Description

【0001】

A first holding portion that is provided so as to be freely attached to and detached from the holding portion and holds the eyelashes between the holding portion and a second holding portion that presses the protruding eyelashes toward the holding portion with the eyelashes held between the holding portion and the first holding portion. 2. Description of the Related Art There has been known a device including a unit and an operation handle for moving a first holding unit and a second holding unit.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned eyelash forming tool, it is indispensable for the usability to operate the second holding portion so as not to hinder the eyelash holding operation by the holding portion and the first holding portion. The second pinching portion is located farther from the defining portion than the first clamping portion, and the first clamping portion and the defining portion are After pinching the eyelashes, a structure is adopted in which the second pinching portion passes through the defining portion and the first pinching portion passes through the portion that pinches the eyelashes. However, for that purpose, there is a problem that the operation amount of the operation handle for moving the second holding portion is inevitably long and it is difficult to use the eyelash forming tool, so that the eyelash forming tool cannot be made compact.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a large amount of movement of a second holding portion can be obtained with a small amount of operation of an operation handle, so that the eyelashes can be configured to be convenient and compact. An object is to provide a molding tool.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1, wherein the eyelash is sandwiched between the defining portion that holds one of the eyelashes and the defining portion that is provided so as to be relatively free to approach and separate from the defining portion. A first holding portion, a second holding portion that presses the protruding hair tip side of the eyelashes toward the defining portion while the eyelashes are held between the defining portion and the holding portion, and a first holding portion and a second holding portion. In the eyelash forming tool provided with an operating handle to be moved, the second holding portion is provided on the first holding portion and moves with the first holding portion, and the operation of the operating handle is directly transmitted to the second holding portion. In this configuration, a further driving force is applied from the transmitting portion.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the first aspect, the transmission portion includes a gear provided on the first holding portion so as to rotate with movement of the first holding portion. The rotational driving force is applied to the second holding portion.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the second aspect, the transmission portion meshes with a pinion gear including the gear when the first holding portion moves. A first rack formed on a molding tool main body and a second rack provided on the second holding portion so as to mesh with the gear and transmit a rotational driving force of the gear. It is.
[0008]
According to these configurations, the moving amount of the second holding portion is the sum of the moving operation of the first holding portion and the driving force applied from the transmission portion, so that the moving amount of the second holding portion is It becomes larger than the operation amount of the operation handle. Therefore, even if the operation amount of the operation handle is small, the movement amount of the second holding portion can be increased, so that the usability can be improved and the molding tool can be made compact.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the third aspect, if the number of teeth of the pinion gear is different between the side meshing with the first rack and the side meshing with the second rack. It was made.
[0010]
According to this configuration, by making the number of teeth of the pinion gear different between the side meshing with the first rack and the side meshing with the second rack, the movement amount of the second holding portion with respect to the operation amount of the operation handle can be reduced. Fine adjustment is possible.
[0011]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the first aspect, the transmitting portion has a rotary shaft provided on a forming tool main body, and ends of the first holding portion and the second holding portion. A connecting portion for connecting to the first holding portion is provided closer to the rotation shaft than a connecting portion for connecting to the second holding portion, and the first holding portion is moved when the first holding portion is moved by the operation handle. By making the amount of movement of the second holding portion larger than that of the portion, a further driving force is applied to the second holding portion.
[0012]
According to this configuration, when the first holding portion is moved by operating the operation handle to rotate the link member around the rotation axis, the movement amount of the second holding portion is changed by the movement amount of the first holding portion and the operation of the operation handle. Since it is larger than the amount, the usability can be improved and the molding tool can be made compact.
[0013]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, the first holding portion is configured to have a tip portion in contact with the defining portion and the second holding portion. And a body part connected to the transmission unit, and these two members are connected via an elastic body.
[0014]
According to this configuration, since the distal end of the first holding portion moves telescopically with respect to the main body portion, even after the first holding portion is moved by operating the operation handle and the distal end comes into contact with the defining portion, the operation is continued. With the operation of the handle, the main body portion and the second holding portion of the first holding portion can be moved to the defining portion side. For this reason, after the tip of the first holding portion comes into contact with the defining portion, the operation of the second holding portion overtaking the contact portion between the tip of the first holding portion and the defining portion and further moving in the forming tool tip direction is performed. Will be possible. Accordingly, the second holding portion can be moved so as not to be in the way when the eyelashes are held between the first holding portion and the defining portion.
