Description

【0001】

In the eyelash forming tool, since it is indispensable to operate the second clamping part so as not to interfere with the eyelash clamping operation by the regulation part and the first clamping part, the regulation part and the first clamping part before the eyelash clamping The second holding part is located farther from the defining part than the first holding part, and the first holding part and the defining part are After the eyelashes are clamped, a structure is adopted in which the second clamping part passes over the defining part and the first clamping part clamps the eyelashes. However, for that purpose, there is a problem that the operation amount of the operation handle for moving the second clamping part is inevitably long and difficult to use, and the eyelash forming tool cannot be configured compactly.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and has a large amount of movement of the second clamping portion with a small amount of operation of the operation handle, which is easy to use and can be configured compactly. An object is to provide a forming tool.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the eyelashes are sandwiched between the defining portion that holds one of the eyelashes and the defining portion so as to be relatively close to and away from the defining portion. A first sandwiching portion; a second sandwiching portion that presses a protruding end portion of the eyelash toward the defining portion side with the eyelash sandwiched between the defining portion and the sandwiching portion; and the first sandwiching portion and the second sandwiching portion. In the eyelash forming tool provided with the operation handle to be moved, the second holding part is provided on the first holding part and moves along with the first holding part, and the operation of the operation handle is directly transmitted to the second holding part. It is set as the structure to which the further driving force is provided from the transmission part to perform.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the first aspect of the present invention, a gear provided on the first clamping unit is arranged such that the transmission unit rotates in accordance with the movement of the first clamping unit. A rotational driving force is applied to the second clamping unit.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the second aspect, the transmission portion meshes with the pinion gear made of the gear and the gear when the first holding portion moves. Consists of a first rack formed in the forming tool body and a second rack provided in the second clamping portion so as to mesh with the gear and transmit the rotational driving force of the gear. It is.
[0008]
According to these configurations, since the movement amount of the second clamping unit is a combination of the movement operation of the first clamping unit and the driving force applied from the transmission unit, the movement amount of the second clamping unit is It becomes larger than the operation handle operation amount. Therefore, even if the operation amount of the operation handle is small, the movement amount of the second clamping portion can be increased, so that the usability can be improved and the molding tool can be configured compactly.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the third aspect, the number of teeth of the pinion gear is different between a side meshing with the first rack and a side meshing with the second rack. It is
[0010]
According to this configuration, by moving the number of teeth of the pinion gear on the side meshing with the first rack and the side meshing with the second rack, the amount of movement of the second clamping portion relative to the amount of operation of the operating handle can be reduced. Fine adjustment is possible.
[0011]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the first aspect, the transmission portion is provided with a rotation shaft in the main body of the forming tool, and ends of the first holding portion and the second holding portion. A link member connected to the first holding portion, the connecting portion with the first holding portion being provided closer to the rotating shaft than the connecting portion with the second holding portion, and the first holding portion when the first holding portion is moved by the operating handle By making the movement amount of the second clamping part larger than that of the part, a further driving force is applied to the second clamping part.
[0012]
According to this configuration, when the first holding portion is moved by operating the operation handle and the link member is rotated about the rotation axis, the movement amount of the second holding portion is the amount of movement of the first holding portion and the operation of the operation handle. Since it becomes larger than the amount, the usability can be improved and the molding tool can be made compact.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 6 is the eyelash forming tool according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first sandwiching portion includes a tip portion in contact with the defining portion and the second sandwiching portion. And it is set as the structure divided | segmented into 2 members of the main-body part connected with the transmission part, and these both members are connected via the elastic body.
[0014]
According to this configuration, the distal end portion of the first clamping portion moves in a telescopic manner with respect to the main body portion. Therefore, even after the first clamping portion is moved by the operation of the operation handle and the distal end portion contacts the defining portion, the operation is performed. With the operation of the handle, the main body part and the second clamping part of the first clamping part can be moved to the defining part side. Therefore, after the front end portion of the first sandwiching portion comes into contact with the defining portion, the second sandwiching portion moves over the contact portion between the leading end portion of the first sandwiching portion and the defining portion and further moves in the direction of the distal end of the forming tool. It becomes possible. Thereby, the 2nd clamping part can be moved so that it may not become obstructive when pinching the eyelash with the 1st clamping part and a regulation part.
