が形成された操作部として構成し、前記パッキンを前記2体構造の両ケースのつき合される対向面に形成された凹凸部に嵌合するように該パッキンの両側面に凸凹部が形状されたパッキンとして構成し、前記アンテナ収容部、前記操作部及び前記パッキンを弾性変形する材料により環状に一体成形してパッキング部材を構成し、この環状をなすパッキング部材の前記アンテナ収容部、前記操作部及び前記パッキンがいずれも前記両ケース間に嵌着されて、これにより両ケース間の前記アンテナ収容部、前記操作部及びケース間のその他の部位を密閉構造に設定することを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】

【発明の効果】
以上詳細に説明したように、従来のケースが2体構造の携帯無線機は、多くの部品点数で構成されると共に複雑な構造であるため、組立,製作に多大な時間を必要とし、かつ部品点数の多さから品質の低下を招いていたが、本発明によるケースが2体構造の携帯無線機においては、アンテナ収容部、スイッチ等の操作部及び2体構成のケース相互間に設けられる防水防塵用のパッキンを、一体成形によるパッキン部材としたことにより、大幅に部品点数を削減することができ、組立を容易にすると共に、防水防塵機能を向上せしめ、かつ当該無線機の信頼性を高めることができたものである。

2体構造のケースの内部から外部に引き出されるアンテナを収容するアンテナ収容部と、前記ケース内部に設けられたスイッチ等を外側から操作し得るように前記ケースの切欠部に形成された操作部を備えると共に、前記両ケース間にパッキンを設けて防水防塵構造とした携帯無線機において、
前記アンテナ収容部を下部に鍔部が設けられた高さ方向に長いドーム状の突起部として形成されると共に、該突起部は前記ケースの内側から外面に突出するように設けられたアンテナ収容部として構成し、
前記操作部を前記ケースの切欠部の内周面に形成された凹凸部に嵌合するように該操作部の外周面に凸凹部が形成された操作部として構成し、
前記パッキンを前記2体構造の両ケースのつき合される対向面に形成された凹凸部に嵌合するように該パッキンの両側面に凸凹部が形状されたパッキンとして構成し、
前記アンテナ収容部、前記操作部及び前記パッキンを弾性変形する材料により環状に一体成形してパッキング部材を構成し、この環状をなすパッキング部材の前記アンテナ収容部、前記操作部及び前記パッキンがいずれも前記両ケース間に嵌着されて、これにより両ケース間の前記アンテナ収容部、前記操作部及びケース間のその他の部位を密閉構造に設定することを特徴とする携帯無線機の構造。
