Description

【0001】

The cylindrical portion 66 is rotatably fitted to the fixed shaft 58, and the ball transfer means 40 is supported rotatably and detachably on the inner peripheral side of the ball receiving means 39 via the cylindrical portion 66 and the fixed shaft 58. Yes.
[0021]
A pinion gear 68 is engaged with the gear 67, and the pinion gear 68 is fixed to a drive shaft 69 of the electric drive means 41. The electric drive means 41 is composed of a stepping motor or the like, and is detachably fixed to the outside of the support member 60. The gear 67 and the pinion gear 68 are covered from the outside by the support member 60.
[0022]
The ball receiving means 39 and the ball transfer means 40 are formed of a synthetic resin material having wear resistance such as nylon or Duracon so as to prevent wear due to contact of the game ball or the like. In addition, as long as it is an abrasion resistant material, you may use metal materials other than a synthetic resin material. Further, a bush or the like having good slipperiness may be interposed between the fixed shaft 58 and the cylindrical portion 66.
[0023]
The payout control board 36, when there is a prize ball payout request from the main control board 28 side and a loan ball payout request from the automatic ball lending machine 2 side, receives a predetermined number of game balls according to the payout request. The electric drive means 41 is controlled so as to be paid out, and at the time of stop, the opening 63 of the ball transfer means 40 corresponds to the communication portion 46 of the guide passage 42 and the pair of transfer portions 61 on both sides in the circumferential direction communicate with each other. The electric drive means 41 is controlled so as to stop at positions corresponding to both sides in the circumferential direction of the portion 46.
[0024]
It should be noted that the two left and right transfer portions 61 of the ball transfer means 40 are arranged so that the opening 63 in each row corresponds to the communication portion 46 when stopped and the guide passage 42 is supplied when the game balls are supplied in an empty state. Are formed in substantially the same straight line so as not to collide with the transfer part 61. Accordingly, when the game balls are paid out alternately to the left and right payout passages 43, two rows of game balls are alternately discharged from the ball transfer means 40 through the payout end 71 of the guide peripheral wall 70 of the payout chamber 38. The position may be shifted in the circumferential direction.
[0025]
Next, the operation in the above configuration will be described. Normally, the ball transfer means 40 of the ball paying means 26 has an opening 63 corresponding to the communication part 46 of the guide passage 42 and the transfer part 61 being disengaged on both sides in the circumferential direction of the communication part 46. Therefore, in a state where the game ball is filled in the guide passage 42 of the ball payout means 26, one game ball is received by the ball receiving means 39 in a state where the game ball enters the opening 63, and the subsequent game ball is received by the guide passage. 42 are arranged in a line.
[0026]
When there is a lending ball payout request from the automatic ball lending machine 2 and the electric drive means 41 is actuated to start the ball transfer means 40 in the payout direction, the ball transfer means 40 is passed through the pinion gear 68 and the gear 67. When the rotational force is transmitted, the ball transfer means 40 supported by the fixed shaft 58 via the cylindrical portion 66 rotates in the payout direction in the direction indicated by arrow a, and the game balls in the guide passage 42 are sequentially paid out. .
[0027]
When the ball transfer means 40 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow a during this payout, the lower game ball in the guide passage 42 is pushed by the load of the subsequent game ball every time the opening 63 corresponds to the communication portion 46. Then, it sequentially enters the opening 63 and is received by the ball receiving means 39 on the inner peripheral side within the opening 63. Then, the game ball that has entered the opening 63 is sent in the payout direction by the transfer portion 61 by the rotation of the ball transfer means 40 along the outer periphery of the ball receiving means 39, and then the guide ball 70 of the payout chamber 38. It moves from the payout end 71 to the payout passage 43.
[0028]
In this case, since the switching means 52 is switched to the lending ball passage 51 side, the game balls in the payout passage 43 are guided to the lending ball passage 51 by the switching means 52, and the lending balls are passed through the lending ball passage 51. The confirmation switch 55 detects the lending ball.
[0029]
In the case of a prize ball payout request, the switching means 52 is switched to the prize ball path 50 side, so that the game balls in the payout path 43 are paid out as prize balls through the switching means 52 and the prize ball path 50. The confirmation switch 54 detects the game ball.