[0015]
Further, the invention according to claim 7 is the eyelash forming tool according to claim 6, wherein when the first clamping part comes into contact with the defining part by the operation of the operation handle and the elastic body contracts, It is comprised so that the rigid body part of a part and a front-end | tip part may contact | connect.
[0016]
According to this configuration, the force applied to the operation handle is transmitted from the main body portion of the first clamping portion to the tip portion through the contact portion between the rigid body portions via the transmission portion, and the force applied to the operation handle is first clamped. It is efficiently transmitted to the eyelash clamping part by the front-end | tip part of a part and a prescription | regulation part. As a result, the force applied to the operation handle becomes a force for efficiently pinching the eyelashes, and it becomes easy to curl the eyelashes.
[0017]
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to any one of the first to seventh aspects, a heater is incorporated in at least one of the defining portion, the first holding portion, or the second holding portion. It is a thing.
[0018]
According to this configuration, the eyelashes can be easily curled by heat applied from the heater incorporated in any of the defining portion, the first sandwiching portion, and the second sandwiching portion, and the eyelash curls can be maintained for a long time. it can.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the eyelash forming tool 10 is provided with a defining portion 1 for holding one of the eyelashes, and a defining portion 1 provided so as to be relatively close to and away from the defining portion 1. A first sandwiching portion 2 that sandwiches eyelashes between them, and a second sandwiching portion that presses the protruding end portion of the eyelashes toward the defining portion 1 side with the eyelashes sandwiched between the defining portion 1 and the first sandwiching portion 2 3 and an operation handle 4 for moving the first clamping part 2 and the second clamping part.
[0021]
The forming tool main body 17 of the eyelash forming tool 10 is provided with an elongated holding part 18 extending vertically so as to be grasped by hand, and on the back side of the holding part 18 shown in FIG. A movable operation handle 4 is provided. A column part 19 extending upward in FIG. 1 protrudes from both sides of the front end of the molding tool main body 17 on the back side, and the defining part 1 is constructed between the both column parts 19. A portion surrounded by the upper part of the forming tool main body 17, the both column parts 19 and the defining part 1 is a window part 20. As shown in FIG. 1, the defining portion 1 is curved so as to follow the shape of the eyes, and has a shape in which the central portion is on the top when viewed from the front.
[0022]
In the molding tool main body 17, the first clamping part 2 and the second clamping part 3 are respectively provided so as to be movable in the direction of the defining part 1. The first clamping part 2 and the second clamping part 3 project from the opening provided at the tip of the molding tool body 17 to the window part 20, respectively, and the first clamping part 2 and the second clamping part 3 respectively pass through the window part 20. It moves to the regulation part 1 side and presses against the regulation part 1. In the contact portion with the defining portion 1, the second clamping portion 3 is arranged so as to be shifted to the right side in FIG. 1B than the first clamping portion 2.
[0023]
The 1st clamping part 2 is made into the shape curved so that the shape of eyes might be followed, and the center part is made into the shape which approaches the prescription | regulation part 1 side by front view. When the eyelash forming tool 10 is brought into close contact with the eyelash, the curved defining portion 1 is positioned on the upper side of the eyelash, and the eyelash is inserted into the window portion 20 so that the lower portion of the defining portion 1 and the first clamping portion 2 It is designed to pinch the roots of the eyelashes. The first clamping part 2 is formed with a groove 27 having a V-shape in a side view so as to extend in the depth direction from the front side in FIG. 3, and the protrusion into which the groove 27 is fitted in the lower part of the defining part 1. A portion 28 is formed. The intermediate portion is brazed from the base of the eyelashes by sandwiching the intermediate portion from the base of the eyelashes by the V-shaped groove 27 and the protrusion 28 of the first sandwiching portion 2. As shown in FIG. 3, the groove bottom portion of the groove 27 has a rounded shape rather than an acute angle, and the eyelashes are rounded by sandwiching the eyelashes between the groove 27 and the projection 28. It has come to be attached.
