Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spout for attaching to a flexible liquid packaging container and taking out the liquid in the container with a pump.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a spout provided with a passage member is known for a liquid packaging container to which a molded spout is attached. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 3177005 [0004]
The spout provided with the passage member described in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent No. 3177005) will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 6 shows a schematic cross section of a bag-in-box (hereinafter referred to as BIB) having a spout, where (a) shows a state where the contents are filled, and (b) shows a state where the contents are sucked out. Yes. FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view of the BIB. 6 and 7, the BIB generally indicated by reference numeral 101 has a carton 102 constituting an outer container, and a flexible inner bag 103 made of, for example, a plastic sheet accommodated therein. A content 104 that is a liquid such as ink is accommodated in the inner bag 103. The carton 102 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape having six flat rectangular surfaces, that is, four side surfaces 102a, 102b, 102c, 102d and two end surfaces 102e, 102f.
[0005]
A part of the inner bag 103 is attached to the inner surface of the carton 102 and is restrained so as not to move. The portion of the inner bag 103 attached and restrained to the carton 102 is a region facing two adjacent side surfaces 102b and 102c of the carton 102. However, in that case, it is not necessary to affix the inner bag 103 to the entire surface of the side surfaces 102b and 102c. In this example, the position indicated by the oblique line 106 is the affixing position. Regions of the inner bag 103 facing the other surfaces 102 a, 102 d, 102 e, 102 f of the carton 102 are not attached to the inner surface of the carton 102.
[0006]
A spout 108 communicating with the inner bag 103 is attached to one of the two side surfaces 102 b and 102 c of the carton 102 to which the inner bag 103 is attached, and is closed with a cap 109. The attachment position of the spout 108 is a position in the vicinity of the ridgeline where the two side surfaces 102b and 102c to which the inner bag 103 is attached intersects with the lower end.
[0007]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the spout 108 includes a cylindrical portion 111 having a thread 111 a on the outer periphery and a hole 111 b penetrating inward, and an inner portion formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 111. And a flange 112 for attaching the bag. The cylindrical portion 111 is formed in a shape suitable for connecting a connector (not shown) provided on the machine side such as a printing machine to which the BIB 101 is attached. The tubular portion 111 is formed with an annular groove 111c in order to reduce the thickness and facilitate molding. However, the groove 111c may not be formed in some cases. The spout 108 further has a cylindrical portion 113 formed so as to surround the through-hole 111 b and extend inward of the inner bag 103 beyond the flange 112, and on the side surface of the cylindrical portion 113. A plurality of groove-shaped passages 114 for allowing liquid to pass therethrough are formed. By providing the cylindrical portion 113 with the passage 114, even when the movable part of the inner bag 103 approaches the spout 108 when the contents are taken out, the inner bag 103 is held at the tip of the cylindrical portion 113. Therefore, it is possible to secure the flow of contents through the passage 114 to the hole 111b.
[0008]
An elongated passage member 115 is integrally and radially provided on the flange 112 of the spout 108. The passage member 115 is provided with a first flat plate portion 115a provided on the extended surface of the flange 112, a rib 115b provided at a right angle substantially at the center thereof, and a tip thereof parallel to the first flat plate portion 115a. A passage having a substantially H-shaped cross section and having a second flat plate portion 115c formed between the first flat plate portion 115a and the second flat plate portion 115c from the inner bag 103 toward the hole 111b of the tubular portion 111. Is formed. Thus, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the cylindrical portion 111 of the spout 108 protrudes from the hole formed in the side surface 102b of the carton 102, and the flange 112 is attached to the inner surface of the carton 102. By adhering to the inner surface of the inner bag 103, when the spout 108 is attached, the passage member 115 can be positioned along the inner surface of the inner bag 103 at the same time. The spout 108 is also formed with a projection 116 with a gap in order to secure a passage from the passage member 115 to the hole 111b.
[0009]
The elongated passage member 115 integrally connected to the flange 112 so as to be located on the extended surface of the flange 112 includes a passage for guiding the liquid in the inner bag 103 to the spout 108, and the passage member 115 always has the spout. 108 is held at a fixed position with respect to the liquid extraction hole 111b, the contents in the inner bag 103 are sucked from the spout 108, and a part of the inner bag 103 is drawn along with that. As indicated by two-dot chain lines 122a, 122b, 122c, etc., when the bag member 115 is moved to the passage member 115, the bag is supported by the passage member 115, and the liquid in the inner bag 103 is cylindrical. The passage leading to the hole 111b of the portion 111 can be secured, the contents in the inner bag 103 can be taken out well, and the remaining amount can be reduced.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the spout attached to the flexible bag is provided at a position suitable for connection with a use machine such as a printing machine to which the bag is attached. Therefore, even if a common flexible bag is used, a case where a spout is provided at the bottom portion of the bag, a case where a spout is provided in the central portion of the bag, and a case where a spout is provided at the top of the bag, A spout may be provided on the right or left side of the bag, and the attachment position of the passage member connected to the spout and the number of attachments of the passage member vary. In some cases, only a spout is provided in the flexible bag without using a passage member.
