Description
Claims (15)
- 光を放出する光源と、
上記光源から放出される光を感知する検出器と、
上記光源と検出器間に延びる光路と、
円周光路と半径方向光路とを区劃する室と、
少なくとも1つの反射器と
より成り、
上記反射器が上記円周光路と半径方向光路とを分離するため上記円周光路に対し斜めになるように配置されている
ガスセンサ。 - 上記室が筒状の外周壁と内周壁によって区劃される請求項1記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記室の第1端を区劃するため上記外周壁と内周壁間で半径方向に延びる第1端壁を更に有する請求項2記載のガスセンサ。
- 光を上記内周壁内のギャップを介して中心室及び半径方向光路に反射するため上記外周壁または内周壁の接線に対し斜めに上記外周壁と内周壁間で半径方向に延びる上記少なくとも1つの反射器を形成する第2端壁を更に有する請求項3記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記中心室が上記内周壁の内面によって区劃される請求項4記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記光源が上記第1端壁に隣接して配置される請求項3記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記検出器が上記第1端壁に隣接して配置される請求項3記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記検出器が上記中心室内に配置される請求項4または5記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記光源が上記中心室内に配置される請求項4または5記載のガスセンサ。
- ガス透過部材に組み合う内側反射面を有する、筒状ハウジングのための塞ぎ部材を形成する室カバーを更に有する請求項2記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記ガス透過部材が防炎材料である請求項10記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記ガス透過部材が上記円周室の環状部分をカバーする請求項10または11記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記ガス透過部材が上記内周壁より大きく上記外周壁より小さい外径の円板である請求項12記載のガスセンサ。
- 上記検出器が上記中心室内に配置されており、上記周壁の中心軸に平行な軸に沿って互いに離間した2個の検出素子より成る請求項4記載のガスセンサ。
- 光を放出する光源と、上記光源から放出される光に感じる検出器とを設け、
円周光路と半径方向光路とを区劃する光反射面を有する室内に上記光源と上記検出器間に延びる光路を区劃し、
少なくとも1つの反射器を、上記円周光路と半径方向光路とを分離するため上記円周光路に対し斜めになるように位置決めするガスセンサの形成方法。