[0024]
The 2nd clamping part 3 is also made into the shape curved so that the shape of eyes might be followed, and it is set as the shape from which a center part becomes upper in front view, and a center part becomes this side in a side view. The base part of the eyelashes is clamped between the defining part 1 and the second clamping part 3. The second clamping part 3 is formed with a groove 29 having a V-shape in a side view so as to extend in the depth direction from the front side in FIG. 3, and the protrusion into which the groove 29 fits in the upper part of the defining part 1. A portion 30 is formed. By holding the intermediate portion from the base of the eyelashes by the V-shaped groove 29 and the protrusion 30 of the second holding portion 3, the intermediate portion is brazed from the base of the eyelashes. As shown in FIG. 3, the groove 29 has a round bottom at the bottom of the groove instead of an acute angle.
[0025]
Further, if the defining portion 1 is made of a material having rigidity such as metal or plastic material, and the portion where the first sandwiching portion 2 and the second sandwiching portion 3 are in contact with the defining portion 1 is formed of an elastic body such as rubber, The pressure on the defining portion 1 can be increased, and the eyelashes can be more easily brazed.
[0026]
A heater 12 in which a nichrome wire or the like is wound in a coil shape is built in the first sandwiching portion 2, and a heater 13 in which a nichrome wire or the like is wound in a coil shape is also built in the second sandwiching portion 3. These heaters 12 and 13 are connected to a dry cell (not shown) in the molding tool body 17 so that the eyelashes can be heated and brazed easily and reliably. In addition, you may provide the heater which wound the nichrome wire etc. in the coil shape also in the prescription | regulation part 1, and in that case, the eyelashes can be brazed more easily and reliably.
[0027]
The rear end portion of the first clamping unit 2 is connected to the operation handle 4, and when the operation handle 4 is slid with respect to the forming tool body 17, the first clamping unit 2 is moved along with the movement operation of the operation handle 4. 2 also moves in the same direction. A pinion gear 5 is rotatably provided in the first clamping part 2, and the pinion gear 5 meshes with a rack 6 (first rack) provided on the inner wall part of the forming tool body 17, and the first clamping part It is designed to rotate in accordance with the movement operation of No. 2. The protrusion 41 of the operation handle 4 and the forming tool body 17 are connected by a tension spring 25 having a tension.
[0028]
The 2nd clamping part 3 is attached to the upper part of the 1st clamping part 2, and the 2nd clamping part 3 also moves while the 1st clamping part 2 moves. A rack 7 (second rack) that meshes with the pinion gear 5 provided in the first clamping unit 2 is provided at a portion where the second clamping unit 3 faces the first clamping unit 2. The pinion gear 5 and the racks 6 and 7 constitute a transmission unit that directly transmits the operation of the operation handle 4 to the second holding unit 3.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 3, in the initial position state where the operation handle 4, the first clamping part 2, and the second clamping part 3 are located on the most end side of the forming tool body 17, the pinion gear 5 is connected to the rear end of the rack 6. It is set to mesh with the position (right end in FIG. 3) and mesh with the tip position of the rack 7 (left side in FIG. 3). When the operation handle 4 is slid and moved from the state to the defining portion 1 side, the pinion gear 5 is rotated by meshing with the rack 6 as the first clamping portion 2 is moved, and the rotational driving force of the pinion gear 5 is increased. It is transmitted from the rack 7 to the second clamping unit 3. Therefore, the operation of the second clamping unit 3 when the operation handle 4 is operated is obtained by adding the moving operation of the first clamping unit 2 and the rotational driving force transmitted from the pinion gear 5 to the second clamping unit. 3 is larger than the operation amount of the operation handle 4 (in this embodiment, the movement amount of the second clamping unit 3 is approximately twice the operation amount of the operation handle 4). As a result, even if the operation amount of the operation handle 4 is small, a large amount of movement of the second clamping portion can be obtained, so that the usability of the eyelash forming tool 10 can be improved and the forming tool 10 can be made compact. (In this embodiment, the operation amount of the operation handle 4 is approximately half of the movement amount of the second clamping unit 3).
