【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パネルの取付構造及びそれを用いた組立式カウンター装置に係わり、更に詳しくは各部品を設置現場にてノックダウン方式で組立てることが可能な組立式カウンター装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、各部品を設置現場にてノックダウン方式で組立てることが可能な組立式カウンター装置は各種提供されている。例えば、特許文献1には、支柱の下端に脚杆、同上端に天板の支持杆をそれぞれ一体固着した一対のコ字型の枠体と、支柱の前方垂直部同士連結する上、下二枚の継板と、該継板に上方から係合する垂直片を有する二つの取付板を継板間の間隔をあけて裏面の上下に平行に固着した複数のフロントパネルと、支柱の後方垂直部同士を連結すると同時にフロントパネル裏面を隠蔽する上、下複数のリアパネルと、枠体の支持杆に載置され、同支持杆に固着される天板とから成るカウンターテーブル構成体が記載されている。

しかし、この特許文献1に記載のものは、フロントパネルを、その裏面に取付けた上下の取付板を支柱間に設けた上下の継板に係合させて取付けるが、枠体と継板、枠体とエンドパネル、枠体と天板等、殆どの構成部品がネジ止めによって連結されており、ネジ止め箇所が多数あって組立に手間を要し、更にフロントパネルは単に継板に係止されているだけであるので、ガタついたり、簡単に外れてしまう恐れがある。

また、特許文献2には、ベースと、巾木と、本体と、天板とから組立てる店舗用カウンターが記載され、本体は左右の側板の下縁間を下横桟により、上縁間を上横桟によりそれぞれ剛結し、側板の前縁近傍部間にインナーパネルを固設した構造が記載されている。そして、前記本体の両側板の前端間に、フロントパネルを着脱可能に装着すべく、該フロントパネルの下端部には、前記インナーパネルの下屈曲片に回動可能に係合する係合片を設けるとともに、上端部側に、前記側板の前端面に設けた係合孔に係合させる爪を突設した構造を採用している。

しかし、この特許文献2には、本体そのものの組立構造は開示されてなく、また側方へ連設する場合には、本体を構成する側板同士をボルト連結する構造であるので、見えない部分に多数の側板が存在し、コスト高となる。更に、フロントパネルは、天板との間に間隔を設けて装着しているので、フロントパネルが不意に持ち上がると簡単に外れることになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が前述の状況に鑑み、解決しようとするところは、パネルをフレーム組体に簡単且つ強固に取付けることができるパネルの取付構造と、必要最小限の部品を用い、大部分の連結部を嵌合構造にて連結し、ネジ止め箇所を最小限に止めるにも係らず必要な強度を備え、組立工数、時間を大幅に短縮し、コスト削減化を図ることができる組立式カウンター装置を提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前述の課題解決のために、両側に間隔をおいて立設した両縦部材の上下間に横部材を連結してフレーム組体を形成し、両縦部材間に嵌合する横幅と上下横部材間に渡る高さを有したパネルの下端部裏面に、前記下横部材に上方から係止する係止片を突設するとともに、前記パネルの上端部裏面に、前記上横部材の上端面に載置し且つ該上横部材の内面に係止する断面略L字形の取付片を突設し、適宜取付手段にて取付けた天板と前記上横部材とで前記取付片を挟持してなるパネルの取付構造を構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づき更に詳細に説明する。図1〜図6は、本発明に係る組立式カウンター装置の代表的実施形態を示し、図中符号1は天板、2は脚枠体、3は横桟、4は下連結部材、5はフロントパネル、6はサイドパネル、7は棚板をそれぞれ示している。

本発明に係る組立式カウンター装置は、両脚枠体2,2の上端前後部に一対の横桟3,3を嵌合係止して連結するとともに、両脚枠体2,2の下端前部に下連結部材4を嵌合係止して連結し、両脚枠体2の前端間で前方の横桟3と下連結部材4とにフロントパネルを係止し、また各脚枠体2の上下横杆にサイドパネル6を係止し、その状態で前後横桟3,3に天板1を載置し且つ下方より該横桟3,3を貫通させてネジ止めし、更に両脚枠体間に棚板7を係止して組立てるのである。即ち、ネジ止め箇所は、前記横桟3,3に天板1を連結する部分のみとなり、その他の連結部は嵌合構造であるので、組立工数及び時間が大幅に短縮される。

