Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention of the present application requires an aerosol container for spraying various liquid substances filled in the container in the form of a mist, particularly for controlling cockroaches, white ants, mites and other pests that have entered the house. The present invention relates to an aerosol container suitable for automatically spraying insecticides continuously over time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method for combating indoor pests such as cockroaches, fleas, ticks, etc., a method of directly or indirectly spraying a pesticide with an insecticidal effect on the pests to be exterminated has been adopted. A jar-shaped insecticide-containing container in which an insecticide is hermetically packaged in a canned container, which is widely known under the names of Balsan (registered trademark) and Earthlet (registered trademark), has been used.
These pesticide-containing containers can be smoked after opening the lid of the container in a sealed room or the like, or by adding water to the container with the lid of the container opened, a vaporization reaction In other words, a method of killing insects by filling the closed room with smoke of the generated insecticide and trapping it was adopted.
[0003]
However, in order to use these in a sealed room, it is dangerous to inhale the vaporized smoke more than a certain amount of animals such as humans, dogs and cats. Strict caution is required, such as evacuating.
In addition, since it is impossible to stop the sputum in the middle of these types of containers, the insecticide components in the opened container must be used up to the end, so there is little space to remove pests There was a waste.
[0004]
Therefore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-284846 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-26924 disclose that such defects are eliminated and spraying can be performed as necessary at a place to be controlled when pest control is required. As can be seen, there is a spray-type insecticide aerosol container in which an insecticide and a high-pressure propellant are sealed in a sealed container.
These have a great effect on pest control and can maintain a sufficient insect control effect, and for human beings, there is no danger in terms of toxicity, environmental pollution, etc. Indirect contact is not a problem and is generally widely used because it can be used safely and easily.
[0005]
However, in order to control pests using these spray-type insecticide aerosol containers, a person must hold the aerosol container directly in his / her hand to perform the spraying operation. If you keep pressing and spraying insecticides, even if it is harmless to the human body, if you keep smelling such insecticides for a certain period of time, people who feel unpleasant and feel bad Sometimes
[0006]
Therefore, as an alternative to the insecticidal method as described above, the insecticide can be continuously sprayed without relying on human hands irrespective of harmless or harmless to the human body, and even during the spraying, A spray container containing an insecticide capable of freely stopping the spraying of the insecticide has come to be demanded. As one example, a manual open / close valve as shown in JP-A-7-228503 is provided. Spray containers with insecticides in the form of pressure cylinders have been developed.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 5, the spray container containing the insecticide includes a pressure vessel main body 21 similar to the shape of a high-pressure gas cylinder and a mouth of the vessel main body so that the inside and outside of the pressure vessel communicate with each other. And an outer pipe 23 joined to cover the inner pipe by providing a space p outside the inner pipe. The outer pipe 23 is attached to the outer end of the inner pipe. Is provided with a rotatable handle 24 and an injection port 26 projecting from a valve seat portion 25 provided with an opening / closing valve connected thereto, and an opening at the tip of the inner tube 22 on the inner side of the container. The portion 22a is provided with a communication hole 22b that communicates with the inside of the inner tube at a position slightly above the tip, and the outer tube 23 is provided with a communication hole 23a that communicates with the space p. This is an aerosol container.
[0008]
The aerosol container having the above-described structure is a liquefied carbonic acid that becomes a pressurized propellant after injecting a necessary insecticide or the like f into the inside after operating the handle 24 to open the on-off valve. After filling with gas, Freon gas, petroleum gas, etc. g, the on-off valve is closed to make an aerosol product that can be sprayed with insecticides.
When the spray container for insecticides and the like having such a structure is transported to a place where insecticide control is required and then the container is properly installed and the handle 4 is twisted to open the valve, the pressure of the propellant Thus, the insecticide can be continuously sprayed from the injection port, and spraying can be stopped at any time by twisting the handle in the direction in which the valve is closed.
