本発明は、菓子、紅茶、ふりかけ食品をはじめとする各種食品類や、文具類や事務用品類など、各種物品を包装する易開封ガゼット袋状容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
柔軟性のあるフィルムを用いて製袋された易開封性のガゼット袋状容器としては、袋の上端部にある密封シール部の外端部の一部に１つの切込部を設け、その切込部から袋の上端部を１本の切り裂きライン相当部に沿って切り裂いて開封できるようにしたものがある。

上記のような従来の易開封性のガゼット袋状容器を開封する際は、袋状容器の上端部の１つの切込部より上側と下側のそれぞれ袋部分を手指で摘んで、その切込部を開封開始点として、その切込部より上側と下側のそれぞれ袋部分を互いに反対方向に引っ張りながら、１本の切り裂きライン相当部に沿って切り裂いて開封していた。

また、上記易開封性のガゼット袋状容器は、袋の上端部を切り裂いて開封する形式であるため、切り裂いた袋の上端部のフィルム片は廃棄され、開封後の袋状容器を再封する際には、開口した袋の上端部を折り曲げたり、丸めたりして再封するようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように従来の易開封性のガゼット袋状容器の開封においては、手指による摘まみ方や摘まむ方向や摘まむ力等の開封条件に個人差があり、この開封条件が微妙にフィルムの開封方向や開封形状に影響して、切り裂き方向が正規の切り裂きライン相当部の方向から外れたり、開封形状が不揃いになり易く、また、開封後の袋状容器を再封する際には、開口した袋の上端部を折り曲げたり丸めたりして再封するしかなかった。

本発明は、上記のような不都合を解消することにあり、手指による開封時の開封条件によるフィルムの開封方向や開封形状への影響を少なくして開封形状がなるべく揃うようにするとともに、開封後の袋状容器を再封する際には、開口した袋の上端部を折り曲げたり丸めたりせずに再封できるようにすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項１に係る発明は、縦シール部１１を設けた筒状フィルムの左右両側部にＶ字状に折り込まれたガゼット折り部を備えた袋状容器であって、少なくとも内容物の充填により天部と四角形筒状の側部と該容器を自立可能とする平坦状四角形底部とが形成されるガゼット袋状容器において、前記四角形筒状の側部を形成する四つの側板２、３、４、５が各折目を介して順に連設され、該側板５の外側端部に貼着板６が連設されていて、該貼着板６は折目ｇを介してＶ字状に第１貼着板６ａと第２貼着板６ｂとして四角形筒状の外側に折り返され、且つ前記側板２の端部と第２貼着板６ｂとが互いに縦方向に重ね合わせられ、その重ね合わせ内面が接合シールされて三枚のフィルム板による縦シール部１１が形成され、該縦シール部１１の一部領域におけるそのシール部外端側から内端側に亘って易剥離性シール領域１２が設けられ、該易剥離性シール領域１２の上側フィルム外端縁に縦シール部１１に対して直交する方向に２個所（２本）の切込部による開封カッティング開始用のタブ２２が刻切され、該タブ２２より縦シール部１１に対して直交する方向に、袋状容器の四角形筒状の側部全周に亘って帯状に切り裂き開封可能であることを特徴とする易開封ガゼット袋状容器である。

上記易剥離性シール領域１２における上側のフィルム（所謂、側板２のフィルム）の外端縁には、線形状に２本（又は切欠形状に２個所）の切込部１３、１４（ノッチ１３、１４）が、縦シール部１１の長手方向に対して直交する方向に形成されて、袋状容器の四角形状の側部を全周に亘って帯状に開封カッティングするためのカッティング開始用のタブ２２が刻切されている。

上記タブ２２は、その外端縁（タブ先端）が、図１（ｂ）に示すように縦シール部１１の重ね合わせシールされた上側フィルム（側板２の外端部）と下側フィルム（第２貼着板６ｂ）のそれぞれ外端縁と同じ線上に揃うように整合して設けられていてもよいし、あるいは手指にて掴み易いように、該縦シール部１１の下側フィルム外端縁より僅かに突出して設けられていてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明の易開封ガゼット袋状容器は、手指による開封時の開封条件によるフィルムの開封方向や開封形状への影響を少なくして開封形状（開封カッティングライン）が揃うようにすることができ、開封後の袋状容器を再封する際には、開口した袋の上端部を折り曲げたり丸めたりせずに、袋状容器の上部を再封用の蓋部として利用できる効果があり、菓子、紅茶、ふりかけ食品をはじめとする各種食品類や、文具類や事務用品類など各種物品を包装する袋状容器として効果的である。
