従来よりこの種のものに於いては、例えば特公昭51−43701号公報に開示されている如く、安価な深夜電力を利用して貯湯した温水を、冬季には暖房としても使用することで利用範囲を広げようとするものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところでこの従来のものでは、補助ヒ−タを備えたとしても暖房能力には限界が有り、暖房の進行によって貯湯タンク内の温水温度が低下してしまえば、暖房を継続出来ないと言う致命的な欠点を有し、如何にこの欠点を克服するかが大きな課題であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明はこの点に着目し上記欠点を解決する為に、特にその構成を、電気ヒ−タやヒ−トポンプユニットなどの熱源で加熱した温水を貯湯する貯湯タンクと、この貯湯タンク内の温水を直接或いは熱交換器を介して間接的に利用して暖房を行う第一暖房手段を構成したものに於いて、前記第一暖房手段とは別系統の第二暖房手段を備え、第一暖房手段の能力低下を検知して第二暖房手段を運転開始させると共に、第一暖房手段を停止させて熱源による貯湯タンク内の温水加熱を開始させ、再び第一暖房手段による暖房に切替るヘルプガイド手段を備えたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次にこの発明に係る暖房装置を図1、2に示す一実施形態で説明する。
1は底部に給水管2を接続し、天部には台所等の適所に備えた給湯栓3と連通する給湯管4が接続した貯湯タンクで、ヒ−トポンプユニットから成る熱源5にヒ−ポン循環ポンプ6を有したヒ−ポン循環回路7を介して貯湯タンク1内の湯水を循環させて、高温水としこれを貯湯するものである。

前記熱源5であるヒ−トポンプユニットは、圧縮機(図示せず)、貯湯水との熱交換器8を構成する凝縮器、減圧器(図示せず)、蒸発器(図示せず)が順次接続されてヒ−トポンプ回路を構成したものである。

又ヒ−ポン循環回路7は、貯湯タンク1の底部に接続されたヒ−ポン往き管9及び、該貯湯タンク1の上部に接続されたヒ−ポン戻り管10より構成され、貯湯タンク1下部の冷水をヒ−ポン往き管9を介して熱源5の熱交換器8で熱交換して加熱し、加熱された高温の温水をヒ−ポン戻り管10を介して貯湯タンク1上部に戻して、該貯湯タンク1内に上から湯を貯湯していくものである。
