BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a greening wall material used for construction of, for example, a soundproof wall of an expressway, an outer wall of a building, or a fence.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, most of the soundproof walls installed on highways and the like are configured by using a metal plate having a slit and a wall material made of a sound absorbing material. For this reason, only the scenery that has been killed is seen in the eyes of the driver on the highway, which is a major factor that exhausts the driver.
[0003]
Therefore, an attempt was made to green the soundproof wall by placing a vine on the surface of the wall material. However, in this method, frequent plant care (for example, cutting) is necessary for maintaining a good roadscape, which requires a great deal of cost.
In view of the current situation, the present inventors have proposed a green wall material as shown in FIG. Here, the structure of the green wall material will be briefly described.
[0004]
The greening wall material shown in FIG. 10 includes a
[0005]
By the way, it was found that there is a point that needs to be improved even for the greening wall material having such excellent characteristics. That is, as described above, the plant that constitutes the greening wall surface material is that of the moss. This is because Mannengusa plants are resistant to drying and automobile exhaust, and have a long service life. On the other hand, the growth rate of Mannengusa plants is extremely slow. As shown in FIG. 11, the greening wall material is manufactured by inserting a
[0006]
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a technique that can be used immediately without growing the plant body after the plant body is arranged on the base body.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-described problem is that a base having a gap inside, an opening connected to the gap formed on an end surface, and a slit formed on the main surface connected to the gap and having an end intersecting the surface of the opening. Body,
A mat member having a water absorption in a reverse Ω-shaped cross section having a flange width larger than the slit width;
Root side is enclosed in said section opposite Ω mat member, the distal end side; and a plant that is provided so as to protrude from the flange surface of the cross-section opposite Ω mat material,
As the cross-sectional reverse Ω mat member positioned inside the main surface flange surface of the cross-section opposite Ω mat material is formed of the slits in the base body is located in the gap of the base body, and, The problem is solved by a greening wall material characterized in that the tip end side of the plant body is provided so as to protrude from the main surface of the base body through a slit of the base body.
[0009]
In addition, in the said greening wall surface material, in order to improve workability | operativity and productivity, it is preferable to set it as the structure formed by arrange | positioning a several plant body by predetermined spacing on one mat material.
Further, examples of the mat material include those having a cross-section having an inverted Ω shape. That is, it is possible to use a sheet material such as a non-woven fabric that is deformed into an inverted Ω shape, and the opening side is joined at a predetermined interval using stitching or adhesive. In this case, the plant body is provided between the joint points so that the root side is encased in a mat material having an inverted Ω shape.