以下、各部の詳細を更に説明する。前記天板1は、内部構造や素材に限定は不要であるが、下面に前記横桟3,3にネジ止めするための螺孔を、オニメナット等を埋設する等して設けてある。但し、後述する理由によって、天板1の取付位置を前後方向に変更できるように螺孔は2群設けている。

前記脚枠体2は、角パイプ状の前後両縦杆8,8の上下間に、同じく角パイプ状の横杆9,9を固着したフレーム組体である。そして、前記脚枠体2の内面側で両縦杆8,8の上端部に縦長の係止孔10,10を形成するとともに、両縦杆8,8の下端部に縦長の係止孔11,11を形成している。また、両縦杆8,8の内面側には、上下方向に所定間隔毎に前記棚板7を支持するための棚受具12を係止する横長の係止孔13,…を形成している。更に、両縦杆8,8の下端には、高さ調節するためのアジャスター14を設けている。ここで、前記左右両側に配置する脚枠体2,2は、本実施形態では前後対称な構造にしているため、全く同一の構造を有し、他方を180度反転させれば良いようにしている。尚、図1及び図2に示したものは、単独のカウンターを構成する場合の脚枠体2であるが、該脚枠体2の外側面に新たな横桟3,3と下連結部材4を連結して、該脚枠体2を介して次々に側方へ連設していく場合には、当該中間に位置する脚枠体2は、横幅が端部の脚枠体2の略2倍に設定するとともに、両面に前記係止孔10,10と、係止孔11,11と、係止孔13,…等の必要な構造を形成したものとなる。

前記横桟3は、スチール製の長尺部材であり、上面に前記天板1を載置する水平な載置板15と、それから垂下した断面略L字形の補強板16とからなり、該補強板16の端部に前記脚枠体2の係止孔10に嵌合係止するフック17をそれぞれ形成している。更に、前記横桟の両端に設けたフック17の基部に、前記脚枠体2の係止孔10に嵌入して上方移動を規制する突部18を形成している。ここで、前後の横桟3,3は、本実施形態では同一構造であり、前後反転して用いる。

前記下連結部材4は、スチール製の長尺部材で巾木を兼ねており、基板19の上縁を内方へ屈曲して受板20を形成し、該受板20は下方へV字状に屈曲した形状であり、前記基板19の端部には前記前記脚枠体2の係止孔11,11に嵌合係止するフック21,21をそれぞれ形成している。尚、前記下連結部材4の基板19の上縁は、前述のフロントパネル5を係止するための係止縁22となっており、また前記受板20のV字溝には、コード類を受けることができ、更に適所に形成した開口23から下方へコード類を挿通して配線できるようにしている。

前記フロントパネル5は、両脚枠体2,2の前方縦杆8,8間に嵌合する横幅と、前方の横桟3と下連結部材4間に渡る高さを有し、下端部裏面に、前記下連結部材4の係止縁22に上方から係止する係止片24を突設するとともに、上端部裏面に、前記横桟3の上端面に載置し且つ該横桟3の内面に係止する断面略L字形の取付片25を突設したものである。前記係止片24の先端部は、前記前記下連結部材4のV字溝の傾斜と一致させて下向き傾斜片24Aとなっており、また取付片25は前記横桟3の載置板15に載置する支持片25Aとその先端に垂下した規制片25Bとからなっている。

また、前記サイドパネル6は、前記脚枠体2の両縦杆8,8間に嵌合する横幅と上下横杆9,9間に渡る高さを有し、下端部裏面に、下方の横杆9に上方から係止する係止片29を突設するとともに、上端部裏面に、上方の横杆9の上端面に載置し且つ該横杆9の内面に係止する断面略L字形の取付片30を突設し、前記天板1を横桟3,3にネジ止めすることによって該天板1と前記脚枠体2の上方の横杆9とで前記取付片30を挟持する。ここで、前記係止片29と取付片30は、前記フロントパネル5の取付片25と同様な形状であり、それぞれ対応する横杆9に載置する支持片29A,30Aとその先端に垂下した規制片29A,30Bとを有している。また、前記サイドパネル6の両側縁には、直角に当止板31,31を形成し、該当止板31,31を両縦杆8,8の対向面に当止するとともに、必要に応じて該当止板31に通孔32,32を形成するとともに、対応する縦杆8,8に孔33,33を形成し、両通孔32と孔33に合成樹脂製のプッシュリベット34で連結することも好ましい。