[0011]
For this reason, multiple types of spouts are used, such as spouts that do not use passage members, spouts that have different positions and numbers of passage members, and not only is inventory management complicated. Since a mold for molding each of a plurality of types of spouts is necessary, and a large amount of mold production costs are involved, improvement of the spout is desired.
[0012]
The present invention provides a spout that can be used as a spout that does not use a passage member as a spout attached to a flexible bag, and that can easily change the attachment position of the passage member and the number of attachments of the passage member. It is to provide.
[0013]

[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of a spout according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 is a plan view of a spout according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3A is a plan view of the spout main body of FIG. 3 (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 3 (a), FIG. 4 (a) is a plan view of the passage member in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in FIG. FIG. 5 is a plan view of a spout according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
[0018]
In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a flexible bag 3 formed of, for example, a plastic sheet or a tube, which is accommodated in a carton 2 of a bag-in-box (hereinafter referred to as BIB), is a liquid such as ink. The contents are contained. A spout 8 communicating with the inside of the bag 3 is attached to the bag 3 and is closed with a cap 9. The spout 8 and the cap 9 are both plastic molded products.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the spout main body 10 forming the spout 8 according to the first embodiment has a thread 11a on the outer periphery and a hole 11b penetrating inward. It has the cylindrical part 11 and the flange 12 of the predetermined thickness for inner bag attachment formed in the outer periphery of the cylindrical part 11. As shown in FIG. And it has the cylindrical part 13 formed so that the hole 11b which penetrated might be surrounded and extended inward of the bag 3 over the flange 12, and let the liquid pass to the side surface of the cylindrical part 13 A plurality of groove-like passages 14 are formed. By providing the cylindrical portion 13 provided with the passage 14, even when the movable part of the bag 3 approaches the spout main body 10 when the contents are taken out, the bag 3 is supported by the tip of the cylindrical portion 13. For this reason, it is possible to secure the flow of the contents through the passage 14 to the hole 11b.
[0020]
The flange 12 of the spout main body 10 is provided with two engaging projections 4a and 4b having different heights in the radial direction as first engaging portions at respective predetermined angular positions. The lower engagement protrusion 4 a is formed on the center side of the spout main body 10, and the higher engagement protrusion 4 b is formed on the side away from the center of the spout main body 10.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the passage member 15 has an elongated plate shape, and two ribs 16a and 16b are provided in parallel in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface, and a groove-like passage along the longitudinal direction. 24 is formed. A part of the two ribs 16a and 16b are partly discontinuous and are formed discontinuously, and the missing part of the ribs 16a and 16b is grooves 17a and 17b for allowing liquid to pass through the passage 24. A piece 25 having a fixed length from one end side of the passage member 15 is a portion placed on the flange 12 when the passage member 15 is attached to the spout main body 10 and engages with the first engagement portions 4a and 4b. Engagement holes 15a and 15b are provided as second engagement parts (fit into the engagement protrusions 4a and 4b). The piece 25 and the piece 26 that protrudes from the flange 12 and reaches the other end are formed integrally with a step corresponding to the thickness of the flange 12.
[0022]
When the passage member 15 is placed on the flange 12 and pressed, the engagement protrusions 4 a and 4 b of the flange 12 are fitted into the engagement holes 15 a and 15 b of the passage member 15. In this state, the passage member 15 is attached to the spout body 10, but the back surface of the flange 12 and the back surface of the piece 26 of the passage member 15 protruding from the flange 12 are flush with each other.
[0023]
The spout main body 10 is attached by protruding the cylindrical portion 11 of the spout main body 10 from a hole formed in the side surface of the carton 2 and joining it to the flexible bag 3. At the same time, the passage member 15 attached to the flange 12 of the spout main body 10 is positioned along the side surface 2 b of the carton 2 and joined to the bag 3.
[0024]
Thereby, when the movable part of the bag 3 moves so as to approach the passage member 15 as the contents 4 in the bag 3 are taken out, the bag 3 can be supported by the ribs 16a and 16b of the passage member 15, The liquid can be passed through the passage 24, and a passage toward the hole 11b of the spout main body 10 is secured.
[0025]
Since the passage member 15 is detachably formed on the flange 12 of the spout main body 10, the mounting position and the number of the spout main body 10 (the flange 12) can be freely changed. When attached to a bag, it can be used as a spout with different positions and numbers of passage members.
[0026]
By the way, when the plurality of passage members 15 are attached to the spout main body 10 to form the spout 8, it is necessary to set an attachment angle between the passage members 15 so that the formed spout 8 functions effectively. Yes, the mounting angles of the passage members 15 and 15 in a state of functioning effectively were confirmed by experiments.
[0027]
In this experiment, two passage members 15 and 15 were attached to the spout main body 10 to form the spout 8. Then, after the spout 8 was attached to the bag 3 to fill the liquid, the residual amount when the liquid was sucked out from the bag 3 was examined. In this case, the passage members 15 and 15 were attached to the spout main body 10 with various attachment angles (30 degrees, 40 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, 130 degrees, 180 degrees, and 220 degrees).
