Description

【0001】

[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional sink waste container described above has a problem that a new subsequent drainage always flows down through the inside of the stored garbage, so that the degree of contamination of the drainage becomes higher. Had.
[0004]
The object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the above-mentioned conventional sink waste container, and prevent a situation in which the degree of contamination of new subsequent drainage is increased by flowing down the already stored waste, An object of the present invention is to provide a sink for waste containers that can contribute to prevention of environmental degradation.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Among the present inventions, the structure of the invention described in claim 1 is a garbage container for a sink comprising a car member having innumerable transmission holes and a lid member placed above the car member, The bottom surface of the car member is provided with a deepest dust storage part and an inclined part that rises continuously from the garbage storage part, and a guide hole that allows the drainage to flow down toward the inclined part of the car member on the lid member. The guide piece having the tip directed to the inclined portion is continuously provided along the peripheral edge of the guide hole on the side close to the dust storage portion with the tip separated from the inclined portion of the car member. .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the sink garbage container of the present invention (hereinafter simply referred to as a garbage container) will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show a dust container of the present invention and a drain outlet main body on which the dust container is installed. The garbage container 1 includes a car member 2 and a lid member 3, and is used in a state where it is installed near the opening of a cylindrical drain body 11.
[0008]
The car member 2 is formed by a frame body 4 and a car body 5. The frame body 4 is formed of a polypropylene into a flat ring shape having substantially the same size as the outer periphery of the lid member 3, and a pair of inner and outer peripheral protrusions 6 project from the back side. On the other hand, the car body 5 is formed by bending a wire mesh, and has a substantially hemispherical shape that protrudes downward as a whole. Moreover, the garbage storage part 7 is provided in the center, and is the deepest. Further, an inclined portion 13 is provided around the dust storage portion 7, and is in a state of rising continuously from the dust storage portion 7 (inclined upward). The car body 5 is in a state where the opening portion is sandwiched between the circumferential protrusions 6 on the back side of the frame body 4.
[0009]
On the other hand, the lid member 3 is integrally formed in a disc shape having substantially the same size as the outer periphery of the frame body 4 from polypropylene. In the center, a flow-inhibiting part 8 that does not allow the drainage to flow down is provided, and around the flow-inhibiting part 8, there are three guide holes 9, 9,. It has been drilled. Each of the guide holes 9, 9,... Has a shape that is bent in an arc shape, and is arranged in a radial shape at intervals of 120 ° with respect to the center. Moreover, the area of the upper surface of the flow-inhibiting part 8 is larger than the area of the upper surface of the dust storage part 7. Further, guide pieces 10, 10,... Protrude downward along the peripheral edge of each guide hole 9, 9,. Each of the guide pieces 10, 10... Is in a state where its tip is directed toward the inclined portion 13 of the car body 5.
[0010]
In the kitchen sink or the like, the garbage container 1 is placed at the edge of the peripheral edge of the frame body 4 on the flange 12 provided inside the opening of the drain outlet body 11 as shown in FIGS. Then, the lid member 3 is placed above the frame body 4 so as to be installed at the opening portion of the drain outlet main body 11. In the installed garbage container 1, as shown in FIG. 4, drainage flows down through the guide holes 9, 9,. Further, at that time, the waste water flows down toward the inclined portion 13 while being diffused radially from the center to the outside by the guide pieces 10, 10... Provided in the respective guide holes 9, 9. Furthermore, when the wastewater is mixed with dust, the dust flows down through the guide holes 9, 9,..., Is blocked by the inclined portion 13 of the car body 5, and falls downward. Eventually, it will be stored in the garbage storage part 7. Then, after the trash is stored in the trash storage unit 7, new subsequent waste water is discharged outside the car body 5 without coming into contact with the trash G in the trash storage unit 7. Since the entire car body 5 is formed with a relatively shallow bottom, the waste water that has been discharged to the outside of the car body 5 and then collided with the inner wall of the drain port body 11 again enters the interior of the car body 5. I don't get in.
[0011]
As described above, the garbage container 1 is provided with the garbage storage portion 7 and the inclined portion 13 in the car member 2 and the guide holes 9, 9. The new subsequent drainage is discharged to the outside of the car body 5 without coming into contact with the waste G stored in the waste storage unit 7, so that the influence of the waste G in the dust storage unit 7 This prevents a situation in which the degree of contamination of the new subsequent drainage becomes high. Therefore, the degree of contamination of the drainage can be suppressed to a low level as compared with the conventional sink garbage container.
[0012]
Further, the waste container 1 can discharge the waste water to the outside of the car body 5 very smoothly and reliably by the guide pieces 10, 10. Therefore, the waste container 1 can very efficiently prevent a situation in which the degree of contamination of the new subsequent drainage becomes high.
[0013]
In addition, since the area of the upper surface of the flow-down prevention part 8 of the lid member 3 is larger than the area of the upper surface of the dust storage part 7, the dust container 1 has a case where new subsequent drainage does not flow vigorously. Even so, the wastewater never comes into contact with the waste G stored in the waste storage section 7.