[0030]
When the game ball in the ball storage means 24 is extracted, if the operation means is operated to unlock the opening / closing lid 48, the opening / closing lid 48 rotates around the pivot 49 by the load of the game ball in the guide passage 42. Then, the extraction port 47 is opened. As a result, all the game balls on the upstream side from the payout chamber 38 flow down to the discharge passage 44 from the extraction port 47, and the game balls can be extracted.
[0031]
When there is no game ball in the ball storage means 24, the game ball is supplied from the game ball supply system on the game island side. In this case, when the game balls in the ball payout means 26 are empty and the game balls are supplied to the ball storage means 24, the game balls are passed from the ball storage means 24 through the ball supply means 25 to the ball payout means 26 side. Sent.
[0032]
In the ball payout means 26, the game ball from the ball supply means 25 flows down to the payout chamber 38 side through the guide passage 42, and the first game ball enters the opening 63 of the ball transfer means 40 and enters the ball receiving means 39. Abuts on the outer periphery. Then, when the first game ball comes into contact with the ball receiving means 39, the subsequent game balls are sequentially accumulated in a line from the lower side in the guide passage 42, and then the guide passage 42 of the ball payout means 26 from the ball storage means 24. The whole of go full.
[0033]
When the game ball in the guide passage 42 is empty, the game ball flows downward while rolling through the ball storage means 24, the ball supply means 25, the guide passage 42, etc., so the first game ball is the subsequent game ball. The ball receiving means 39 may collide with impact while receiving the inertial force or the like. However, the ball receiving means 39 and the ball transfer means 40 on the outer peripheral side thereof are configured as separate members, the ball receiving means 39 is fixed to the payout case 37 side, and the ball transfer means 40 is connected via a gear 67 and a pinion gear 68. Since it is driven by the electric drive means 41, the impact of the ball supply system game ball can be received on the ball receiving means 39 side, and damage to the electrical drive means 41 due to the impact at the time of supply of the game ball is possible. It can be prevented beforehand.
[0034]
When the ball transfer means 40 is stopped, the opening 63 corresponds to the communication portion 46 of the guide passage 42, and the transfer portions 61 on both sides of the opening 63 are disengaged on both sides in the circumferential direction of the communication portion 46. Therefore, although the game ball received by the ball receiving means 39 is transferred in the payout direction by the ball transfer means 40 on the outer peripheral side of the ball receiving means 39, the game ball at the time of replenishment is It is possible to prevent the ball transfer means 40 from damaging the ball transfer means 40 due to the impact of the game ball without impacting the ball transfer means 40 and, in particular, the transfer portion 61 thereof.
[0035]
Further, since the ball receiving means 39 is a fixed type and the ball transfer means 40 on the outer periphery thereof is a rotary type, there is less backlash compared to the case where the ball receiving means 39 is a rotary type, and the game ball is paid out smoothly. be able to. In addition, since the ball transfer means 40 is rotatably supported by the fixed shaft 58 via the cylindrical portion 66 on the inner peripheral side of the ball receiving means 39, the ball transfer means 40 is supported by the fixed shaft 58 with a simple structure. Can support reliably. Since the fixed shaft 58 is supported by the pair of support members 56 and 60 in a both-sided manner, shaft runout or the like during rotation of the ball transfer means 40 can be prevented.
[0036]
6 and 7 illustrate a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, both the ball receiving means 39 and the ball transferring means 40 are rotary, and the driving force of the electric driving means 41 is transmitted to the ball receiving means 39 via the ball transferring means 40.
[0037]
The ball receiving means 39 has a cylindrical outer periphery and is provided separately from the one support member 56, and both end sides are located within the annular receiving portion 72 of the one support member 56 and the stepped portion 64 of the ball transfer means 40. It is rotatably supported by a circumferential receiving portion 73. Further, on the inner periphery of the ball receiving means 39 and the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 66 of the ball transfer means 40, an engagement protrusion 74 is formed on one side, and an engagement recess 75 is formed on the other in the axial direction. The engagement protrusion 74 and the engagement recess 75 are engaged with each other so as to be freely disengageable in the axial direction.
[0038]
Note that the ball receiving means 39 may be supported on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 66 of the ball transfer means 40. A spline or the like may be employed instead of the engaging recess 75 and the engaging protrusion 74. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0039]
When paying out the game ball, the ball transfer means 40 rotates in the payout direction on the fixed shaft 58 by the driving force of the electric drive means 41, and the ball receiving means 39 is engaged with the engagement protrusion 74, the engagement recess 75, and the like. It rotates integrally with the ball transfer means 40 through the engagement structure. Also in this case, since the game ball does not vibrate or slide on the outer periphery of the ball receiving means 39, damage on the outer peripheral surface side of the ball receiving means 39 can be prevented.