[0015]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to the sixth aspect, when the first holding portion comes into contact with the defining portion by operation of the operation handle and the elastic body contracts, The rigid part of the part and the tip part are configured to be in contact with each other.
[0016]
According to this configuration, the force applied to the operation handle is transmitted from the main body portion of the first holding portion to the distal end portion through the contact portion between the rigid portions via the transmission portion, and the force applied to the operation handle is transferred to the first holding portion. It is efficiently transmitted to the eyelash pinching portion by the tip of the portion and the defining portion. Thereby, the force applied to the operation handle becomes a force for efficiently pinching the eyelashes, and the eyelashes are easily curled.
[0017]
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the eyelash forming tool according to any one of the first to seventh aspects, a heater is built in at least one of the defining portion, the first holding portion, or the second holding portion. It was done.
[0018]
According to this configuration, the eyelash can be easily curled by the heat applied from the heater incorporated in any of the defining portion, the first holding portion, or the second holding portion, and the eyelash curl can be maintained for a long time. it can.
[0019]

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the groove 29 is not a sharp angle but a round shape.
[0025]
When the defining portion 1 is made of a rigid material such as a metal or a plastic material, and the portion where the first holding portion 2 and the second holding portion 3 are in contact with the defining portion 1 is formed of an elastic body such as rubber, the eyelashes The pressure on the defining portion 1 can be increased, and the eyelashes can be more easily formed.
[0026]
A heater 12 in which a nichrome wire or the like is wound in a coil shape is built in the first holding portion 2, and a heater 13 in which a nichrome wire or the like is wound in a coil shape is built in the second holding portion 3. These heaters 12 and 13 are connected to a dry battery (not shown) in the molding tool main body 17 so that the eyelashes can be heated to easily and surely add a habit. In addition, a heater in which a nichrome wire or the like is wound in a coil shape may be provided in the defining portion 1, and in that case, the habit of the eyelashes can be more easily and reliably performed.
[0027]
The rear end of the first holding portion 2 is connected to the operation handle 4. When the operation handle 4 is slid with respect to the molding tool main body 17, the first holding portion is moved with the movement of the operation handle 4. 2 also moves in the same direction. A pinion gear 5 is rotatably provided on the first holding portion 2, and the pinion gear 5 meshes with a rack 6 (first rack) provided on the inner wall portion of the molding tool main body 17, and the first holding portion is provided. 2 so as to rotate in accordance with the movement operation. The protrusion 41 of the operation handle 4 and the molding tool main body 17 are connected by a tension spring 25 having tension.
[0028]
The second holding portion 3 is attached to an upper portion of the first holding portion 2 so that the first holding portion 2 moves and the second holding portion 3 also moves. A rack 7 (second rack) that meshes with the pinion gear 5 provided on the first holding portion 2 is provided at a portion where the second holding portion 3 faces the first holding portion 2. The pinion gear 5 and the racks 6 and 7 constitute a transmission unit that directly transmits the operation of the operation handle 4 to the second holding unit 3.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 3, in the initial position where the operating handle 4, the first holding portion 2, and the second holding portion 3 are located at the most tail end side of the molding tool main body 17, the pinion gear 5 is at the rear end of the rack 6. It is set so as to mesh with the position (the right end in FIG. 3) and the tip position (the left side in FIG. 3) of the rack 7. When the operating handle 4 is slid toward the defining portion 1 from this state, the pinion gear 5 is rotated by meshing with the rack 6 with the movement of the first holding portion 2, and the rotational driving force of the pinion gear 5 is reduced. The power is transmitted from the rack 7 to the second holding portion 3. Therefore, when the operation handle 4 is operated, the operation of the second holding portion 3 is obtained by adding the moving operation of the first holding portion 2 and the rotational driving force transmitted from the pinion gear 5, and the second holding portion 3 The amount of movement of the operation handle 4 is larger than the amount of operation of the operation handle 4 (in the present embodiment, the amount of movement of the second holding portion 3 is substantially twice the amount of operation of the operation handle 4). As a result, even if the operation amount of the operation handle 4 is small, a large movement amount of the second holding portion can be obtained, so that the usability of the eyelash shaping tool 10 can be improved and the shaping tool 10 can be made compact. (In the present embodiment, the operation amount of the operation handle 4 is approximately half of the movement amount of the second holding portion 3).