[0009]
Aerosol spray containers such as insecticides as described above can be freely selected for continuous spraying and stopping of spraying, and the contents can be refilled. The manufacturing cost is high, and it is difficult to mold the container body into a small size that can be held with one hand, and it must be somewhat large and heavy. Although it is suitable for a spray container, it is not suitable for a small-capacity spray container for general household use.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The invention of the present application solves the various problems as described above, and in an aerosol container filled with a liquid material such as an insecticide, a deodorant, or a fragrance in a pressure-resistant sealed container, the liquid material is It is possible to spray continuously in a mist state automatically, interrupt the spraying of the liquid substance if necessary, and prevent unauthorized opening of the container. An object of the present invention is to provide a small and lightweight aerosol container at low cost.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the invention of the present application, a pressure-resistant sealed container is filled with a liquid propellant and a high-pressure gas for injection, and the injection nozzle portion of the injection tube provided at the opening of the sealed container is pressed. In the spray type aerosol container configured to open the injection valve of the injection pipe and inject the liquid in the container, the lower end of the injection pipe is provided with a suction pipe or the like via an injection valve rod An injection nozzle portion is formed by attaching a pressing operation member for pushing down the injection pipe so as to open the injection valve at the upper end of the injection pipe, and further, the injection nozzle A lid for preventing the spray tube from being inadvertently pushed down is attached to the portion, and the lid is fitted to the locking portion of the container body to constitute an aerosol container.
[0012]
The pressing operation member is formed in a structure in which spherical members curved like bowls are stacked, and the lower spherical member is provided with an opening for fitting with the injection pipe at the bottom center and on the inner surface. A concave groove is provided in the upper spherical member to form an injection passage, and an annular groove is provided in a portion where the upper spherical member is connected to the peripheral edge of the lower spherical member and communicated with the annular groove. An appropriate number of injection ports are provided at the edge of the upper spherical member to form an injection nozzle, and an annular flat pressing operation surface is provided at the outer peripheral edge of the lower spherical member, and A cylinder portion that engages with the cylindrical support portion of the support frame body is suspended from the outer peripheral end of the press operation surface, and is engaged with the cylindrical support portion of the support frame body provided on the aerosol container body, thereby By pushing down the spray tube downwards by pressing Injection tube constituting a pressing member which is to be held in the injection state.
[0013]
[Action]
The invention of the present application is a spray-type liquid pouring formed by forming an ejection head portion by providing an ejection pipe 4 provided in the opening 3 of the pressure-resistant sealed container body 2 and a pressing operation member 5 for pushing down the ejection pipe. In the container, after the pressing operation member 5 forming the ejection head portion is removed, the sealed container is filled with a liquid propellant and filled with a propellant that keeps the container in a high pressure state. The pressing operation member 5 is attached so that an opening 6e provided at the center of the bottom surface of the spherical portion 6a of the lower pressing member 6 is fitted to the tip of the injection tube 4, and the engaging cylinder of the lower pressing member 6 The portion 6c engages with the cylindrical support portion 8a of the support frame 8 so that the injection tube 4 is pushed down by the pressing action of the pressing operation member 5 and can be held at the position of the injection state. The aerosol container 1 is configured.
[0014]
A cylindrical lid body 9 for preventing the ejection head portion from being inadvertently pushed down with respect to the aerosol container 1 configured as described above is attached to the pressing operation member 5 and the pressing operation is performed. The member is locked and fitted to and fixed to the cylindrical support frame 8 that is fitted and held in the container body to protect the spray head portion of the aerosol container and the content liquid is inadvertently jetted. In order to prevent this, it becomes a packaged product.
[0015]
In order to use the aerosol container 1 configured as described above, the lid 9 is removed after unpacking, and then the pressing operation member 5 is pushed down, so that the cylindrical support portion 8a of the support frame 8 is engaged. The tip of the cylindrical portion 6c of the lower pressing member 6 that has been joined is pushed down beyond the locking portion of the support frame, and the locking protrusion at the tip of the cylindrical portion is below the locking portion of the support frame. Since the injection tube 4 is fixed and the tip of the injection tube 4 is pushed down and held in an injection state, the content liquid in the container is injected vigorously by the pressure of the propellant.

