【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建築用吊下げ金具及びその施工治具並びにその施工方法に係り、さらに詳しく説明すると、建築構造物におけるH形鋼などを介して金属製折板材からなる屋根材や壁材が極めて簡易に構築できる建築用吊下げ金具と、この金属製折板材が正確に且つ強固に構築でき、使用法も簡便である施工治具と、さらに、金属製折板材からなる屋根材や壁材の施工が簡易に行える施工方法とに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、建築構造物において、例えば、そのH形鋼を介して金属製折板材からなる屋根を構築するには、例えば、図11に示す構築工法が採用されている。この工法は、図示するように建築構造物におけるH形鋼100のフランジ部101に略U形状の金具体110を挟持固定させて、その下部板111に垂下状に設けたネジ杆112に山座金120とフェルトパッキン121を介在させて金属製折板材125の頂面126に設けたネジ穴127を通した後、さらに、平座金122を介在させて前記ネジ杆112の下端部にナット123を締着させ、順次隣の頂面126a・・・を同様に締着させることで、H形鋼100に複数の金属製折板材125からなる屋根を設置している(実用新案登録第3013802号公報参照)。なお、金具体110の素材は、ある程度の弾性材で構成されており、その開口部113は、若干開口するように構成されている。

また、同じ権利者による上記実用新案と同様な技術思想に基づく略U形状の金具体を基本とする金具が意匠登録として開示されている(意匠登録第734823号公報、同734823号の類似1、同第739866号公報参照)。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】

上記実用新案登録の場合、屋根材の山ピッチに位置決めのための墨出しを行う必要があり、手間がかかる課題があった。また、H形鋼のフランジ部に金具体を取付けるには、その開口部を挟持させるため、フランジ部の厚みにより開口部が開かずに金具体を挟持させることができないので、その略U形状の開口部の寸法が異なる複数の金具体を準備する必要があった。

さらに、屋根材の取付けは、H形鋼の下面を基準にするため、歪みやうねりなどが位置決めの際、直接影響を及ぼしており、屋根材を取付ける際には、微調整を行う必要があるなどの課題があった。また、梁をまたぐ場合には、この金具体は使用できないし、ケバラを使用する場合には、梁を延出させる必要があった。

一方、意匠登録の場合も上記と同様な課題があり、これら課題を解決する必要が依然として残っていった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的は、建築構造物におけるH形鋼を介して金属製折板材からなる屋根材や壁材が極めて簡易に構築できる構成の建築用吊下げ金具と、この建築用吊下げ金具を取付けて屋根材や壁材を構築する際に使用する施工治具として、金属製折板材が正確、且つ強固に構築でき、その使用法も簡便である治具と、さらに、金属製折板材からなる屋根材や壁材の構築が簡易に行える施工方法とを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る請求項1記載の発明は、左右の鍔部と垂下部及び平らな底部から構成する長尺な金属材からなる皿状体であって、前記底部の長手方向に沿って等間隔に先端を尖鋭部とした複数個の剣先ボルトが下方に向けて垂下状に形成さ
れ、前記底部に等間隔に複数個の位置決め兼用水抜き穴が設けられていることを特徴とする。

本発明に係る建築用吊下げ金具によれば、建築用吊下げ金具に等間隔に形成させた剣先ボルトを介して金属製折板材の頂面に等間隔に設けられたネジ穴に山座金などで締着できるため、建築構造物におけるH形鋼などの取付け面に金属製折板材からなる屋根材や壁材の構築が簡易に行える。また、皿状体構成の建築用吊下げ金具内に雨水が浸入しても、その底部に複数個の位置決め兼用水抜き穴が設けられているため、雨水が溜まることがなくなり、建築用吊下げ金具の腐敗が防げる。

本発明に係る建築用施工治具によれば、この施工治具には、等間隔に位置決め用突起とボルト逃げ穴とが形成されていること共に、少なくとも2本目用の墨出し線が取付け面の長手方向中心部に描いてあるため、2本目の建築用吊下げ金具は勿論のこと、3本目以降も施工治具を使用することにより取付け面に対して正確に行える。また、施工治具の小突起により建築用吊下げ金具の横方向のズレが防げるし、この施工治具に幅狭部を設けたことにより、施工治具の軽量化と施工時の建築用吊下げ金具に対する仮止め溶接が簡易に行えること及び幅狭部による建築用吊下げ金具の取付け位置が正確に真直ぐに延出しているかを作業者が目視でき、従って正確な金属製折板材の構築ができる。