[0028]
Then, each time the passage members 15 and 15 are attached to the spout main body 10 by changing the mounting angle, the formed spout 8 is reattached to the flexible bag 3 to fill the bag 3 with the liquid. The remaining amount when the liquid was aspirated and removed from No. 3 was repeated.
[0029]
When the mounting angle between the passage members 15 and 15 is within 40 degrees, a plurality of the passage members are adjacent to each other in the vicinity of the base, and many of the ribs serving as liquid passages provided in the passage member are close to each other. The residual amount when the liquid is sucked out from the body is increased.
[0030]
Further, when the attachment angle between the passage members 15 and 15 is 180 degrees or more, the liquid suction force between the passage members 15 and 15 is reduced and the residual amount is increased. Therefore, when the attachment angle between the passage members 15 and 15 exceeds 180 degrees, the passage member 15 is further added and the three passage members 15, 15, and 15 are attached to the spout main body 10 as shown in FIG. Thus, forming the spout 8a according to the second embodiment and setting the angle between the passage members within 180 degrees was effective in reducing the residual amount of liquid after suction.
[0031]
As a result of the above experiment, the mounting angle between the passage members 15 and 15 is practically 40 to 180 degrees with the spout body 10 as the center, and the residual amount of liquid in the bag 3 when formed at 60 to 130 degrees apart. Has been found to be the least effective. In addition, about the installation presence or absence of these several channel members, and the design of an angle, the magnitude | size of a bag body, the position of a spout, the viscosity of the liquid filled, etc. are considered.
[0032]
The passage member 15 attached to the spout main body 10 is provided along the surface of the bag 3 to which the spout main body 10 is attached. Therefore, it is necessary to set the ratio of the length from the center of the spout 8 to the end of the passage member 15 with respect to the length from the center of the spout 8 to the end of the bag in the extending direction of the passage. The ratio of the length from the center of the spout 8 to the end of the passage member 15 in an effectively functioning state was confirmed by experiments.
[0033]
First, the passage member 15 was attached to the spout main body 10 to form the spout 8. Then, after the spout 8 was attached to the bag 3 to fill the liquid, the residual amount when the liquid was sucked out from the bag 3 was examined. In this case, the length (a) from the center of the spout to the end of the passage member (a) with respect to the length (z), (z ′) from the center of the spout to the end of the bag in the extending direction of the passage ) And (a ′) were attached to the spout main body 10 with various lengths (10%, 20%, 40%, 70%, 90%, 95%) of the passage member.
[0034]
Then, each time the length of the passage member 15 is changed, it is reattached to the flexible bag 3, the liquid is filled in the bag 3, and the residual amount when the liquid is sucked and taken out from the bag 3 is repeatedly checked. It was.
[0035]
When the ratio of the length of the passage member 15 is 90% or more, the movement of the liquid on both sides of the passage member 15 becomes worse, and the amount of residual liquid after suction increases. On the other hand, if it is 20% or less, the effectiveness of the passage member becomes low, and the amount of residual liquid after suction increases.
[0036]
As a result of the above experiment, the proportion of the length of the passage member 15 is practically 20 to 90% of the length to the bag portion in the extending direction of the passage, and is formed with 40 to 70%. It was found that the remaining amount of liquid in the bag 3 is the smallest and effective.
[0037]
In the above embodiment, the flexible bag 3 accommodated in the carton 2 of the bag-in-box (hereinafter referred to as BIB) has been described as an example. However, the flexible bag should be used without using a carton. You can also.
Moreover, the two engaging protrusions 4a and 4b provided on the flange 12 of the spout main body 10 as the first engaging portion will be described, and the passage as the second engaging portion that engages with the first engaging portions 4a and 4b. Although the engaging holes 15a and 15b of the member 15 have been described as an example, the reverse structure may be employed in which the flange 12 has an engaging hole and the passage member 15 has an engaging protrusion. In other words, the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion may be any one that engages with each other, and the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion may have other engagement structures. It is not limited.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
Thus, the spout of the present invention is a spout attached to a flexible bag and used to take out the liquid in the bag, and has a cylindrical portion having a hole penetrating the inside and outside of the bag. A spout body formed by a flange that is provided on the outer periphery of the bag and formed by a flange that joins the bag, and a passage member that is configured separately from the main body and that forms a passage for guiding the liquid in the bag to the hole of the cylindrical portion. The spout main body is provided with a plurality of first engaging portions, the passage member is provided with a second engaging portion that engages with the first engaging portion, and the plurality of first engaging portions provided on the spout main body. Since the engaging part is provided around the cylindrical part at a predetermined angle, the attachment position and the number of attachments to the spout main body can be freely changed.
Therefore, there are excellent effects such as being able to respond to a request to change the attachment position of the passage member attached to the spout and the number of attachments of the passage member due to the difference in position attached to the flexible bag.