【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings based on an optimum embodiment.
In the invention of the present application, as shown in FIG. 1, an opening cylindrical body 3a projecting so as to slidably hold the injection tube 4 in the up-down direction is fixed to the opening 3 of the pressure-resistant sealed container. Thus, the aerosol container main body 2 is formed, and a cylindrical support frame 8 for engaging and holding the ejection head portion composed of the pressing operation member 5 is fitted and fixed to the shoulder portion 2a of the container main body. A protrusion is formed, and a pressing member 5 for pressing down the injection pipe 4 is pressably locked to the support frame body 8 and a lid body 9 for protecting the pressing operation member is fitted, The aerosol container 1 is configured.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the pressing operation member 5 has a pressing portion in which an annular flat pressing operating surface 6b and an engaging cylindrical portion 6c are connected to the peripheral edge of a bowl-shaped hemispherical portion 6a. From the lower surface member 6 and the hemispherical pressing portion upper surface member 7 formed so as to be fitted and fixed to the hemispherical portion 6a of the pressing portion lower surface member and to be fitted to and fixed to the protruding edge portion 6d of the hemispherical portion. It is comprised, The said press operation member 5 is fitted in the said injection pipe 4 so that a press is possible, and an injection head part is formed.
[0018]
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lower pressing member 6 of the pressing portion is disposed on the container body 2 at the center of the bottom surface of the bowl-shaped spherical portion 6 a. An opening 6e that is pressably fitted to the provided injection pipe 4 is provided, and the spherical portion is formed of a hemispherical member provided with a concave groove 6f that serves as an injection path. An annular flat pressing operation surface 6b is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the protruding edge portion 6d of the hemispherical portion, and a cylindrical side wall 6c is vertically provided at the outer peripheral end of the pressing operation surface. A locking portion is formed so as to engage with the cylindrical support portion 8 a of the support frame 8 fitted to the main body 2.
[0019]
Similarly, the upper surface member 7 of the pressing portion protrudes from the periphery of the hemispherical member 7a formed so as to match the inner peripheral surface of the spherical surface portion 6a of the lower surface member 6 of the pressing portion. A fitting portion 7b that fits to the peripheral edge 6d is provided, and an annular injection passage 7c that communicates with the end of the concave groove 6f and an injection hole 7d that communicates with the injection passage are provided in the fitting portion. ing.
[0020]
The hemispherical member 7 a of the pressing upper surface member 7 formed as described above is superimposed on the spherical surface portion 6 a of the pressing lower surface member 6, and the upper surface member 7 is formed on the protruding edge 6 d of the spherical surface portion 6 a of the lower surface member 6. When the fitting portion 7b is fitted and integrated as shown in FIG. 3, an injection groove 6f is formed between both spherical portions from the opening end of the injection tube 4 of the container body to the injection hole 7d. A furnace is formed to constitute the pressing operation member 5.
[0021]
On the other hand, the support frame 8 that is fitted and fixed to the opening of the aerosol container main body 2 and engages and supports the pressing operation member 5 is constituted by a cylindrical body having a structure as shown in FIGS. Has been.
That is, a fitting tube portion 8c fitted to an annular engagement protrusion 2a provided on the shoulder portion of the container body 2, and a lid fitting tube portion 8b continuous therewith and a pressing operation member 5 are engaged. An outer cylindrical body 81 having a stepped shape with the joint cylinder portion 8a, and an inner side provided with a fitting groove 8d that fits into the tightening portion 3b of the opening 3 of the container body 2 inside the outer cylindrical body. The cylindrical body 82 is formed by connecting to the inner surface of the engaging cylindrical portion 8a of the outer cylindrical body, and is configured as a double cylindrical body having a generally stepped shape.
The engaging cylindrical portion 8a of the outer cylindrical body 81 is formed with an engaging concave portion for locking the engaging convex portion formed at the distal end portion of the engaging cylindrical body 6c of the pressing lower surface member 6. .
