【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図示した一実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1乃至図5は本発明の第1実施例である。1は一定間隔でシャープペンシル本体を配設し、間歇前進するワーク搬送装置である。3は先部材4の供給ユニット、6は先部材4をバキュームにより吸着する仮締めユニットで、回転テーブル5上に配設され、カムロッド18により前進するようになっている。8は仮締めユニット6に固定されたギヤーで、所定位置でモータ7で駆動されるギヤー9と噛合するようになっている。10はインデックスである。

なお、シャープペンシル本体に先部材を螺合する代りに、他の雄ねじに雌ねじを螺合する場合にも適用できる。

本発明は、一方のねじ部材を一定位置に固定し、他方のねじ部材を仮締めユニットにバキュームにより保持し、該仮締めユニットを前進させ螺合直前で前記バキュームを止めブローに切り換え、前記他方のねじ部材を先方に飛ばす手段を有してあるので、部品のバラツキ、2つのねじ部材の取り付け誤差があっても、先部材は径方向自由に動き得るようになっているので、自動調芯が行われ、かじることなく螺合を正確に行い仮締めすることができる。
