Description

【0001】
図1は本発明のレジン含浸糸の繰り出し装置の図面であり、(A)は側面図、(B)は(A)のB−B矢視図、(C)は(A)のC−C矢視図、(D)は(A)のD−D矢視図である。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a resin-impregnated yarn feeding device for feeding out a resin-impregnated yarn when the resin-impregnated yarn is wound around a shaft or the like of a jet engine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The jet engine shaft is an elongated cylindrical part that connects the low-pressure compressor and low-pressure turbine. It rotates at high speed through different pressure parts, so the gap between the surrounding parts and the surrounding parts is minimized to reduce leakage. There is a need. However, if the gap is too small, there is a risk that the metal will come into contact and the surface will be damaged. A glass fiber yarn impregnated with a resin such as an epoxy resin is wound around a part of the shaft surface so that the gap is made small so that the shaft itself and the mating parts are not damaged even if contact occurs.
[0003]
FIG. 2 is a side view of a conventional resin-impregnated yarn feeding device used for winding the resin-impregnated yarn around a shaft. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a stainless steel storage tank which has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with an open upper surface and stores a liquid resin 6 therein. Reference numeral 2 denotes a reel having a pair of brackets 2a attached to the side surface of one end of the storage tank 1, a support shaft 2c supported by the bracket 2a, and a drum shape that is externally fitted to the support shaft 2c and winds an unimpregnated thread 5a. It has a roller 2b. Reference numeral 3 denotes a press having two rolls 3a and 3a. The rolls 3a are in contact with each other in the vertical direction, and the rotary shaft 3c is supported by a gate-shaped frame 3b attached to the upper surface of the other end of the storage tank. Reference numeral 4 denotes a cylindrical and fixed guide, which is positioned between the reel 2 and the press 3 and guides the yarn 5 to be buried in the liquid resin 6 stored in the storage tank 1.
[0004]
The unimpregnated yarn 5a wound around the reel 2 is unwound from the reel 2, passes through the lower surface of the guide 4, passes between the two press rolls 3a and 3a, and is wound around a shaft (not shown). The yarn is guided by the guide 4 and impregnated with the liquid resin 6 while passing through the liquid resin 6 stored in the storage tank 1, and the excess liquid resin 6 adhering to the yarn 5 is squeezed out by the press 3, It flows down into the storage tank 1.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the winding of the resin impregnated yarn 5 around the shaft is completed, the liquid resin remaining in the storage tank 1 is discharged to the outside. However, the liquid resin 6 adhering to the storage tank 1 is hardened and fixed to the wall surface or the bottom surface. Conventionally, the resin 6 thus fixed has been removed by dissolving in a solvent such as trichlene. However, because of environmental problems, the use of trichlene had to be stopped, and then it was peeled off manually. However, it was difficult to peel the fixed resin by hand, and it took a lot of time.
[0006]
The present invention has been devised in view of such problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a resin-impregnated yarn feeding device that can easily remove a resin fixed to a storage tank.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the resin impregnated yarn feeding device of the present invention includes a common base plate, a reel having a roller that is erected on one end of the common base plate and wound with unimpregnated yarn, and a common base plate. Commonly used with a press that squeezes surplus resin attached to the yarn through two press rolls standing at the end and a flexible silicone rubber storage tank that is placed between the reel and the press and stores the liquid resin It is detachably attached to a bracket erected in the middle part of the base plate, and has a guide for letting the yarn dive into the liquid resin in the storage tank between the reel and the press.
[0008]
The yarn is preferably a glass fiber yarn and the resin is preferably an epoxy resin.
[0009]
It is preferable that the depression of the storage tank has a substantially triangular shape in a side view.
[0010]
Next, the operation of the present invention will be described. The unimpregnated yarn wound around the reel is unwound from the reel, passes through the lower surface of the guide, passes between the two press rolls, and is wound around the shaft. The yarn is guided by the guide and impregnated with the liquid resin while passing through the liquid resin stored in the storage tank, and excess liquid resin adhering to the yarn is squeezed out by the press and flows down into the storage tank.
[0011]
When the winding of the resin-impregnated yarn around the shaft is completed, remove the guide from the bracket, take out the storage tank, and discard the remaining liquid resin. Thereafter, the liquid resin adhering to the storage tank solidifies and adheres to the storage wall surface and bottom surface. The storage tank is easily peelable from the epoxy resin and is made of flexible silicone rubber. Therefore, the storage tank is easily peeled off and deformed. When the storage tank is held and twisted, the storage tank is deformed, and the fixed resin is easily peeled off from the storage tank.
