【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、たとえば野球や他目的イベントなどを開催するドームなどにおいて、そのグランド上に天然の芝を敷き込んだり、敷き込まれた天然の芝を巻き取ったりするのに使用される産業用車両に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の産業用車両としては、たとえば特開平10−167582号公報に見られる人工芝巻敷機が提供されている。すなわち、本体(車体)の前部側に、人工芝の巻き取りおよび巻き戻しを行う人工芝巻敷装置が設けられ、また本体の前部で左右方向の少なくとも二箇所に前輪が設けられるとともに、本体の後部に前輪の外面間寸法内に納まる後輪が設けられている。そして、本体の一側に運転席が設けられている。この従来構成によると、本体とともに人工芝巻敷装置を前進させて人工芝の巻き取りを行え、また本体とともに人工芝巻敷装置を後進させて人工芝の敷き込みを行える。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記した従来構成によると、人工芝巻敷機は、人工芝を敷き込んだり巻き取ったりするための専用のものであり、他の作業に使用することはできない。また、巻芯は、その両端に差し込み連結されたマンドレルを、クランプ形式のマンドレル保持装置によって人工芝巻敷装置側に保持させる形式であることから、保持の構造、ならびに操作は複雑なものとなる。

そこで本発明の請求項1記載の発明は、複数の作業に使用し得、そのうちの芝巻敷装置を装着したときには、芝巻き用筒体の装着を構造ならびに操作を簡単にして行える産業用車両を提供することを目的としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項1記載の産業用車両は、運転部が設けられた車体の前部には、その作動部を昇降ならびに横軸体の周りに回動させる昇降回動手段が設けられるとともに、前記作動部に対して作業装置を着脱可能に構成し、前記作動部は、横方向の上端縁部分によって係合部分が形成されるとともに、左右方向に係脱動自在な連結用軸体が設けられ、前記作業装置の1つである芝の巻き取りおよび巻き戻しを行う芝巻敷装置は、前記作動部に連結される本体と、この本体に対して車幅方向に位置調整自在に設けられた保持体とを有し、前記本体は左右方向で長尺の枠状に形成され、上位の後面側には前記係合部分が斜め下方から係合可能な被係合部が形成されるとともに、下位の後面には、前記連結用軸体が係脱自在な左右方向の被連結用孔が形成され、前記保持体は、連結された左右一対の腕部材と、これら腕部材に設けられた被ガイド部材とからなり、この被ガイド部材を前記本体側に係合して左右動させることによって、保持体は、本体に対して車幅方向に位置調整自在となるとともに、調整した位置で定着自在に構成され、前記保持体の両腕部材の先端間で、芝巻き用筒体に挿通された支軸体の両端を、落し込みにより位置決めして保持可能に構成し、別の作業装置であるバケット装置は、後面側の上部に前記係合部分が斜め下方から係合可能な被係合部が形成されるとともに、後面側で下部には、前記連結用軸体が係脱自在な左右方向の被連結用孔が形成されていることを特徴としたものである。

したがって請求項1の発明によると、昇降回動手段の作動部に対して各種の作業装置を選択して着脱することで、車体の前後走行と、昇降回動手段による作業装置の昇降ならびに回動とによって、各種の作業装置を使用して複数の作業を行える。その際に走行や作業は、運転部に乗込んだ運転者の操作によって、走行状態や作業状態を確認しながら行える。

各種の作業装置のうち、芝巻敷装置は、被係合部に対して係合部分を斜め下方から係合させるとともに連結用軸体を被連結用孔に係合させて、その本体を作動部に連結することで昇降回動手段に装着し得、そして、被ガイド部材を本体側に係合して左右動させることによって本体に対して保持体を車幅方向に位置調整するとともに、調整した位置で定着させることで、芝巻敷装置による巻敷位置を車幅方向において調整し得る。また保持体による芝巻き用筒体の保持は、芝巻き用筒体に挿通した支軸体の両端を、保持体の両腕部材の先端間に落し込みにより位置決めすることで、芝巻き用筒体の装着を行える。そして、作動部を介して芝巻敷装置を昇降させ得るとともに、作動部を介して芝巻敷装置を回動させ得、このような動作と車体の走行とによって、芝の敷き込み作業や芝の巻き取り作業を行える。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態を図に基づいて説明する。なお、以下において左右(左右方向)とは車幅方向のことであり、また前後とは走行方向のことである。

