【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、いわゆる粘着テープ等の、フィルム等からなる基部上に接着層を形成した積層体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
こうした粘着テープは、各種工業用品や家庭用品等の種々の製品に幅広く利用されている。その一例として、化粧用コンパクトの場合、筐体内部に鏡や化粧品を収容したトレイを取り付ける際には両面粘着テープが用いられる。

両面粘着テープは、通常、フィルムなどの基部の両面に接着剤を塗布することにより形成される。

しかしながら、化粧用コンパクトのように異なる素材同士を両面粘着テープにより取り付けた製品の場合、使用後に廃棄する際には、素材毎に分別する必要がある。このとき、例えばコンパクトの筐体から鏡を分離することが困難であり、鏡が割れてしまうおそれがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上述した事項に鑑み、異なる素材同士を取り付けた後、両者を再度分離することを容易に行うことができる、接着層を有する積層体を提案することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち本発明は、基部と、この基部の少なくとも一方の面上に接着層を形成した積層体であって、前記基部を、裂いて分離できる不織布により形成し、前記接着層上にシート状の成型体を接着し、さらにこの成型体に鏡を取り付け、収容したことを特徴とする。それにより、例えば鏡等のように壊れやすい部材・部品等を取り付ける場合、シート状の成型体上に設けた接着層の上にこうした部材・部品等を取り付けることにより、分離時においては、部材等をシート状の成型体ごと分離し、かつ、分離時のこれら部材等の破損に伴う部材の破片の散乱を防ぐことができるようになり、より安全な分別廃棄が可能となる。

本発明による積層体は、基部に不織布を使用している。そのため、この基部の両面に接着剤を塗布して両面テープを形成した場合、この両面テープを用いて二つの物体を接着した後に再度分離する際に、不織布は容易に裂いて分離できることから、前記二つの物体を容易に分けることができる。したがって、化粧用コンパクト容器の筐体と鏡のように廃棄時に分別する必要がある場合に、この分別が容易に行えることとなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の好適な実施形態について説明する。

図1は、本発明による積層体の実施形態に係る両面粘着テープを示すものである。図示の積層体20は、不織布からなる基部21の両面に接着剤を塗布した接着層22,23を形成したもので、ここでは、接着層23に薄い皿状のシート成型体24を取り付けた構造となっている。このシート成型体24は、図示のように、別の両面粘着テープ25を介して鏡26のような部材・部品を取り付け・収容するためのものである。

図1の積層体(両面粘着テープ)20においては、皿状のシート成型体24を設け、これに鏡26を取り付け・収容している。したがって、鏡26を取り外す(粘着テープ20を剥がす)際には、シート成型体24の部分から剥がせば良いこととなり、それゆえ鏡26が割れて破片等が飛散するのを避けることができる。このとき、両面粘着テープ 20 は基部 21 が上下方向に分離することとなる。なお、シート成型体24の外縁部には、取り外しの便宜のために小さなタブ等を設けても良い。

以上説明したように、本発明による積層体は、基部に不織布を用いて分離し易い構造としていることから、コンパクト容器と鏡を取り付けた後、廃棄時等に両者を分離し易くなり、シート状の成型体を取り付け、この成型体を介してコンパクト容器と鏡を接着することにより、これら部材等の分離時の破損を防ぐことが可能となる。