[0012]
Cleaning the storage tank took about 4.0 hours in the past, but in the present invention, it takes about 5 minutes. Therefore, the next operation can be easily started. In addition, since no solvent such as trichlene is required, it is environmentally friendly.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1A and 1B are drawings of a resin-impregnated yarn feeding device according to the present invention, in which FIG. 1A is a side view, FIG. 1B is a view taken along arrow B-B in FIG. An arrow view and (D) are DD arrow views of (A). In this figure, the same reference numerals are used for the parts common to FIG.
[0014]
In FIG. 1, 11 is a common base plate made of stainless steel. A reel 12 is erected on one end of the common base plate 11 by welding. The reel 12 is formed by supporting a roller 2b around which a non-impregnated glass fiber yarn 5a is wound between a pair of brackets 12a via a support shaft 2c. A press 13 is erected on the other end of the common base plate 11 by welding. The press 13 has a gate-shaped frame 13a whose lower width is wider than the upper width, and supports a pair of upper and lower rolls 3a via a support shaft 3c at the upper part of the frame 13a. The storage tank 15 can be inserted into a wide portion below the frame 13a. The storage tank 15 is placed on the common base plate 11 between the reel 12 and the press 13. The storage tank 15 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with an open upper surface, and is provided with a triangular recess 15a at the center when viewed from the deepest side. The storage tank 15 is made of flexible silicon rubber.
[0015]
A guide 14 is erected at an intermediate portion of the common base plate 11. The guide 14 is bent in a hand-like shape, and is fixed to the upper ends of a pair of brackets 14b whose lower ends are welded to the common base plate 11 so as to be suspended by bolts and nuts 14c. The guide 14 includes a pair of drooping members 14d and a cylindrical member 14a fixed between the drooping members 14d. The cylindrical member 14 a is inserted deeply into the storage tank 15. Reference numeral 6 denotes a liquid resin such as an epoxy resin stored in the storage tank 15.
[0016]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. The unimpregnated yarn 5a wound around the reel 12 is unwound from the reel 12, passes through the lower surface of the guide 14, passes between the two press rolls 3a and 3a of the press 13, and is wound around a shaft (not shown). The press 13 is not driven from the outside, is wound around the shaft, and the impregnated yarn 5 is pulled and moved, so that it is rotated by the frictional force thereof. The yarn 5 is impregnated with the liquid resin 6 while being guided by the guide 4 and passing through the liquid resin 6 stored in the storage tank 1, and the excess liquid resin 6 adhering to the yarn 5 is squeezed out by the press 3. It flows down into the storage tank 1.
[0017]
When the winding of the resin-impregnated yarn 5 around the shaft is completed, the guide 14 is removed from the bracket 14b, the storage tank 15 is extracted from under the press 13, and the liquid resin 6 remaining in the storage tank 15 is discarded. Thereafter, the liquid resin 6 attached to the storage tank 15 is solidified and fixed to the wall surface and the bottom surface of the storage tank 15. Since the storage tank 15 is made of flexible silicone rubber and is easily peelable from the epoxy resin, the storage tank 15 is easily peeled and deformed, and when the storage tank 15 is held and twisted, the storage tank 15 is deformed, and the fixed resin 6 is stored in the storage tank 15. Easy to peel off.
[0018]
Cleaning of the storage tank conventionally took about 4 hours because the resin stuck by hand was scraped off, but it took about 5 minutes in the present invention. Therefore, the next operation can be easily started. In addition, since no solvent such as trichlene is required, it is environmentally friendly. Since the shape of the recess of the storage tank is substantially triangular when viewed from the side, it is not necessary to store extra liquid resin 6 in places other than the thread passage path, and the amount of liquid resin 6 to be discarded after work is small. This will save the cost of materials.
[0019]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the resin-impregnated yarn feeding device of the present invention can be easily taken out when the storage tank for storing the liquid resin is cleaned, and is made of flexible silicon rubber. The resin that has solidified and remains in the tank can be easily detached by deforming the storage tank. Accordingly, the working time required for cleaning can be greatly shortened, and labor costs can be saved. Since a solvent such as trichlene is not used, there are excellent effects such as environmental friendliness.