[0040]
Further, since the ball receiving means 39 is driven by the electric driving means 41 via a separate ball transfer means 40, the ball receiving means 39 is directly driven by the electric driving means 41. Compared to the above, it is possible to prevent the electric drive means 41 from being damaged due to an impact when the game ball is replenished.
[0041]
FIG. 8 illustrates a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the ball receiving means 39 and the ball transferring means 40 are both rotary, and the ball receiving means 39 is provided so as to be freely rotatable, and the electric driving means 41 drives only the ball transferring means 40 in the payout direction. It is like that.
[0042]
The ball receiving means 39 has a cylindrical inner periphery and an outer periphery, is provided separately from one support member 56, and is loosely fitted on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 66 of the ball transfer means 40. . Other structures are the same as those of the first embodiment. As in the second embodiment, both end sides of the ball receiving means 39 can be freely rotated by a receiving portion 72 of one support member 56 and a receiving portion 73 on the inner peripheral side of the stepped portion 64 of the ball transferring means 40. You may make it support.
[0043]
When paying out the game ball, the electric driving means 41 rotates the ball transfer means 40 on the fixed shaft 58 in the payout direction. However, since the ball receiving means 39 is not fixed and is freely rotatable around the axis, it may be rotated in the payout direction via the frictional force of the game ball or the like when the ball transfer means 40 is rotated. Compared to the case where the ball receiving means 39 is fixed, damage on the outer peripheral surface side of the ball receiving means 39 can be prevented.
[0044]
FIG. 9 illustrates a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a cylindrical fixed shaft 58 is integrally provided on the support member 56 that supports the ball receiving means 39, and a shaft portion 76 on the ball transfer means 40 side is rotatably fitted in the fixed shaft 58. Yes. The electric drive means 41 is attached to a cover 77 that covers the gear 67 and the pinion gear 68. In this way, it is also possible to configure the ball transporting means 40 to be rotatably supported on the inner peripheral side of the ball receiving means 39. In addition, the ball receiving means 39 may be separated from the support member and rotatable or freely rotatable as in the other embodiments.
[0045]
FIG. 10 illustrates a fifth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the outer circumferences of both ends of the ball transfer means 40 are rotatably supported by the side walls 57 and 59 of the dispensing case 37, and the end portions of the ball reception means 39 are supported by the receiving portions 73 on the stepped portion 64 side of the ball transfer means 40. Are rotatably fitted. In this way, the ball transfer means 40 may be supported by the dispensing case 37 on the outer peripheral side thereof. In this case, the structure on the inner peripheral side of the ball receiving means 39 can be simplified. It is also possible to provide the ball receiving means 39 so as to be rotatable or freely rotatable by supporting the ball receiving means 39 by the ball transfer means 40.
[0046]
FIG. 11 illustrates a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a guide passage 42 is formed vertically in the payout case 37, and a ball receiving means 39 and a ball transfer means 40 are provided in a payout chamber 38 immediately below the guide passage 42. Also in this case, other structures can be implemented similarly to the first to fifth embodiments.
[0047]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail, this invention is not limited to this embodiment, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention. For example, in the embodiment, the two-row payout type ball payout means 26 is illustrated, but either a single-row type or a double-row type may be used. In addition, the ball payout means 26 of the embodiment is used for both the winning ball and the lending ball. However, a dedicated type for the winning ball or the lending ball may be used. The ball may be used and the other may be used for rental balls.
[0048]
When the ball receiving means 39 is fixed to the dispensing case 37, the ball receiving means 39 is formed integrally with the support member 56, or both are separated and fixed to the dispensing case 37 via the support member 56. good. The ball transfer means 40 may be provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the payout case 37 via the ball receiving means 39, or may be directly supported by the payout case 37 so as to be freely rotatable. Further, the support structure for the ball receiving means 39 and the ball transfer means 40 may be other than that exemplified in the embodiment.
[0049]
The outer periphery of the ball receiving means 39 may be coated with an abrasion resistant material. Further, a circumferential groove may be formed in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the ball receiving means 39, and the game ball may be received by the circumferential groove. Of course, the circumferential groove may be coated with an abrasion resistant material.
[0050]