[0030]
The lashing of the eyelashes by the eyelash forming tool 10 having the above configuration is performed as follows. First, the grasping portion 18 of the molding tool main body 17 is grasped by hand, and the regulating portion 1 is brought into contact with the eyelid to position the regulating portion 1 above the eyelashes. In this state, the operation handle 4 is moved toward the regulating portion 1 by a finger. . When the operation handle 4 is moved to the defining portion 1 side, the first holding portion 2 moves to the defining portion 1 side, and the first holding portion 2 presses the rear portion of the defining portion 1 from the base of the eyelashes via the intermediate portion. . When the operation handle 4 is moved as described above, the second holding portion 3 also moves to the defining portion 1 side. As the operation handle 4 moves, the first holding portion 2 and the second holding portion 3 move upward from the state of FIG. 3 as shown in FIG. The middle part is sandwiched from the base of the eyelash between the eyelashes. When the operation handle 4 is further moved, the pressing spring 26 is contracted and the first holding portion 2 is kept in a state of contact with the defining portion 1, and only the second holding portion 3 is further defined. Moving to the part 1 side, as shown in FIG. 5, the second clamping part 3 passes through the first clamping part 2 and the part where the defining part 1 clamps the eyelashes and pushes the tip from the middle part of the eyelashes, The eyelash portion is sandwiched between the projection 30 of the portion 1.
[0031]
In this manner, the first pinching portion 2 and the defining portion 1 sandwich the intermediate portion from the base of the eyelashes, and the second clamping portion 3 and the defining portion 1 clamp the tip portion from the eyelash intermediate portion, By applying heat to the eyelashes from each of the heaters 12 and 13, the entire eyelashes are formed. As described above, when the user grips the grip portion 18 of the molding tool main body 17 by hand and moves the operation handle 4 to the defining portion 1 side with a finger, thereafter, the user can simply release the finger from the operation handle 4 to smooth the entire eyelashes. You can add curves.
[0032]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. For example, the number of teeth of the pinion gear 5 may be changed between the side of the molding tool main body 17 that meshes with the rack 6 and the side of the second holding portion 3 that meshes with the rack 7. For example, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the radius of the meshing portion 50 a of the pinion gear 50 with the rack 6 is reduced, and the radius of the meshing portion 50 b is formed larger in the rack 7. As shown in (c) to (c), separate pinion gears that rotate coaxially are provided as the pinion gears 52 that mesh with the rack 6 or the rack 7, the diameter of the pinion gears that mesh with the rack 6 is reduced, and the pinion gears that mesh with the rack 7 are formed. May be made larger. As described above, by making the number of teeth of the pinion gear different between the side meshing with the rack 6 on the molding tool main body 17 side and the side meshing with the rack 7 of the second holding portion, the second amount with respect to the operation amount of the operation handle 4 is increased. It is possible to finely adjust the moving amount of the holding portion 3.
[0033]
Also, instead of the pinion gear 5 and the racks 6 and 7, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, a rotary shaft 81 is provided on the molding tool main body 17, and the first holding portion 2 and the second holding portion 3 are provided. The operation of the operation handle 4 may be directly transmitted to the first holding portion 2 and the second holding portion 3 by the lever member 8 (link member) connected to the rear end portion. The lever member 8 engages with a long hole 82 that engages with a protrusion 21 provided at the rear end of the first holding portion 2 and a protrusion 31 provided at the rear end of the second holding portion 3. And a long hole 83 formed. The long hole 83 is formed longer than the long hole 82 so that the movement amount of the protrusion 31 in the long hole 83 is larger than the movement amount of the protrusion 31 in the long hole 82. Further, the long hole 82 on the first holding portion 2 side is provided closer to the rotation shaft 81 than the long hole 83 on the second holding portion 3 side. In this configuration, when the first holding portion 2 is moved toward the defining portion 1 by operating the operation handle 4 and the lever member 8 is rotated around the rotation axis, the driving force by the operation of the operation handle 4 is applied to the second holding portion 3. In addition, the driving force of the lever member 8 is further applied, so that the movement amount of the second holding portion 3 becomes larger than the movement amount of the first holding portion 2. Thereby, the usability can be improved and the molding tool 10 can be made compact.