[0014]
In addition, the garbage container of the present invention is not limited to the aspect of the above embodiment, and the shape, structure, material, and the like of the car member, the lid member, etc. can be appropriately changed as necessary. it can.
[0015]
For example, the garbage container can change the shapes of the car member and the lid member as shown in FIGS. In this modified example, the car member 2a is provided with the dust storage portion 7 on one side (right side in FIG. 6) of the car body 5, and is the deepest. In addition, an inclined portion 13 that rises continuously (inclined upward) from the dust storage portion 7 is provided around the dust storage portion 7 on the opposite side (left side in FIG. 6) of the car body 5. On the other hand, the lid member 3 a is provided with an arcuate guide hole 9 on one side (left side in FIG. 6) for allowing the drainage to flow toward the inclined portion 13, and a portion other than the guide hole 9 is the flow-inhibiting portion 8. It has become. A guide piece 10 having a tip directed toward the inclined portion 13 is projected downward along the peripheral edge of the guide hole 9 on the side close to the dust storage portion 7. In addition, the area of the upper surface of the flow-down prevention part 8 is larger than the area of the upper surface of the garbage storage part 7 similarly to the garbage container 1 of the said embodiment. The dust container 1a configured as described above uses the lid member 3a with the guide hole 9 positioned on the same side as the inclined portion 13. By using in such a manner, the garbage container 1a allows the car main body to be brought into contact with the waste G stored in the garbage storage unit 7 without causing the new succeeding drainage to be brought into contact with the garbage container 7 in the same manner as the garbage container 1 of the above embodiment. Since it discharges to the outside of 5, a situation in which the degree of contamination of a new subsequent drainage becomes high can be prevented very efficiently. Further, as described above, when the lid member 3a is provided with the guide hole 9 on one side, in addition to the car body 5 having a shape in which the dust storage part 7 and the inclined part 13 are separated, the opposite side from one side. It is also possible to use a car body 5 that is simply inclined downwardly toward the vehicle. In such a case, the dust container 1a uses the lid member 3a so that the guide hole 9 is positioned on the shallow bottom side.
[0016]
Moreover, the garbage container can also change the shape of a cage member and a cover member like FIG. 7, FIG. In this modified example, the car member 2b has a cylindrical outer periphery, and a dust storage portion 7 is provided at the periphery so as to be deepest. And the inclination part 13 which stood | started up continuously from the garbage storage part 7 (inclined toward the upper direction) is provided in the circumference | surroundings inside the garbage storage part 7, and it will be in the state which the center of the car main body 5 protruded. ing. On the other hand, the lid member 3b is integrally formed in a disk shape like the lid member 3 of the garbage container 1 of the above embodiment, and the drainage is directed toward the inclined portion 13 around the central flow-inhibiting portion 8. Three guide holes 9, 9... Are formed for flow down. Further, guide pieces 10, 10,... Projecting downward are provided along the peripheral edges of the guide holes 9, 9,. In addition, the area of the upper surface of the flow-inhibiting part 8 provided on the periphery of the lid member 3 b is larger than the area of the upper surface of the dust storage part 7. The garbage container 1b configured as described above is also provided on the outside of the car body 5 without bringing new subsequent drainage into contact with the garbage G stored in the garbage storage unit 7, as in the garbage container 1 of the above embodiment. Therefore, it is possible to very efficiently prevent a situation in which the degree of contamination of the new subsequent drainage becomes high.
[0017]
On the other hand, the lid member is not limited to one formed of polypropylene, and may be formed of other synthetic resins or metals. Furthermore, it is not limited to the one provided with three guide holes, but may be provided with two or less or four or more guide holes, and the shape can be appropriately changed as necessary.
[0018]
Further, the car member is not limited to the car body and the frame body, and the car body and the frame body may be integrally formed. Furthermore, the car body is not limited to one formed by a wire mesh, and may be changed to one in which a synthetic resin is formed in a net shape. Furthermore, the car body is not limited to a downwardly convex hemispherical shape, and can be changed to other shapes. As described above, when the car body is formed in a shallow bottom, the drainage that collides with the inner wall of the drain outlet body after being discharged to the outside of the car body does not enter the interior of the car body again. There is.
[0019]
In addition, the shape of the drain outlet body in which the garbage container of the present invention is installed is not limited to the shape as in the above embodiment.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Garbage container according to claim 1, together with the inclined portion waste reservoir to bag member is provided, and the guide hole is provided to flow down the drainage toward the inclined portion on the lid member, the guide hole A guide piece with the tip directed toward the inclined portion is continuously provided along the peripheral edge of the side closer to the dust storage portion in the state where it is separated from the inclined portion of the cage member, so that new subsequent drainage can be discharged into the cage member. Since the waste is discharged to the outside of the car member without coming into contact with the garbage stored in the car, a situation in which the degree of contamination of new subsequent drainage is increased due to the influence of the dust in the car member is prevented. Further, by separating the tip of the guide piece from the inclined portion, dust does not remain on the inclined portion. Therefore, according to the garbage container of Claim 1, compared with the conventional sink garbage container, the dirt degree of drainage can be suppressed to a low level, which can greatly contribute to prevention of environmental deterioration. .