図1、図2、図5〜図10において、産業用車両1の車体2は、左右一対の前車輪3が設けられた前車体部2Aと、左右一対の後車輪4が設けられた後車体部2Bとにより構成されている。両車体部2A,2B間は縦連結軸5により相対回動自在に連結され、そして両車体部2A,2B間には、左側にステアリングシリンダ6が配設されている。後車体部2Bの上部には、座席7やハンドル8や各種の操作レバー9群などが配置された運転部10が設けられている。

前車体部2A側には、その作動部22を昇降ならびに回動させる昇降回動手段11が設けられている。すなわち、運転部10の前方で前車体部2Aには左右一対のブーム12が配設され、これらブーム12の基端は、前車体部2Aの後端上部に設けられたブラケット13に横方向の支軸14を介して取付けられ、以て上下揺動自在に構成される。そして前車体部2Aとブーム12との間には、このブーム12を上下揺動させる左右一対の昇降用シリンダ15が設けられる。

前記腕部材45は側面視においてL字状であって、その縦杆部45A間が前記横杆部材41により連結され、そして横杆部45Bは所定長さで前方へと突出されている。なお、縦杆部45Aの後面に前記被ガイド部材42が連結されている。前記腕部材45における横杆部45Bの先端(遊端)には、それぞれ保持具46が設けられ、これら保持具46は、横杆部45Bの内側面に連結された保持部材47と、これら保持部材47の外側面に取付けられた位置決め部材48とにより構成されている。

また、芝巻き用筒体51に支軸体52を挿通した状態で、支軸体52の両端52aを保持部材47の保持凹部47aに係合させることで、保持体40は、支軸体52の両端52aを落し込み方式により簡単にして保持し得る。その際に前述したように[47L>51L]であることから、芝巻き用筒体51を保持部材47間に位置し得、そして[48L>52L]であることから、支軸体52を位置決め部材48間に位置し得るとともに、支軸体52の端面を位置決め面48aに対向させ得、以て位置決めして保持し得ることになる。

図11に示すように、前記作動部22に対してバケット装置(作業装置の一例)61が着脱可能に設けられている。すなわちバケット装置61は、バケット本体62の後面側で下部には、左右方向で一対の被連結用部材63が設けられ、これら被連結用部材63に形成された左右方向の被連結用孔64に対して前記連結用軸体25が係脱自在に構成されている。そしてバケット本体62の後面側で上部には、前記係合部分28が斜め下方から係合可能な被係合部65が、左右方向のプレート状に形成されている。

図2、図4、図6において、71は天然の芝で、その幅寸法71Wを芝巻き用筒体51の長さ51Lに対して同等もしくは少し短めとしてカットされる。71aはロール状芝、Aは前進方向、Bは後進方向をそれぞれ示す。

以下に、上記した実施の形態における作用を説明する。
まず、芝巻敷装置31の装着作業を説明する。本体32に対して保持体40を、左右方向に調整した所定の位置で定着させた(組み込んだ)状態で、本体32の後面側に作動部22を対向させる。そして、前進走行Aなどによって、被係合部39に対して係合部分28を斜め下方から係合させるとともに、図7に示すように、被連結用孔36に、あらかじめ内側移動させている連結用軸体25を内側から対向させる。

