Description
The present invention relates to a helmet, and more particularly to an infant helmet.
Infants have a higher metabolic rate and higher body temperature than adults, so the temperature in the helmet tends to rise. In addition, in order to sufficiently absorb shocks during a fall, the helmet interior material needs to fit the head. It is important to make it fit. Furthermore, since infants have weaker neck bones and skulls than adults, it is important to reduce the weight of helmets.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a helmet that is lightweight, has a high cooling effect, and can obtain a sufficient fit even when an infant grows up.
To achieve the above object, a helmet according to the present invention includes a cap body that covers an upper portion of a head, and an interior pad divided into a plurality of front, rear, and side surfaces inside the cap body, The interior pad is configured such that a cushioning material is accommodated in a non-woven bag, and a front surface, a rear surface, and a side surface on the inner side of the cap body are engaged with the nonwoven fabric of the interior pad to hold the interior pad. Fasteners are divided and arranged.
According to the present invention, since the interior pad can be attached and detached with the hook-and-loop fastener, the helmet can be used for a long period of time by replacing the interior pad according to the growth of the infant. In addition, since the helmet can be sufficiently fitted to the infant's head, there is no possibility that the shock absorbing ability is reduced.
Further, since the surface fastener is engaged with the non-woven fabric constituting the interior pad, a separate female surface fastener is not required, so that the cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, since many hooks of the hook-and-loop fastener serve as a cushioning material, the amount of the cushioning material can be reduced, so that a significant weight reduction can be achieved.
In the present invention, the cap body is provided with a plurality of through holes penetrating the cap body, and at least one of the plurality of through holes has a mounting body protruding outward from the cap body. The mounting body protrudes outwardly through the through-hole, and the mounting body is detachably provided on the cap body, and when the mounting body is detached, the through-hole becomes a vent hole .
According to this invention , by making the mounting body into a shape such as a corner or an ear, the infant can enjoy the design of the helmet, which is useful for preventing trouble that the infant does not want to wear the helmet.
Moreover, by removing the mounting body, the through hole serves as a vent hole.
In this invention, it is preferable that the said mounting body is provided with the protrusion part which protrudes out of the said cap body, and the buffer part which is accommodated in the said cap body and has a buffer function.
According to this aspect, the shock absorbing capacity is further improved by the buffer portion in the cap body.
In this invention, it is preferable that the said interior pad and buffer part consist of a bag body which consists of a nonwoven fabric which enclosed the gel. Or it is preferable that the said interior pad or buffer part consists of a bag body which consists of a nonwoven fabric which enclosed the gel.
According to this aspect, by using the gel, not only shock absorption but also a cooling effect due to heat absorption can be obtained.
In this invention, it is preferable that the penetration of the said gel is set to the range of 20-200. That is, when the penetration of the gel exceeds 20, the gel is too hard to obtain a sufficient impact absorbing ability. On the other hand, when the penetration of the gel exceeds 200, the gel is too soft and sufficient impact absorbing ability cannot be obtained. Therefore, it is preferable that the penetration of the gel is set in the range of 20 to 200.

Or it is preferable that the said interior pad or buffer part consists of a bag body which consists of a nonwoven fabric which enclosed charcoal powder.
According to this aspect, not only the impact absorption by charcoal but also deodorization and sedative effects can be expected.
Here, with only a hard cap body, the impact at the time of falling or the like is not sufficiently absorbed, and there is a possibility that a large impact is directly applied to the infant's head. Therefore, by using a charcoal or gel as a buffering portion, a soft buffering portion is configured so that the speed when the head is struck against the ground is reduced by the soft buffering portion, while the head with a hard cap body It is possible to absorb the shock applied to.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the charcoal powder of the buffer portion is obtained by pulverizing charcoal made of waste wood.
According to this aspect, it can contribute to prevention of global warming.
In the present invention, it is preferable that a fixing member for fixing the buffer portion is provided around the through hole in the inner surface of the cap body, and the bag body of the buffer portion is fixed to the fixing member.
According to this aspect, it can prevent that a buffer part remove | deviates and falls by a fixing member.
In this invention, it is preferable that many convex parts are formed in the surface of the nonwoven fabric which touches the head of the said interior pad or buffer part.
According to this aspect, due to the large number of convex portions, air permeability is improved, so that stuffiness can be prevented.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the surface of the nonwoven fabric of the interior pad or the buffer portion has a number of convex portions formed on the nonwoven fabric.
According to this aspect, the manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced by forming a large number of protrusions on the nonwoven fabric.

In the present invention, the cap body includes a shell made of a non-foamed resin in a hemispherical shell covering the upper portion of the head, and a liner made of a foamed resin in a hemispherical shell provided inside the shell. It is preferable.
According to this aspect, when a large impact is applied from the outside, the relatively hard shell is broken and absorbs the impact from the outside, and the liner softer than the shell is crushed to further absorb the impact. .
