この発明はスピーカのボイスコイルボビン構造に係わり、特に、ボイスコイルボビンに巻かれたボイスコイルを振動板のネックに挿通させて組み立てるスピーカに好適なボイスコイルボビン構造に関する。

従来のスピーカのボイスコイルボビン構造を図4〜図6により説明する。図5に示すボイスコイルボビン8はストレートの円筒形に形成されており、その上にボイスコイル5が巻かれる。図4によりこのボイスコイルボビン8がスピーカに組み付けられる方法を説明する。

図に示すフレーム9にマグネット10を固着し、フレーム9のダンパー6の外周が接着される位置に接着剤を塗布し、ボイスコイルボビン8にダンパー6を嵌め込んだ状態(接着はしていない)のものをフレーム9の中央に位置決めし、ダンパー6の外周を接着し、次いで、ダンパー6の内周部に接着剤を流し込む。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来のボイスコイルボビン構造では、振動板ネックと接着される部分の外径がボイスコイル5の外径よりボイスコイル5の厚みだけ小さくなる。一方、振動板ネックの内径はボイスコイル5を挿通させるためボイスコイル5の外径より大きくしなければならないので、図6に示すようにボイスコイル5の半径Aに対して振動板ネック7aの半径Bが大きくなり、接着部にクリアランスCが生じる。このクリアランスCは接着剤により埋めることになるが、振動の伝達ロスが発生したり、接着剤が垂れ込む等して製造不良が発生することがあった。

この発明は上記した点に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、ボイスコイルボビンの振動板ネックと接着する部分の外径を大きくすることにより振動板ネックと接着する部分のクリアランスを小さくすることができるスピーカのボイスコイルボビン構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明のスピーカのボイスコイルボビン構造は、コーン形振動板の内側中心軸線上にフレームで支持された磁石が配置され、前記磁石に磁気ギャップを挟むようにヨークが固着され、前記磁気ギャップにボイスコイルが配置されるスピーカに用いられるボイスコイルボビンであって、ボイスコイルの巻かれる部分の外径より振動板のネックに固着される部分の外径が大きくなるように一体成形してボイスコイルボビンを形成し、前記振動板のネックに固着される部分の円筒面とボイスコイルの巻かれる部分の円筒面とをR形状部で接続すると共に、前記R形状部とボイスコイルの巻かれる部分の円筒面との接続部が滑らかに形成されているものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施例であるスピーカのボイスコイルボビン構造を図面に基づいて説明する。図2にこの発明の参考例であるスピーカのボイスコイルボビン構造を示す。図において、円筒部材1にはリング2を密嵌合して接着剤で円筒部材1とリング2とを固着してボイスコイルボビン3が形成される。円筒部材1にボイスコイル5が巻かれるが、リング2の外径をボイスコイル5の外径より大きくしてある。