[0034]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the first holding portion 2 includes a tip portion 22 in contact with the defining portion 1 and a main body portion 23 to which the second holding portion 3 is attached and the pinion gear 5 meshes. It is composed of members. The distal end portion 22 and the main body portion 23 are connected via a pressing spring 26 (elastic body) formed of a compression coil spring or the like, and the distal end portion 22 is configured to move in a stretchable manner. Therefore, even after the first holding portion 2 comes into contact with the defining portion 1 and stops moving, the operation handle 4, the main body portion 23, and the second holding portion 3 move to the defining portion 1 side. As a result, when the operating handle 4 is operated, first, the distal end portion 22 of the first holding portion 2 comes into contact with the defining portion 1, and then the distal end portion of the second holding portion 3 comes into contact with the leading end portion 22 of the first holding portion 2 and the defining portion 1. It operates so as to pass the contact portion with the first portion 1 and come into contact with the projection 30 of the defining portion 1. Accordingly, when the eyelashes are sandwiched between the first holding portion 2 and the defining portion 1, the operation of the second holding portion 3 does not hinder the user's eyelash, so that the usability is good.
[0035]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when the distal end portion 22 of the first holding portion 2 comes into contact with the defining portion 1 and the main body portion 23 further moves toward the defining portion 1 and the pressing spring 26 is contracted, If the rigid bodies 23 and the tip 22 are in contact with each other (see the portion A in FIG. 5), after the rigid bodies come into contact with each other, the force applied to the operation handle 4 is absorbed by the push spring 26. It can effectively pinch the eyelashes without causing the eyelashes to be firmly curled.
[0036]
In the above-described embodiment, the heaters 12 and 13 are built in both the first holding section 2 and the second holding section 3. However, the heaters 12 and 13 are built in only one of the first holding section 2 and the second holding section 3. The heater may be built in only the defining part 1. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the example in which the defining portion 1 is formed of a rigid body is shown, but the defining portion 1 (particularly, a portion in contact with the first holding portion 2 and the second holding portion 3) may be an elastic body.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the moving amount of the second holding portion is the sum of the moving operation of the first holding portion and the driving force applied from the transmission portion. The movement amount is larger than the operation amount of the operation handle. Therefore, even if the operation amount of the operation handle is small, the movement amount of the second holding portion can be increased, so that the usability can be improved and the molding tool can be made compact.
[0038]
Further, the number of teeth of the pinion gear is set to be different between the side meshing with the first rack provided on the first holding section and the side meshing with the second rack provided on the second holding section. This makes it possible to finely adjust the amount of movement of the second holding portion with respect to the amount of operation of the operation handle.
[0039]
Further, the transmitting portion is a link member provided with a rotating shaft in the molding tool main body and connected to the ends of the first holding portion and the second holding portion, and the connecting portion with the first holding portion is held in the second holding portion. The second holding portion is provided closer to the rotation shaft than the connection portion with the second holding portion, and the amount of movement of the second holding portion is larger than that of the first holding portion when the first holding portion is moved by the operation handle. In the case where the configuration is such that a further driving force is applied, when the first holding portion is moved by operating the operation handle to rotate the link member around the rotation axis, the movement amount of the second holding portion is reduced by the first holding portion. Since the amount of movement is greater than the amount of movement and the amount of operation of the operation handle, the usability can be improved and the molding tool can be made compact.
[0040]
In addition, the first holding portion is configured to be divided into two members, a tip portion in contact with the defining portion, and a main body portion connected to the second holding portion and the transmission portion, and these two members are connected via an elastic body. In the case of the configuration, since the distal end of the first holding portion moves telescopically with respect to the main body, even after the first holding portion is moved by operating the operation handle and the distal end comes into contact with the defining portion, the operation is continued.
[0041]
In addition, when the first holding portion contacts the defining portion and the elastic body contracts due to the operation of the operating handle, the main body portion and the rigid body portion at the tip end are configured to contact each other. The force applied to the operation handle is transmitted from the main body of the first holding portion to the tip portion through the contact portion between the rigid portions via the transmitting portion, and the force applied to the operating portion is efficiently applied to the eyelash holding portion by the tip portion and the defining portion of the first holding portion. Well communicated. Thereby, the force applied to the operation handle becomes a force for efficiently pinching the eyelashes, and the eyelashes are easily curled.
[0042]
Further, if a heater is incorporated in at least one of the defining portion, the first sandwiching portion or the second sandwiching portion, heat generated from the heater incorporated in the defining portion, the first sandwiching portion or the second sandwiching portion causes In addition, the eyelashes can be easily curled, and the eyelash curls can be maintained for a long time.