そして、本発明に係る組立式カウンター装置を組立てる手順を図3及び図4に基づいて説明する。先ず、前記脚枠体2の係止孔10,10に、前後の横桟3,3のフック17を若干手前を下げて傾斜させた状態でそれぞれ嵌合係止した後、脚枠体2と横桟3を直角にすると、突部18が係止孔10に嵌入し、脚枠体2に対して横桟3の上方移動が規制される(図3(a)参照)。そして、他方の脚枠体2にも同様に両横桟3,3を嵌合係止によって連結する(図3(b)参照)。

次に、両脚枠体2,2の前方の縦杆8,8の下端部に形成した係止孔11,11に、該脚枠体2,2の下端部を若干広げながら下連結部材4の両端のフック21,21をそれぞれ嵌合係止して連結する(図3(b)及び図3(c)参照)。

それから、必要に応じてサイドパネル6の下方の係止片29を脚枠体2の下方の横杆9に係止するとともに、上方の取付片30を当該脚枠体2の上方の横杆9に係止する(図3(c)及び図4(a)参照)。この際、適宜プッシュリベット34でサイドパネル6の当止板31を縦杆8に定着するが、必ずしも必要ではない。また、サイドパネル6は、端部に位置する脚枠体2のみに取付ければ足りるので、複数側方へ連設する場合には、中間に位置する脚枠体2にはサイドパネル6を取付けない。そうすることによって、大幅なコスト低減化が図れる。

同様に、フロントパネル5の下方の係止片24を下連結部材4に係止するとともに、上方の取付片25を前方の横桟3に係止する(図4(b)及び図4(c)参照)。ここで、前記サイドパネル6とフロントパネル5を取付ける順序は逆でも良い。

最後に、前記横桟3,3上に天板1を載置するとともに、下方よりネジ27,…を横桟3の取付孔26,…に挿通し、前方の横桟3にあってはフロントパネル5の取付片25に形成した通孔28にも挿通し、天板1の裏面に設けた図示しない螺孔に螺合して取付ける(図4(c)参照)。この状態で、前記フロントパネル5の取付片25は、天板1と前方の横桟3とで挟持され、同様に前記サイドパネル6の取付片30は、天板1と脚枠体2の上方の横杆9とで挟持されているので、前記フロントパネル5と前記サイドパネル6は、不意に外れることがないばかりでなく、ガタつきなく強固に支持される。また、前記取付片25及び取付片30は、それぞれ前方の横桟3及び脚枠体2の上方の横杆9と一体となり、天板1を支持するので強度が向上する。

そして、必要に応じて両脚枠体2,2の内面側の係止孔13,…に棚受具12,…を取付け、該棚受具12,…にて単又は複数段に棚板7を支持することができる。ここで、最も下方の棚板7は底板として利用することができ、図6に示すように、前記下連結部材4の受板20の上位に棚板7を位置させ、該受板20のV字溝は直接見えないようにすることで、該V字溝に配線したコード類を隠すことができる。

ここで、前記フロントパネル5と前記サイドパネル6を取付ける基本構造は共通しており、広く一般に利用できるパネルの取付構造となっている。つまり、このパネルの取付構造は、両側に間隔をおいて立設した両縦部材(縦杆8,8)の上下間に横部材(横杆9,9又は横桟3と下連結部材4)を連結してフレーム組体を形成し、両縦部材間に嵌合する横幅と上下横部材間に渡る高さを有したパネル(フロントパネル5又はサイドパネル6)の下端部裏面に、前記下横部材に上方から係止する係止片(係止片24,29)を突設するとともに、前記パネルの上端部裏面に、前記上横部材の上端面に載置し且つ該上横部材の内面に係止する断面略L字形の取付片(取付片25,30)を突設し、適宜取付手段にて取付けた天板と前記上横部材とで前記取付片を挟持してなるものである。