(A)芝71に対する芝巻き用筒体51のセット
これは人手により行われるもので、芝巻き用筒体51に芝71の端部を巻き付けて固定させる。そして芝巻き用筒体51に支軸体52を挿通させる。
(B)芝巻敷装置31による芝巻き用筒体51の保持
まず芝71の幅方向中心に芝巻敷装置31の中心が位置しているか否かの確認を行う。そして中心がずれていたとき、産業用車両1の切り返しなどの走行制御によって中心を合わせる。この状態で、車体2とともに芝巻敷装置31を前進させて、支軸体52の両端52aを保持部材47の保持凹部47aに係合させることで、図1、図5仮想線に示すように、この支軸体52を介して芝巻き用筒体51を保持体40側に保持させる。
(C)芝巻敷装置31による芝71の巻き取り
芝巻き用筒体51を保持した状態で車体2を前進方向Aに走行させることで、支軸体52に対して芝巻き用筒体51を自転させながら芝71の巻き取り作業を行える。そして図3仮想線に示すように、所期の巻き取りを行う。
(D)芝巻敷装置31からのロール状芝71aの取り外し
所期の巻き取りを行ったのちに、昇降用シリンダ15の伸展動によってブーム12を上昇させることで、図3実線に示すように、ロール状芝71aを持ち上げる。その後に車体2を走行やブーム12の昇降動などを行うことで、ロール状芝71aを、運搬車両(トラックなどで図示せず。)へ積み込んだり、格納箇所(格納倉庫)へ運搬したりし得る。その後に、ロール状芝71aにおける芝巻き用筒体51から支軸体52を抜出させることで、前述した(A)の工程へ戻る。

このように、操作が難しいカットされた芝71の巻き取り作業は、運転部10に乗込んだ運転者が前進方向Aに向いたままで、車体2を前進させながらの操作によって、前進走行状態や巻き取り状態を容易に十分に確認しながら行える。

まず、運搬車両上や格納箇所に位置しているロール状芝71aにおける芝巻き用筒体51に支軸体52を挿通させる。次いで、ロール状芝71aの幅方向中心に芝巻敷装置31の中心が位置しているか否かの確認を行い、中心がずれていたとき、産業用車両1の切り返しなどの走行制御によって中心を合わせる。この状態で、車体2とともに芝巻敷装置31を前進させて、ロール状芝71a側の支軸体52の両端52aを保持部材47の保持凹部47aに係合させる。これにより、支軸体52を介して芝巻き用筒体51を保持体40側に保持させる。
(F)芝巻敷装置31による芝71の敷き込み
保持を終えたならば、昇降用シリンダ15の伸展動によってブーム12を上昇させることで、支軸体52や芝巻き用筒体51を介してロール状芝71aを持ち上げたのち、車体2を走行させるなどして、ロール状芝71aを敷き込み開始位置へ運搬する。

次いで、車体2を走行させてロール状芝71aの運搬を行うとともに、昇降用シリンダ15の収縮動によってブーム12を下降させることで、支軸体52や芝巻き用筒体51とともに下降されるロール状芝71aをグランドG上の目的とする場所に着地し得る。そして、この状態で車体2を後進方向Bに走行させることで、図4に示すように、支軸体52に対して芝巻き用筒体51を自転させながら芝71の巻き戻しを行え、以て所期の巻き戻し作業(敷き込み作業)を行える。
(G)芝巻敷装置31からの芝巻き用筒体51の取り外し
敷き込みを終えたならば、まず車体2を所定箇所へ走行させて芝巻き用筒体51を着地させ、そして保持体40から支軸体52を離脱させることで、前述した(E)の工程へ戻る。なお、芝巻敷装置31から外した芝巻き用筒体51から支軸体52を抜出させる。

このように、芝71の敷き込み作業は、運転部10に乗込んだ運転者が車体2を後進させながらの操作によって、後進走行状態や敷き込み状態を容易に十分に確認しながら行える。

上記の巻き取り作業や巻き戻し(敷き込み)作業において、前記ブーム12は、昇降用シリンダ15の伸縮動によって昇降を行うが、この昇降はロール状芝71aの径に合わせて制御される。その際に、昇降用シリンダ15のテール側をタンクに開放し得る(下降側フリー)ことで、ロール径に応じてブーム12が自動的に昇降することになって、ロール状芝71aを接地したまま巻き取りや巻き戻しを可能としている。

【発明の効果】
上記した本発明の請求項1によると、昇降回動手段の作動部に対して各種の作業装置を選択して着脱することで、車体の前後走行と、昇降回動手段による作業装置の昇降ならびに回動とによって、各種の作業装置を使用して複数の作業を行うことができる。その際に走行や作業は、運転部に乗込んだ運転者の操作によって、走行状態や作業状態を容易に十分に確認しながら行うことができる。
