［発明の属する技術分野］この発明は、小物商品を包装しそのまま展示販売するためのヘッダー付き包装用袋に関する。

［従来の技術］この種ヘッダー付き包装用袋は、合成樹脂製透明フィルムよりなる袋本体内の上部にヘッダー用補強片が挿入されて形成され、商品を包装した状態でヘッダー部分に形成された係止孔で係止されて商品の展示販売に用いられている。

［発明が解決しようとする課題］包装される商品は外部から見え、その商品を視認して購入するが、その際包装用袋のデザインが優れていることも商品価値を高めるのに貢献する。そこで従来においては透明フィルムよりなる袋本体に印刷模様等を施したり、また、商品の背面に位置するように装飾シートを挿入したりしているが、前者の場合は商品が隠れることがないように行なうのであまり広い範囲には印刷が行なえず、後者の場合は化粧シートを挿入するので袋の製造に手間がかかるとともに、別途部品が増えるので製造コストも高くなった。

この発明は、ヘッダー付き包装用袋の意匠性を、製造容易に、しかも、コスト安にして高めるように行なうものである。

［課題を解決するための手段］この発明では、合成樹脂製透明フィルムよりなる袋本体内の上部にヘッダー用補強片が挿入されて形成されるヘッダー付き包装用袋おいて、ヘッダー用補強片に装飾模様が形成されている構成とした。

上記構成によれば、ヘッダー用補強片に一体に装飾模様を設けたことで、手間をかけず、しかも、安価にしてヘッダー付き包装用袋の意匠性を高めることができるようになる。

［発明の実施の形態］図１はこの発明のヘッダー付き包装用袋の外観正面図、図２は同じくその縦方向断面図である。

ヘッダー付き包装用袋１は、ポリプロピレン等の合成樹脂製透明フィルムよりなる袋本体３内の上部に紙、ウレタンシートよりなるヘッダー用補強片４が挿入されて形成されている。ヘッダー付き袋１の下端は開放し、その後縁部５の前面に粘着面が形成され、その粘着面を保護するように仮止めシート７が貼着されている。

上記ヘッダー用補強片４は、その上下方向の途中位置で横方向に袋本体３に圧着固定されており、９はその圧着固定跡を示す。ヘッダー用補強片４の下縁には「レース縁飾り」状の装飾模様１０が形成されている。１２は係止孔で、袋本体３、ヘッダー用補強片４の両方を貫通するように設けられている。

上記のようにヘッダー用補強片４に一体に装飾模様１０を設けたことで、手間をかけず、しかも、安価にしてヘッダー付き包装用袋１の意匠性を高めることができるようになる。とくに、上記のようにヘッダー用補強片４の上下方向の途中位置に横方向に圧着固定跡９が位置することで、一見その圧着固定跡９より上部がヘッダー部分に見え、その結果、商品の収納される側に「レース縁飾り」状の装飾模様１０が位置して見えることでさらに意匠性が高められる。

また、上記のヘッダー用補強片４の上下方向の途中位置に横方向に圧着固定跡９が位置する構成は、次のような面においてもヘッダー付き包装用袋１の意匠性を高めるよう貢献している。すなわち、ヘッダー付き包装用袋１においてヘッダー用補強片４は基本的には意匠的には好ましい存在ではないが、係止孔１２部分での係止が安定して行なわれるためにはある程度上下方向の幅を必要とする。そこで、上記のようにヘッダー用補強片４の上下方向の途中位置に横方向に圧着固定跡９を位置させその上部をヘッダー部分と見せることで見せかけ上のヘッダー部分の上下方向幅を小さくして意匠性を高めたものである。また、上記のようにヘッダー用補強片４の上下方向の途中位置に横方向に圧着固定跡９を形成することでヘッダー用補強片４が安定し、また、係止孔１２の近傍を固定できることで係止孔１２が補強される利点もある。

上記のヘッダー付き包装用袋は自動製袋機により次のようにして行なう。まず、ポリプロピレンよりなる透明フィルムの長尺シートを一方端縁側が長くなるように連続的に２つ折り状態としていき、その一方端縁の内面に沿って連続して粘着剤を塗布し、さらに、その塗布面を覆うように仮り止めシートのテープを連続して貼っていく。次に透明フィルムの２つ折れ部分の間に装飾模様１０が付されたヘッダー用補強片４のテープを連続して挿入していき、その透明フィルムのテープを挿入した部分においてヘッダー用補強片４の上下方向の途中位置に横方向に圧着固定跡９がくる位置で連続して超音波により両者を圧着固定していく。次に連続して係止孔１２を開けていき、最後にヘッダー付き包装用袋が所定幅となるように熱溶着切断を行なって製品を得る。

上記のヘッダー用補強片４のテープの装飾模様１０は、ウレタンシートを用いる場合は例えば超音波溶着加工により連続的に形成する。また、この超音波溶着加工機を自動製袋機に一体に連結するようにしてヘッダー用補強片４のテープを自動的に供給するような構成とすることもできる。

［発明の効果］この発明によれば、製造容易、かつ、安価にしてヘッダー付き包装用袋の意匠性を高めることができるようになる。
