Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rack post and an automatic warehouse rack.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An automatic warehouse is well known as a system that can automatically put and remove articles from a rack (see JIS B8940, etc.). In this automatic warehouse, a stacker crane is provided so as to be able to reciprocate between a pair of opposing racks, and a loading / unloading stand is provided at one end of at least one of the racks.
Each rack has a plurality of support columns standing up and down, left and right, as viewed from the stacker crane side, with a predetermined distance from each other, and in the vertical direction between the left and right of each support column (the center of the left and right are separated from each other). When it is assumed that a unit provided with a plurality of shelves is one unit in one vertical row, it can be said that a plurality of units are juxtaposed in the left-right direction.
[0003]
The stacker crane is provided with a lifting platform, and the lifting platform is provided with a fork device that can be extended and retracted toward the front and back racks.
Therefore, in this automatic warehouse, when the article loaded on the pallet is supplied to the loading / unloading stand, the stacker crane stores the article together with the pallet in the appropriate shelf part of the rack, or in the appropriate shelf part of the rack. The stacker crane takes out the articles loaded on the pallet in the state to the loading / unloading stand together with the pallet.
[0004]
In addition to the pallet loading state as described above, the article includes a state in which the article is stored in a bucket, a state in which the article itself is exposed (exposed), and the like.
By the way, the support | pillar used for assembling the said rack has a support | pillar main body and the shelf receiving member provided by protruding to the side in the several height direction of this support | pillar main body. A shelf receiving member is for supporting a shelf board in the upper part, and a set of shelf parts will be formed when this shelf board opposes right and left.
[0005]
Since the shelf support member protrudes in a cantilever manner with respect to the support column body, generally, in order to attach the shelf support member to the support column body, the shelf support member is disposed between the lower portion of the support column body and the vertical surface of the support column body. At the corner that can be formed, a reinforcing bracket (including a brace or the like) having a triangular shape as viewed from the side is attached, or the shape of the shelf receiving member itself is integrally formed in a side triangular shape incorporating the reinforcing bracket. Thus, the bending strength of the shelf receiving member and the load bearing strength as the shelf portion are increased.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
If a reinforcing bracket is attached to the lower part of the shelf support member, or if the shape of the shelf support member itself is triangular, a large amount of dead space is created in the space required to support a single shelf (particularly in the height direction). It will be included. For this reason, at least the vertical pitch as the shelf must be increased accordingly.
Therefore, when the height of the entire rack is increased or when there is no room on the building side, the number of shelves formed as a rack has to be reduced. In other words, the storage efficiency in the rack may not be fully utilized.
[0007]
In addition, since a reinforcing metal fitting is required as a support or a large shelf receiving member is required, these have become a bottleneck for cost reduction.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, so that the storage efficiency in the rack can be fully utilized, and the cost of the support column as a constituent member can be reduced as well as the rack. It is an object of the present invention to provide a support column and an automatic warehouse rack.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, the following technical means are taken.
In other words, the rack column according to the present invention has a side plate (17) that rises upward on one side and a hanging plate (18) that hangs downward on the other side, and is locked to the side plate (17). The support | pillar in which the receptacle (22) for latching the metal-made shelf board (11) in which the tongue piece (21) was formed via the said locking tongue piece (21) was formed in the height direction several places In the rack post having the main body (13),
A shelf receiving member (14) for supporting the shelf board (11) from below is welded and fixed to the column main body (13) in a state of penetrating the column main body (13).
The shelf receiving member (14) is made of any one of a round bar, a square bar, a hollow material, and a strip, and has a height-direction dimension comparable to the hanging dimension of the hanging plate (18). And is protruded laterally from the column main body (13) to the position where the hanging plate (18) hangs down.
Thus, if it is made the structure which penetrates the base part of a shelf receiving member to a support | pillar main body, in the cantilever state of a shelf receiving member, the bending strength can be raised.
[0009]
Therefore, for example, when a shelf plate is supported on this shelf receiving member and a shelf portion is formed by this shelf plate (when constructed as an automatic warehouse rack according to the present invention), the load bearing strength at this shelf portion is Can be increased.
It is preferable to weld the base part of the shelf support member to the column body to increase the mounting strength, and this welding should be performed before shipment from the factory as a column because of the ease of rack assembly work. Is preferred.
Except for the support used at the end of the rack, the shelf support member is provided so as to protrude on opposite sides of the support body, but in this case, the shelf support member protruding on both sides is passed through. It is preferable to provide it from the viewpoint of material cost, support column manufacturability, mounting strength of the shelf receiving member and the like.
[0010]
It should be noted that whether or not the rack assembled using this support is used for an automatic warehouse is not limited.
The rack for an automatic warehouse according to the present invention uses the above-described rack post (invention), and the columns are erected at predetermined intervals in the front and rear and the left and right. The members are in a parallel projecting state and the shelf board is supported between them, and the support of this shelf board is arranged oppositely between the left and right support columns to form a set of shelf parts, and the shelf parts are・ Multiple sets on the left and right.
[0011]
Therefore, the derivative effect can be obtained with respect to the specific operation and effect provided as the above-described support.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the rack post according to the present invention has a structure in which the base portion of the shelf support member is penetrated to the support main body. The load bearing strength as a shelf formed by the shelf receiving member can be increased. Accordingly, the shelf receiving member can be reduced in size, and a rack with high storage efficiency can be assembled accordingly.
In addition, the shape as a support can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced.
[0025]
On the other hand, the automatic warehouse rack according to the present invention configured using the support column has an advantage that the storage efficiency in the rack can be fully utilized as a derivative of the effect obtained by the support column.
