T1=Tm ……(3)
T2=−Te ……(4)
T12=K12(δ2−δ1) ……(5)
【0020】
Tm=Tm0=Te0 ……(8)

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
(1) Since the shaft torsion torque is detected by the FM receiver, the torque gauge must be attached to the exposed part. Therefore, a torque gauge is attached to the shaft of the gas turbine. The shaft torsion torque detected there is different from the shaft torsion torque applied to the shear pin, and the life cannot be accurately predicted.
[0006]
(2) Although the magnitude of the shaft torsion torque can be detected, it is impossible to predict the life of the shear pin (in what number of cycles it will break).
[0007]
(3) Since the FM receiver is used, the configuration of the shaft torque device becomes complicated.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a shaft torque monitoring device for a gas turbine generator that calculates the torque applied to a shear pin and accumulates the torque to predict the life of the shear pin. Is an issue.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the terminal voltage and current of the generator are detected, the detected signal is digitally converted and input to the arithmetic processing unit, and input to the arithmetic processing unit. In an axial torque monitoring device for a gas turbine generator that processes a signal and sends an alarm,
The arithmetic processing unit, an electrical output torque calculating section for calculating the electrical output torque voltage value of two phases are entered, from the constant current value and the generator of the 2 phases are entered, calculated by the torque calculation unit Integral to calculate the torsional torque from the measured torque, the electrical output torque immediately before the accident and the generator constant, and to solve the differential equation that is a reduction of the binary simultaneous differential equation consisting of the prime mover and generator A shaft torsion torque calculation unit constituted only by a calculation unit, an SN curve storage unit for storing an SN curve indicating the relationship between stress applied to the shear pin and life and converted into torque-to-life data, and shaft torsion torque and shear pins lifetime calculating unit for accumulating this by calculating the shear pin lifetime from the shaft torsional history torque and S-N curve data calculated by the calculating section, calculated in the shear pin lifetime calculating unit And a detection unit for issuing an alarm when the Eapin life becomes smaller than a preset value,
The life of the shear pin is predicted by an alarm from the detection unit .
[0010]
The second invention is characterized in that the arithmetic processing unit comprises a microprocessor.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, before describing the embodiment of the present invention, a gas turbine generator rotor represented by two masses will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 2, since the rotor of the gas turbine generator can be considered as a plurality of masses connected by springs, the following equations (1) and (2) are established according to Newton's law.
[0013]
[Expression 1]
[0014]
In the equations (1) and (2), J 1 and J 2 are masses of the rotating body, T 1 and T 2 are torques applied to the rotating body, T 12 is an axial torque, and δ 1 and δ 2 are mechanical phases. It is a horn.
[0015]
The torque given from the outside becomes the following formulas (3) and (4).
T 1 = T m (3)
T 2 = −T e (4)
Here, T m is a mechanical input torque, and Te is an electrical output torque.
[0016]
Further, the axial torque T 12 is expressed by the following equation (5).
T 12 = K 12 (δ 2 −δ 1 ) (5)
However, K 12 is a spring constant.
[0017]
The above formulas (1) to (5) can be summarized as the following formulas (6a) and (6b).
[0018]
[Expression 2]
[0019]
The electrical output torque can be expressed by the following equation (7).
Te (t) = v a (t) i a (t) + v b (t) i b + v c (t) i c (t) (7)
However,
v a , v b , v c : Generator terminal voltage
i a , i b , i c : Within a few cycles from the occurrence of the generator terminal current accident, the influence of the governor can be ignored, so the mechanical input torque is constant, and its value is equal to the value immediately before the accident. Can think. Moreover, since it is in a steady state before an accident occurs, the values of the mechanical input torque and the electrical output torque are equal. Therefore, the mechanical input torque after the accident can be approximated with the electrical output torque immediately before the accident.
[0020]
T m = T m0 = T e0 (8)
However,
T m0: accident shortly before the mechanical input torque T e0: electrical output torque of the accident immediately before FIG. 3 is a characteristic diagram of the electric output torque and axial torsional torque.
[0021]
Here, the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. The same parts as those in FIG. In FIG. 1, the terminal voltage and current of the

[0023]
If the history of shaft torsion torque is known, it can be related to the SN curve shown in FIG. This SN curve is a curve showing the relationship between the stress applied to the shear pin and the life (cycle), and is supplied from the shear pin manufacturer. The stress versus life data is converted into torque versus life data, and then stored in advance in the SN

When this equation (10) is substituted into equation (7), the following equation (11) is obtained.

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. The binary simultaneous differential equations of the equations (6a) and (6b) can be reduced to one differential equation. That is, the following formula (12) is obtained from the formula (6a) / J 1- (6b) / J 2 .

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it becomes possible to calculate the accumulation of fatigue from the value of the shaft torque, and when there is any disturbance, the following determination is possible.
(A) Continue to operate the generator and do not check the shear pin.
(B) Continue the operation of the generator and plan to check the shear pin at the next stop.
(C) Immediately stop the operation of the generator and do not operate until the inspection of the shear pin is completed.
Therefore, the following advantages can be obtained.
(1) The operation of the generator will not be stopped unnecessarily.