次に、図7は、中間の脚枠体2Aを介して次々に横桟3,3や下連結部材4を連結するとともに、フロントパネル5を装着し、天板1をネジ止めして側方に連設する場合の最小限の構成を示したものである。図示したものは、カウンターA,Aを直線状に連設した例である。ここで、前記中間の脚枠体2Aの縦杆8Aの横幅を、端部に位置する脚枠体2の縦杆8の略2倍にすることで、横桟3、下連結部材4、フロントパネル5及び天板1の横寸法を変更することなく利用することができる。前記中間の脚枠体2Aの縦杆8Aの両側面には、前述のように、係止孔10、係止孔11、係止孔13が形成されている。

また、図8及び図9に示したものは、直線状に配したカウンターAのコーナー部に配置するコーナーカウンターBの実施形態である。基本的な構造は、前記同様である。脚枠体2は前述のものと共通であり、両脚枠体2,2を直交状態で配置し、交差部に位置する両縦杆8,8の内面同士をL金具35,35でネジ止め連結する。そのため、脚枠体2の縦杆8の内面側には、下穴36,…を形成しておき、L金具35の通孔を貫通させたタッピンネジを前記下穴36に螺入する。前述のものと異なる部品は、平面視形状が扇形の天板1Aと、平面視形状において両端部が互に直交し、中間部が屈曲して連結した形状の横桟3A、下連結部材4A及びフロントパネル5Aであるが、横桟3A、下連結部材4Aをそれぞれ脚枠体2,2の開いた側の縦杆8,8に嵌合係止する構造は前記同様であり、それぞれフック17及びフック21を両端に形成している。そして、前記フロントパネル5Aの下端部に形成した係止片24(図示せず)を下連結部材4Aに係止するとともに、上端部の取付片25を横桟3Aに係止し、その上に天板1Aを載置して横桟3Aに下方から貫通したネジ27,…で連結する。尚、この場合、前記脚枠体2に前記同様のサイドパネル6をそれぞれ取付けることも可能であるが、該サイドパネル6は端部に位置する脚枠体2にのみ取付ければ良いので、このコーナーカウンターBが端部に位置しない限り、サイドパネル6は不要である。また、コーナーカウンターBを構成する脚枠体2として前述の中間の脚枠体2Aを用いることで、直接他のカウンターAを構成する横桟3、下連結部材4を連結することができ、部品点数を削減してコスト低減化を図ることができる。その他の構成は、前記同様であるので、同一構成には同一符号を付して、その説明は省略する。

最後に、図11は、天板1の高さを嵩上げする構造を示したものである。図示したように、前記脚枠体2を構成する両縦杆8,8は、角パイプで構成しているので、上端に四角穴41が開放されているので、この四角穴41を利用して延長部材42を連結する。前記延長部材42は、前記縦杆8と同一断面形状の延長縦杆43,43の上端間を横杆44で連結するとともに、両延長縦杆43,43に下方へ前記縦杆8,8の四角穴41,41に嵌入する嵌合片45,45を突設したものである。また、前記延長部材42の両延長縦杆43,43の上端部内面側には前記係止孔10と同様な係止孔(図示せず)を形成し、前記同様に横桟3,3のフック17,17をそれぞれ嵌合係止できるようになっている。そして、前記同様に、両側の延長部材42,42間に連結された両横桟3,3に下方より天板1をネジ止めするのである。この場合、前記延長部材42で嵩上げされた部分に延長フロントパネルや延長サイドパネルを装着するようにしても良いが、両脚枠体2,2に連結した横桟3,3を省略し、上下寸法が大きなフロントパネル5とサイドパネル6を用意して、前記延長部材42の横杆44を利用してサイドパネル6を装着し、また両延長部材42,42の延長縦杆43,43間に連結した横桟3を利用してフロントパネル5を装着しても良い。

【発明の効果】
以上にしてなる請求項1又は2に係る発明のパネルの取付構造によれば、両側に間隔をおいて立設した両縦部材の上下間に横部材を連結してフレーム組体に、パネルを簡単に取付けることができ、しかもその後に取付けられた天板と上横部材とで、該上横部材に係止したパネルの取付片を挟持するので、該パネルが不意に外れることがなく、またガタつきなく強固に取付けることができる。
