Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicular interior material having an excellent decorative effect.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Vehicle interior materials such as door trims and instrument panels for automobiles, etc., are widely used in which the surface of the base material is covered with a skin material and an ornament material and the design surface has a sense of volume. In order to further increase the volume of the ornament material, a plurality of groove patterns are provided.
[0003]
However, the conventional arrangement of the linear groove pattern in this type of vehicle interior material does not provide a deep groove pattern. If a deep groove pattern is to be formed, the process is complicated and the manufacturing cost is high. There is a problem that it is difficult to obtain an inexpensive product having a sense of volume.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems and to provide a vehicle interior material that can exhibit a sufficient volume feeling on the design surface even though it can be manufactured by a simple manufacturing process. Is to provide.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the vehicle interior material of the present invention is a vehicle interior material in which the surface of the base material is covered with a covering member made of a skin material and an ornament material. It is assumed that a wood grain groove is disposed at a required portion of at least a portion covered with the ornament material, while the ornament material bulges at a position corresponding to the wood grain groove in a direction opposite to the wood grain groove. As a molding ornament material having a molding ridge, the molding ridge is reversed and intervened in a grained groove of the base material. Note that the ornament material in such an invention may be covered with a skin material except for a portion of the substrate surface where the ornament material is provided, and a portion that is not covered with the skin material may be covered with the ornament material. However, the surface of the base material may be entirely covered with the skin material, and a part of the surface may be covered with the ornament material. In this case, the covering material is attached to the partial surface of the skin material. As attached, the molding collar that bulges in the opposite direction to the grained groove is also molded into the skin material at the same time, and this molding collar may be reversed and intervened in the graining groove of the base material, This is the invention of claim 2.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below in the case of a door trim for an automobile.
1 is a mold for holding the covering member used in the manufacturing process of the vehicle interior material of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a mold for holding the base material used in the manufacturing process of the vehicle interior material of the present invention, and FIG. 4 shows a state in which the covering member holding mold and the base material holding mold are combined and the covering member is adhered to the surface of the base material. FIG. 5 is a partial enlarged cross-sectional view of the vehicle interior material of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the entire vehicle interior material of the present invention. The vehicle interior material shown in FIG. 6 is a door trim in which a pattern portion 4 made of an ornament material in which a linear deep groove pattern 3 is formed on a door trim upper 2 above an armrest portion 1 is provided. A covering member in which the ornament material 8 is attached to a required portion of the surface, 13 is a base material, 21 is a mold for holding the covering member, and 24 is a mold for holding the base material.
[0007]
The above-described base material 13 is a molded base material in which a wood grain groove 28 is disposed in advance at a site where at least the ornament material 8 is attached, and the above-described covering member 7 has at least the ornament material 8 A forming collar portion 27 swelled in a direction opposite to the wood grain groove 28 is formed in advance with the skin material 9 in correspondence with the position of the wood grain groove 28 of the base material 13 described above. As there is.
[0008]
On the other hand, the above-described mold 21 for holding the covering member has a recess for interposing a molding collar 27 formed at a portion where at least the ornament material 8 of the above-described covering member 7 is attached to a required portion of the mold surface 22. A large number of grooves 23 are provided, and the covering member described above can be held on the mold surface 22 by means such as suction, with the forming collar 27 interposed in the concave groove 23. The covering member holding die 21 may be used only for bonding the base material and the covering member, but also serves as a forming die for sucking the covering member provided with the forming collar 27. It is good.
[0009]
Further, the above-described base material holding mold 24 is provided with a concave groove 25 for interposing a wood grain groove 28 formed in the above-described base material 13 at a required portion of the mold surface 26. The base material 13 can be held on the mold surface 26 by an arbitrary means in a state in which the above-mentioned wood grain groove 28 is interposed in the concave groove 25. The substrate holding mold 24 may also be used only for bonding the substrate and the covering member, but also serves as a mold for forming the substrate 13 provided with the wood groove 28. It may be a thing.
[0010]
Then, as shown in FIG. 1, a covering member holding mold 21 holding the covering member 7 on the mold surface 22, and a covering member holding mold holding the base material 13 on the mold surface 26. As shown in FIG. 3, the substrate 13 is disposed so as to be opposed to each other, and an adhesive layer is formed on the surface of the substrate 13 excluding the inside of the wood grain groove 28. A portion of the skin material 9 excluding the forming collar portion 27 is bonded to the surface material 9. After the bonding, the mold opening slip is integrated with the base material 13 which is removed from the covering member holding mold 21 and held by the base material holding mold 24.
[0011]
Further, the covering member holding mold 21 is divided into a plurality of split molds, and after the skin material 9 is set on the split mold arranged with gaps, the pressing jig or the base material holding mold 24 is mounted. The built-in presser or the like is pressed into the gap between the split molds to secure the skin material development length to form the forming collar part 27, and the split mold is slid sideways to press and clamp the molding collar part 27 from the left and right. This also makes it possible to form the forming collar portion 27 on the covering member 7. After the forming collar 27 is formed, the gap formed by sliding the mold 21 is filled by raising the gap filling mold from below, and is held by the mold 24 on the skin material 9 on which the forming jig 27 is formed. After the base material 13 is brought into contact with and joined, it is demolded.
[0012]
In this way, the covering member 7 is bonded and integrated in a state where the forming collar 27 is bulged in the direction opposite to the grain groove 28 on the surface of the base material 13 held by the base material holding die 24. Then, if the above-described forming collar portion 27 is pushed toward the graining groove 28 with a pushing pin or the like, the shaping collar portion 27 is intervened in the graining groove 28 of the base material 13 as an inverted state. If the base material 13 is removed from the base material holding mold 24, as shown in FIG. 6, the door trim decorated with the decorative portion 4 made of ornament material provided with a large number of linear deep groove patterns 3 is formed. Will be obtained.
[0013]
In this way, the width and depth of the wood-grooving groove 28 of the base material 13 and the forming collar portion 27 of the covering member 7 are preliminarily molded into an arbitrary width and depth. Since the linear deep groove pattern 3 having a thickness can be formed on the ornament material 8, a decorative part having a sufficient volume feeling can be obtained, and the manufacturing process is simple. Since it is not necessary to bond the entire surface to the covering member 7, the amount of adhesive used is small, and the tip of the forming collar portion 27 is not necessarily required to be in contact with the deepest portion of the wood grain groove 28 of the base material 13. However, it is only necessary to include the grain to such an extent that the deep groove pattern 3 is formed, so that a series of operations can be performed easily and quickly, and there is an advantage that a product having a voluminous volume on the design surface can be provided at low cost.
[0014]
In the above description, the surface of the base material 13 is entirely covered with the skin material 9, and a part of the surface of the skin material 9 is covered with the ornament material 8. Of course, the cover material 9 may be covered except for the portion where the ornament material 8 is provided, and the portion not covered with the skin material 9 may be covered with the ornament material 8.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the vehicle interior material according to the present invention is a vehicle interior material in which the surface of the base material is covered with a covering member made of a skin material and an ornament material, and the base material has at least an ornament material on the surface thereof. On the other hand, it is assumed that a grained groove is disposed in a required part of the part to be covered with, while the ornament material is formed in a position corresponding to the grained groove and is swelled in a direction opposite to the grained groove As a molding ornament material having a shape, this molding ridge part is inverted and intervened in the wood grain groove of the base material, so that it can be manufactured by a simple manufacturing process, but exhibits a sufficient volume feeling on the design surface It is possible to provide an inexpensive vehicle interior material that can be manufactured.
Therefore, the present invention is of great industrial value as a solution to the problems of this type of conventional vehicle interior material.