本発明に係る建築用施工方法によれば、1本目の建築用吊下げ金具は、長手方向中心部に沿う墨出し線とスタート位置を示す墨出し線とを描く工程で、取付け面に正確に固着できる。2本目は長手方向中心部に沿う墨出し線と隣接し合う1本目と2本目とに、その位置決め用突起と位置決め兼用水抜き穴及びボルト逃げ穴と剣先ボルトとを挿通させると工程などで、建築用吊下げ金具は同様に取付け面に正確に固着できる。また、3本目以降は長手方向中心部に沿う墨出し線が、存在しなくても施工治具を使用ことで同様に取付け面に建築用吊下げ金具が正確に固着できる。

【発明の実施の形態】

最初に、建築用吊下げ金具1について説明する。この建築用吊下げ金具1は、図1〜図3に図示するように所定の長さを備える長尺な金属材からなる皿状体2で形成されている。つまり、この皿状体2は、左右の鍔部20,20と垂下部21,21及び平らな底部22を備える断面形状が皿状体2に形成され、底部22に先端を尖鋭部23としたボルト24(以下、剣先ボルトと云う)が3個等間隔に、尖鋭部23を下方に向けて垂下状に設けられている。さらに、底部22の両端から等間隔に4個の位置決め兼用水抜き穴25,26が設けられ、この内、両端の水抜き穴26は、小形状に形成されているが、同じ形状の大きさでもよいこと勿論である。

この皿状体2の材質は、金属材であればよく、例えば、亜鉛メッキ鋼板や高耐性圧延鋼材、着色亜鉛鉄板、溶融アルミニウムメッキ鋼板及び塗装ステンレス鋼板などの金属材が好ましい。

上記水抜き穴25,26は、4個形成されており、図示のように等間隔に設けることが好ましいが、特に、両端の小形状の水抜き穴26の穴は、必ずしも円形状の穴に限定されるものではない。また、皿状体2の中央部を示す目印として、鍔部20の下面201に刻印27が刻んであるが、必ずしも鍔部20の下面201に限定されるものでもなく、図示省略するが、鍔部20の下面201から上面200に連続状に続けて刻印27してもよい。

上記建築用吊下げ金具1の使用方法を説明する。図3に示すようにH形鋼3の下方のフランジ部30の下面31に、H形鋼3に構築する屋根の大きさに応じて複数個の建築用吊下げ金具1をその上面200とフランジ部30の下面31とを当接させ、この鍔部20の上面200とフランジ部30の下面31との所定個所に複数個の溶接32,32,…を施して建築用吊下げ金具1をフランジ部30に固着させることにより、金属製折板材5が取付けられる。

詳しくは、建築用吊下げ金具1の剣先ボルト24に図示する山座金53とフェルトパッキン54とを介在させて金属製折板材5の頂面50に設けたネジ穴55(図示省略)を通した後、平座金56を介在させて前記剣先ボルト24の下端部にナット56を締着させ、順次隣の頂面50,50,・・・に同様に剣先ボルト24を締着させることで、H形鋼3のフランジ部30の下面31に固着させた複数個の建築用吊下げ金具1を介して金属製折板材5が構築されている。この頂面50のネジ穴55(図示省略)は、予め事前に金属製折板材5の各頂面50にそれぞれ形成されており、定められた取付けピッチで穴55が開けられている。

この建築用吊下げ金具1は、通称88タイプと称する三つ山からなる金属製折板構成の屋根材5に対応させるものであり、図示のように屋根材は、頂面50と底面51及び傾斜面52とで形成されている。

図4及び図5に示す建築用吊下げ金具10は、上記建築用吊下げ金具1とは剣先ボルト24の数が異なっており、この例では、皿状体2に2個の剣先ボルト24が等間隔に設けてある。また、3個の位置決め兼用水抜き穴25が形成されており、この水抜き穴25は、等間隔に設けてあることが好ましい。

この建築用吊下げ金具10は、通称150タイプと称する二つ山からなる折板構成の金属製折板材5aに使用される屋根材である。図5に示すように、剣先ボルト24に山座金53とフェルトパッキン54とを介在させて金属製折板材5aの頂面50に設けたネジ穴55を通した後、平座金56を介在させて剣先ボルト24の下端部にナット57を締着させて、H形鋼3のフランジ部30の下面31に建築用吊下げ金具10が固着されている。

次に、施工治具4について説明する。図6に示す施工治具4は、上記する88タイプの金属製折板構成の屋根材5に適用できるものである。つまり、平面から見て左右両端部と中央部とが幅広部41,42を備える所定厚みの帯状体43からなり、左右及び中央部の幅広部41,42の上面に複数個の小突起44,44…が設けてあり、左右の幅広部41,41の近傍に位置する幅狭部45の上面に位置決め用の突起46,46がそれぞれ設けてある。また、この左右の幅狭部45,45の近傍に建築用吊下げ金具1の剣先ボルト24が挿通するボルト逃げ穴47,47がそれぞれ設けられている。48は、下面の中央部に設けられたハンドルであり、このハンドル48の両端部のネジ部には、それぞれナット480が締着させ、このナット480が小穴49に挿通させてハンドル48が設けられている。