[0022]
In order to fit the pressing operation member 5 configured as described above to the aerosol container main body 2 formed by fitting and fixing the support frame 8 having such a structure, the lower pressing member of the pressing operation member 5 is used. When the opening 6e at the center of the bottom of the spherical surface portion 6a is pushed down in accordance with the injection pipe 4 of the container body 2, the engaging cylindrical body 6c of the lower pressing member 6 becomes the cylindrical support portion 8a of the support frame 8. Can be engaged.
And the engagement convex part formed in the front-end | tip part of the engagement cylindrical body 6c of the said press operation member 5 is latched by the engagement recessed part of the cylindrical support part 8a, and the injection head part of the aerosol container 1 is formed. The
[0023]
The pressing operation member 5 having the injection head portion formed as described above protects the injection pipe 4 protruding from the open cylindrical body 3b of the aerosol container 1 and also has an action of pushing down the injection pipe when used, This also serves to keep the nozzle of the head in the jetting state.
[0024]
Therefore, when the aerosol container 1 filled with the liquid propellant is sprayed and used, the cover 9 covering the ejection head portion is removed after removing the outer packaging paper of the packaged container, and the aerosol container 1 is removed. When the container 1 is placed at an appropriate place for insecticidal extermination or the like and then pressed strongly with the fingertip pressed against the pressing operation surface 6b of the pressing operation member 5, the spherical portion 6a of the pressing operation member 5 While the bottom part pushes down the injection pipe 4, the engaging convex part at the tip of the engaging cylindrical body 6c stops at the point where it has passed over the engaging concave part of the cylindrical support part 8a.
[0025]
Thus, when the injection tube 4 is pushed down by the pressing operation member 5, the injection material in the container is blown out from the opening of the injection tube 4 and injected through the injection groove 6 f in the pressing operation member 5. After being guided to the path 7c, the outside is sprayed into the outside air from the ejection hole 7d of the ejection head portion, but the engagement convex portion at the tip of the engagement cylindrical body 6c is below the engagement concave portion of the cylindrical support portion 8a. Since the pressing operation member 5 remains locked at the depressed position, the spray material is kept sprayed from the spray hole 7d continuously.
[0026]
Therefore, in the present invention, when the pressing operation member 5 is pushed down as described above, the content liquid is atomized and jetted vigorously, so the hand must be released quickly from the aerosol container 1. I must.
However, even when the pressing operation member 5 of the present invention is released and retreated to a safe place, the pressing operation member 5 is held in a position where the injection pipe 4 is pressed down, so that it returns to the original position. Without spraying, spraying can be continued as it is.
[0027]
And depending on the place and conditions for insecticidal and disinfecting, there are places where it is difficult for people to enter and work, but even in such a case, if the aerosol container 1 configured as the invention of the present application is used, It is possible to carry out insecticidal extermination or the like by throwing the pressing operation member 5 while pressing it down.
In some cases, it may be desired to stop spraying in the middle. In such a case, the injection tube 4 is returned to its original position by pushing the pressing operation member 5 upward and moving backward. The spraying of the liquid can be stopped halfway, and there is no need to spray the solution contained in the aerosol container wastefully.
[0028]
As described above, the invention of the present application includes an injection tube in which an injection head portion in an aerosol container is slidably provided in an opening of the container, and a separate pressing operation member that presses the injection tube. Since the ejecting head portion is configured, the pressing operation member has an engaging structure capable of pressing and retreating to the support frame body 8 provided in the container body, and the lid body is fitted to the support frame body to form an aerosol container. In addition to sputum caused by insecticides, various fragrances and herbs can be sprayed with fragrances or deodorants that have a tranquilizing action for the required time, and the contents are required. It is also possible to stop when the amount is injected.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
The aerosol container of the present invention can automatically and continuously inject the content liquid, and at the same time can stop the injection at any time if necessary, so that the content liquid can be discarded more than necessary. Absent.
In addition, since it can be used even in places where it is difficult for humans to enter, it is suitable for spraying or plowing using a highly toxic insecticide.