[0030]
The lashing of the eyelashes by the eyelash forming tool 10 having the above configuration is performed as follows. First, the gripping portion 18 of the forming tool body 17 is grasped by hand, the defining portion 1 is applied to the heel to position the defining portion 1 on the upper side of the eyelashes, and the operation handle 4 is moved to the defining portion 1 side with a finger in this state. . When the operation handle 4 is moved to the defining portion 1 side, the first holding portion 2 is moved to the defining portion 1 side, and the first holding portion 2 is pressed against the rear portion of the defining portion 1 from the root of the eyelashes via the intermediate portion. . When the operation handle 4 is moved as described above, the second clamping unit 3 is also moved to the defining unit 1 side. As the operation handle 4 is moved, the first clamping part 2 and the second clamping part 3 rise in cooperation with each other from the state shown in FIG. It will be in the state which pinched | interposed the intermediate part from the root of the eyelash between. When the operation handle 4 is further moved, the push spring 26 is contracted and the first holding part 2 is kept in contact with the defining part 1, and only the second holding part 3 is further defined. As shown in FIG. 5, the second clamping part 3 passes through the first clamping part 2 and the part where the defining part 1 clamps the eyelashes, and pushes the tip part from the middle part of the eyelashes, as shown in FIG. The eyelash part is clamped between the protrusions 30 of the part 1.
[0031]
In this way, the intermediate portion is sandwiched from the base of the eyelashes by the first sandwiching portion 2 and the defining portion 1, and the tip portion is sandwiched from the intermediate portion of the eyelash by the second sandwiching portion 3 and the defining portion 1, By applying heat to the eyelashes from the heaters 12 and 13, the entire eyelashes are brazed. As described above, when the user grasps the grip portion 18 of the forming tool body 17 with his / her hand and moves the operation handle 4 to the defining portion 1 side with his / her finger, the user can smoothly remove the finger from the operation handle 4 and smooth the entire eyelashes thereafter. A curve can be given.
[0032]
The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the number of teeth of the pinion gear 5 may be changed between the side engaged with the rack 6 on the molding tool main body 17 side and the side engaged with the rack 7 of the second clamping unit 3. For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the radius of the meshing portion 50a of the pinion gear 50 with the rack 6 is reduced, and the radius of the meshing portion 50b is formed larger on the rack 7, or FIG. ) To (c), as the pinion gear 52 meshing with the rack 6 or the rack 7, separate pinion gears that rotate coaxially are provided, the diameter of the pinion gear meshing with the rack 6 is reduced, and the pinion gear meshing with the rack 7. The diameter may be increased. Thus, by making the number of teeth of the pinion gear different between the side that meshes with the rack 6 on the molding tool main body 17 side and the side that meshes with the rack 7 of the second holding part, the second amount relative to the operation amount of the operation handle 4 is obtained. It becomes possible to finely adjust the amount of movement of the clamping unit 3.
[0033]
Further, instead of the pinion gear 5 and the racks 6 and 7, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the molding tool main body 17 is provided with a rotation shaft 81, and the first clamping unit 2 and the second clamping unit 3. The operation of the operation handle 4 may be directly transmitted to the first clamping unit 2 and the second clamping unit 3 by a lever member 8 (link member) connected to the rear end portion. The lever member 8 engages with a long hole 82 that engages with the protrusion 21 provided at the rear end portion of the first holding portion 2 and a protrusion 31 provided at the rear end portion of the second holding portion 3. And a long hole 83. The long hole 83 is formed longer than the long hole 82 in order to make the movement amount of the protrusion 31 in the long hole 83 larger than the movement amount of the protrusion 31 in the long hole 82. Furthermore, the long hole 82 on the first clamping part 2 side is provided closer to the rotating shaft 81 than the long hole 83 on the second clamping part 3 side. In this configuration, when the first holding part 2 is moved to the defining part 1 side by operating the operation handle 4 and the lever member 8 is rotated around the rotation axis, the driving force generated by the operation of the operation handle 4 is applied to the second holding part 3. In addition, the driving force by the lever member 8 is further applied, and the movement amount of the second clamping unit 3 becomes larger than the movement amount of the first clamping unit 2. Thereby, while being able to improve usability, the said shaping tool 10 can be comprised compactly.