さらに、この施工治具4を使用した施工方法を図7及び図8により説明する。目的とする屋根材を構築する、例えば、H形鋼3のフランジ部30の下面31には、その建築用吊下げ金具1の長手方向中心部に沿う横方向に延びる墨出し線300(図7のイ)と、建築用吊下げ金具1のスタート位置を示す縦方向の墨出し線301(図7のロ)とが描かれている工程が示されている。なお、この墨出し線300及び301を描く順序は、前記と逆でもよい。なお、このスタート位置には、建築用吊下げ金具1の端部若しくはこの建築用吊下げ金具1の刻印27を縦方向の墨出し線301に合致させればよい。

そして、この墨出し線300及び301をスタート位置として、この墨出し線300及び301に沿わせて建築用吊下げ金具1を、その左端部と中心部とを墨出し線300及び301に揃えて鍔部20,20の上面200をフランジ部30の下面31に密に当接させ、この当接部の複数個所に溶接32,32,…を施して建築用吊下げ金具1を固着させる(図7のハ)工程がある。

続いて、この固着された建築用吊下げ金具1の右隣りに、左端部を配するように次の建築用吊下げ金具1aを作業者が把持して、鍔部20,20の上面200とフランジ部30の下面31とを当接させる。そして、この左右の建築用吊下げ金具1,1aの隣り合う隣接部28と、作業者が把持している施工治具4の略中央部とを合致させて、施工治具4の上面を建築用吊下げ金具1,1aに重ね合わせ、両位置決め突起体46,46の先端部を建築用吊下げ金具1,1aのそれぞれ左右の位置決め兼用水抜き穴25,25に挿通させる。これとと共に、建築用吊下げ金具1,1aの両剣先ボルト24,24を左右のボルト逃げ穴47,47に挿通させて、2本目の建築用吊下げ金具1aの取付け位置が墨出し線301に沿って正確に位置決めされているかを作業者が目視する工程を行う。

次に、作業者が正確な位置決めであることを確認できたら、この施工治具4から露出している鍔部20の部分に仮止めの溶接32a,32a(図7のニ)を行う工程がある。その後、施工金具4を建築用吊下げ金具1,1aから外した後、2本目の建築用吊下げ金具1aに残る部位に正確な複数個の溶接32,32を施す(図7のホ)工程を経て、以下同様な作業を繰り返すことにより、目的の建築用吊下げ金具1,1a,…をH形鋼3のフランジ部30に固着させることができる。なお、墨出し線301は、1本目及び2本目の建築用吊下げ金具1,1a用としては必ず必要であるが、3本目以降には必ずしも必要なものではなく、その使用は任意である。

このように目的の建築用吊下げ金具1,1a,…を複数個、H形鋼3のフランジ部30などの取付け面に正確に固着させた後、この建築用吊下げ金具1,1a…に突設されている剣先ボルト24,24,…を金属製折板材5の各頂面50に形成されているネジ穴55にそれぞれ通した上、山座金53及びフェルトパッキン54,平座金56,ナット57などを介在させて金属製折板材5が構築させられる。

図9に示す施工治具40は、図6に示す施工治具4と基本的に同じ構成であるため、同じ構成は図6に示す符号と同じ符号を付し、これと異なる構成を説明する。この施工治具40は、上記のように通称150タイプと称する二つ山からなる折板構成の金属製折板材5aに適用されるものである。つまり、中央部の幅広部42の両端近傍に位置する左右の幅狭部45,45に位置決め用突起460,460がそれぞれ設けてあり、上記施工治具4と異なって、左右の幅広部41の近傍には、ボルト逃げ穴47,47がそれぞれ設けられている。

次に、上記施工治具40の使用した施工方法を説明する。この方法は、上記施工治具4と基本的に同じ構成であるため、同様に同じ構成は同一符号を付して構成を説明する。所定の金属製折板材5aを構築するために、例えば、H形鋼3のフランジ部30の下面31には、複数個の建築用吊下げ金具10のスタート位置を示す縦方向の墨出し線300(図10のイ)と、中央長手方向に沿う横方向に延びる墨出し線301(図10のロ)とが描かれている工程を備えている。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記構成であるから、次のような効果がある。
本発明に係る建築用吊下げ金具によると、その建築用吊下げ金具に等間隔に形成させた剣先ボルトで、金属製折板材の屋根材や壁材の頂面に設けられたネジ穴を介して山座金やパッキン材などで気密性を保って締着できるため、建築構造物におけるH形鋼などの取付け面に屋根材や壁材の構築が簡易に行える。

本発明に係る建築用吊下げ金具の底部には、複数個の位置決め兼用水抜き穴が設けられているから、雨水が浸入しても溜まることがなくなり、建築用吊下げ金具の腐敗を防ぐことができる。