[0034]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the first clamping part 2 includes a tip part 22 in contact with the defining part 1 and a body part 23 to which the second clamping part 3 is attached and the pinion gear 5 meshes. It consists of members. The distal end portion 22 and the main body portion 23 are connected to each other via a pressing spring 26 (elastic body) made of a compression coil spring or the like, and the distal end portion 22 is configured to move freely. Therefore, even after the first clamping unit 2 comes into contact with the defining unit 1 and stops moving, the operation handle 4, the main body unit 23, and the second clamping unit 3 move to the defining unit 1 side. As a result, when the operation handle 4 is operated, the distal end portion 22 of the first sandwiching portion 2 first comes into contact with the defining portion 1, and then the distal end portion of the second sandwiching portion 3 is connected to the distal end portion 22 of the first sandwiching portion 2 and the defining portion. It operates so as to pass the abutment portion with 1 and contact the protrusion 30 of the defining portion 1. Accordingly, when the eyelashes are sandwiched between the first clamping unit 2 and the defining unit 1, the operation of the second clamping unit 3 does not get in the way, so that it is easy to use.
[0035]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when the distal end portion 22 of the first sandwiching portion 2 abuts on the defining portion 1 and the main body portion 23 further moves to the defining portion 1 side and the push spring 26 is contracted, the main body portion If the rigid bodies 23 and 22 are in contact with each other (see the portion A in FIG. 5), the force applied to the operation handle 4 is absorbed by the push spring 26 after the rigid bodies are in contact with each other. It becomes a force to pinch the eyelashes efficiently without the need to curl the eyelashes firmly.
[0036]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the heaters 12 and 13 are incorporated in both the 1st clamping part 2 and the 2nd clamping part 3, it is incorporated only in any one of the 1st clamping part 2 or the 2nd clamping part 3. The heater may be built in only the defining portion 1. Moreover, although the example which comprised the prescription | regulation part 1 by the rigid body was shown in the said embodiment, the prescription | regulation part 1 (especially the part which contact | connects the 1st clamping part 2 and the 2nd clamping part 3) is good also as an elastic body.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the movement amount of the second clamping unit is a combination of the movement operation of the first clamping unit and the driving force applied from the transmission unit. The movement amount is larger than the operation handle operation amount. Therefore, even if the operation amount of the operation handle is small, the movement amount of the second clamping portion can be increased, so that the usability can be improved and the molding tool can be configured compactly.
[0038]
Further, the number of teeth of the pinion gear is made different between the side meshing with the first rack provided in the first clamping unit and the side meshing with the second rack provided in the second clamping unit. Thus, it is possible to finely adjust the amount of movement of the second clamping unit relative to the amount of operation of the operation handle.
[0039]
In addition, the transmission unit is a link member that is provided with a rotation shaft in the molding tool main body and is connected to the ends of the first clamping unit and the second clamping unit, and the second clamping unit is connected to the first clamping unit. By providing a movement amount of the second sandwiching portion larger than that of the first sandwiching portion when the first sandwiching portion is moved by the operation handle. In the case of a configuration in which further driving force is applied, when the link member is rotated around the rotation axis by moving the first clamping unit by operating the operation handle, the movement amount of the second clamping unit is the same as that of the first clamping unit. Since it becomes larger than the movement amount and the operation amount of the operation handle, the usability can be improved and the molding tool can be made compact.
[0040]
Further, the first sandwiching portion is divided into two members, that is, a tip portion in contact with the defining portion and a main body portion coupled to the second sandwiching portion and the transmission portion, and both these members are coupled via an elastic body. In the case of the configuration, the distal end portion of the first sandwiching portion moves in a telescopic manner with respect to the main body portion. Therefore, even after the first sandwiching portion is moved by the operation of the operation handle and the distal end portion contacts the defining portion, the operation is continued.
[0041]
Further, when the first sandwiching portion comes into contact with the defining portion by the operation of the operation handle and the elastic body contracts, when the rigid body portions of the main body portion and the tip portion are in contact with each other, the force applied to the operation handle is Then, the force applied to the operation handle is efficiently transmitted from the main body portion of the first sandwiching portion to the distal end portion through the contact portion between the rigid body portions via the transmission portion, and applied to the distal end portion of the first sandwiching portion and the eyelash clamping portion by the defining portion. Well communicated. As a result, the force applied to the operation handle becomes a force for efficiently pinching the eyelashes, and it becomes easy to curl the eyelashes.
[0042]
In addition, if a heater is incorporated in at least one of the defining part, the first clamping part, or the second clamping part, the heat applied from the heater incorporated in the defining part, the first clamping part, or the second clamping part. The eyelashes can be easily curled, and the eyelash curls can be maintained for a long time.
